Sandy was very helpful finding me an affordable frame for a mattress set that I inherited. There is a lot of brand new furniture at the Arnold location. Definitely worth a look.

The person helping me did a great job. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me my options. They explained why my bed choice was the best value for my money. I was told that my bed would be made in 3-5 weeks which was accurate. I asked if they take old mattresses with the delivery of the new one. I was told of course. The delivery men were on time once the delivery was scheduled. Unfortunately they absolutely refused to take the old mattress so I had to pay another company money to hual it away because after two weeks of calling the store to work things out I was told there was nothing they could do.

Have not purchased anything, yet. Did go in for a job interview. Store inside at the Arnold location appeared to be neat and clean. HR Manager was very personable and engaging overall. From this perspective the store has 5 stars!

Ben greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. I was looking for a mattress for my son and he knew what my budget was, never trying to up-sell or pressure me. He was knowledgeable and personable. He told me he had only started a few weeks ago but I never would’ve know. We got a great deal and had an enjoyable experience. Ask for Ben!!

Shop everywhere else first if you wish, but youll save some time going to see Sandy at the Arnold Mattress Direct. Not pushy. You will find a great mattress at a very reasonable price AND they give you a full year to make sure its right! They also have fantastic pillows and mattress protectors that can help keep you cool & comfortable.

They do not honor their warranty. They will not refund you if you’re not satisfied as the warranty says. So you’re stuck with an uncomfortable $1800 mattress!! Do not shop here.

My husband and I have been looking for a reasonable mattress. We went in to the store knowing what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Sandy helped us out a lot. She was amazing and not pushy to get us something we wouldnt like. Sandy made sure we were happy and answered all our questions. Cant wait to receive our new bed.

I had to find a twinXL mattress for my grandson. I wanted one that I could take home the same day. After making several phone calls to area vendors, I reached Sandy at Mattress Direct. She bent over backwards to make sure that we got the best mattress for the best price. I am very happy with her helpfulness and friendly disposition. She was a great reptesentative for the business. Great price but look forward to getting your mattress 2 weeks later. Its normally available in about a week if you want to go to their wholesaler somewhere around 270 and 70. If you want to wait 2 weeks it can be at the store. Not what most people have in mind when shopping. They claim their name Mattress Direct means you buy from the factory directly. They are just the reseller.

Sandy is amazing I’ve purchased three mattresses from different stores over the last two years after visiting Sandy she ask what was hurting I told her my neck and shoulders she told me I really don’t think it’s the mattress I think it’s the pillow I wish three mattresses ago somebody would’ve told me the same thing it would have saved me a lot of money she is amazing I actually called to thank her not sure why she wouldn’t have just push for the sale of the mattress. Extremely displeased with the Memory Foam Beautyrest mattress this particular Mattress Direct sold us less than a year ago.We were told memory foam is the best for my chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. When we expressed concerns about memory foam creating too much heat, and making us too hot in the middle of the night, we were reassured that this particular mattress had a gel cooling agent that would prevent any of that.Fast forward nearly a year later, my arthritis hurts worst than ever when I wake up in the morning, and my partner has started developing back issues he never had before. Were both less than 40 years old, mind you.During warmer months, we sweat and get miserably hot in the middle of the night. My $500 Macys mattress gave me more support than this. And yet, we cannot return this mattress with our warranty because its not defective, per se. It looks as it did when we bought it. Now, well most likely be spending another $2,000 to purchase a regular innerspring mattress from a different location. (Thats kind of the trick with Memory Foam, I guess. It gives no support, yet goes back to its original look as soon as you get up - nullifying any kind of warranty return.)Id recommend NOT buying a Memory Foam mattress (of any sort) or shopping at Mattress Direct.

Sandy in Arnold. I honestly can’t believe that people of this caliber are still employable in this day and age. To be the manager and essentially the face of the business, one would think a level of professionalism is necessary. This is not the case in Arnold. Sandy’s behavior is appalling and embarrassing to say the least. She is aggressive and abrasive in manner, furthermore is rude, unhelpful, incompetent, inconsiderate, arrogant, and lacking in all customer service skills.We have spent five thousand dollars in this store and definitely have not been satisfied.At this point I don’t see a solution in sight.We were intentionally uninformed about the return policy. We bought a defective mattress and when trying to replace it were told the “sale price” on the new one doesn’t apply to exchanges. We spent more. Then we’re met with no cooperation as far as delivery dates.I’m only writing this review as a concerned customer. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere ANYWHERE elseI pray the store reads this, addresses the problems and adjusts the deplorable behavior.

BEWARE!! They shipped a mattress to my house that I did NOT order, then demanded full payment or face the authorities! NEVER buy from these shady con-artists!! I offered to buy the mattress, minus the delivery fee and box springs value, but Steve the corporate jerk just wanted to pick it back up. You cant fix stupid.

So we went to the Arnold location and we were helped by Sandy. We tried out A LOT of mattresses and we were told about a GREAT DEAL on a Temrupedic Flex Hybrid Elite, but it was a FLOOR MODEL, which directed our concern to the warranty more so than the price. After asking Sandy no less than 6 times about the warranty and her even calling another store location to check on the age of the floor model, she was consistent in telling us; This mattress is NO OLDER than 6 months., even when we asked FOR EXACT age of the mattress, she swore that it was ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD! And the warranty was 10 years and based off of the manufacture date, but Sandy said, I cant seem to find the manufacture date, but I KNOW IT IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD!!. Since we are not Mattress sales people, we had no idea how hard it was to find the manufacture date, so we believed what she told us and spent $1200 on the mattress and cover. We left and continued to talk about the somewhat strange behavior of Sandy while we were at dinner and we searched the internet and found that the manufacture date BY LAW is on the tag, which on Tempurpedic is RIGHT ON THE REMOVABLE COVER and actually was hanging out AFTER Sandy looked and couldnt find it. Since our purchase was not going to be delivered until next Saturday, we figured we would swing back through the Arnold store and take a look for ourselves and see if WE could find the manufacture date, but they were already closed. So we returned today, the very next day, shortly after Mattress Direct in Arnold opened and went to take a look at the tag. When we got there, Sandy was NOT there and was a couple of customers being helped by the same gentleman, Grady I believe, that was present durring the ENTIRE experience we had the night before, mind you, he had ONE customer that he helped for about 10 minutes while we first started looking the night before. So we asked him if it was OK for us to look at the tag for the manufacture date, which he even assisted Sandy with looking for yesterday, and said that was fine. While we started our search for the tag, me and my family heard Grady VERY CLEARLY tell the customers he was assisting that the mattress we were moving around and messing with, Oh and THAT one over there, the one that those folks are looking at, that is a floor model which I can do for $1100, but thats just on the FLOOR MODEL. UMMMM, yes, that was the SAME mattress that we JUST bought, still on the floor, and being offered for $100 MORE than we paid for it. I guess they have an entire back room filled with Floor Models?? Back to the manufacture date, well it turns out the mattress tag is RIGHT IN THE OPEN at the head of the bed, didnt have to remove ANYTHING, its just there, EASY to find. Since no one in my family is a mattress expert it took us about 4 SECONDS to find the manufacture date....2/18/2015!!!! THATS A BIT MORE THAN 6 MONTHS!!! When we approached Grady and asked for the store manager he told us that Sandy IS the store manager AND since he didnt have anything to do with our sale and didnt work with us, he wasnt too sure how much help he could be, forget the fact that he sat and listened to our ENTIRE conversation and our concerns THE DAY BEFORE...Since our purchase was Paid In Full we asked him for our money back and to void the sale. Grady responded with, I will see what I can do, but I am not sure if I can Void the Sale! And I replied Yes, would you see if you could, thay wpuld be great. And is there ANY reason why that between you and Sandy, you couldnt find the Manufacture Date yesterday!? Grady replied, Well Sandy and I have been here for 5 years and my eyes arent so great and I dont know why Sandy was having problems finding the date. I replied quickly and told Grady, Dude, my daughter could have found the date! And he replied, Well then you should have had your daughter look for the manufacture date!!!

We purchased a Simmons pillow top beautyrest mattress in June of 2014. It caved in on one side within 6 months. So after a long process we had to purchase another more expensive beautyrest mattress the black series and it caved in within a year and now I am waiting on a return call to see what they are going to do about this one. They didnt replace the box springs last time because they werent defective . I kind of thought well why is the blue series box spring the same as the black series??? Why sell in sets?? I will keep you posted. Maybe since they claim to be the lowest are what they sell defective from the factory? Kind of like scratch and dent stores? Which by the way we bought our other set from Value City and it cost less there and is in good shape still.
