84 Lumber

Great store. They go way above and beyond keeps the local from going to Home Depot and Lowes. Tim and Mark care and will help with any household project it is nice to see people that care so much!

Dont go to this 84 Lumber if you are a woman. They dont wait on you. They talk down to you and act like it is a chore to wait on you. This has happened to me 3 times now. Their customer service is horrible. And to think their CEO is a woman.

Great staff. Excellent commitment to customer service. Best sales team in the business!

We have to order basic cedar boardsIm sorry but you are a lumber yard. Bye

Good

The friendly staff here suggested to me a product that im very happy with.

First time dealing with 84 lumber and have been well taken care of during the building of my new garage. Al, has been extremely helpful and at times went the extra mile. If only I could get electricians and other contractors to do the same! Al, worked to get the extra shingles I needed and even put me in contact with someone who could get them to me when 84 lumber was out and the dealer was dragging their feet shipping! Im not a professional and this was a self-build, but Al definitely made it easier and insured I got my materials when I wanted them...not when 84 wanted to deliver them! He helped me out at all points of my build and his experience was invaluable to me during this project.

Theres only one guy on the field trying to catch up with all the orders and theres a about 3 sales person inside, who dont know what they really carry in their store. They are only good for clicking the button on the computer but not good for delivering the goods and customer service. It wont be right to blame only, because their manager has the same way of treating the customers. I would never wrote such kind of reviews if it would have happened only once, but twice in a row I think thats too much and I think theyre cooperate should take actions. I am a long-time customer for 84 Lumber, and I have never seen any branch to operate like this one before

I will never shop at an 84 Lumber again. They messed up my order on a door that was almost $2000 and then told me I had to pay for it. The employees are incompetent. I recommend going somewhere else for your construction materials.

The store poor customer service. Ordered closet doors on May 25th and the doors had a 5 week led time. I went in on Saturday and no could tell me where my doors where and would have someone contact me. Today, 4 days later, and found out that it was going to be delayed until 1 August impacting my renovation schedule and impacting financially. The individual I spoke with acted like he didnt care. **Update*** Upgraded to 3 starts because after I displayed my disappoint, Steve ended up taking care of me and within a week I had my doors.

First time visiting this location and Ill certainly be back. Keith was the sales associate that I delt with and get made everything quick and easy.
