My 1 star review is not for the lack of capability to determine the price of coins but as a direct result of customer service. The attitude I was given for simply not scrolling down farther on google past the open and store hours to the section that said by appointment only was met with rude remarks and attitude. While I was informed by the sign on the door of the building so I while sitting in the parking lot I called to schedule an appointment. I can understand the by appointment and my mistake for not reading all the way through the entire google search before going to the store but the attitude was unnecessary and the comment on my review was a sad and furthers my decision on 1 star

I went to this store to see what I could get for some of my old jewelry. I had silver in 1 bag & gold in the other. The owner put a ring I thought was silver in the gold pile. He said he thought it was white gold. He tested it and it was. He could have left it in the silver pile and gave me the silver price and I would not have known. He was super honest. I would send anyone who has old jewelry they want to have checked out to him. Great guy, great store.

The owner is honest and you should expect very fair prices from this dealer. They carry many forms of gold and silver. Better than purchasing online. You physically see what you are getting before purchase.
