Walgreens on Vogel is the worst Walgreens on the planet. Have asked them on multiple occasions to change an address for my foster daughter that they havent done. Need to call? Don’t bother, you can get your question answered faster if you drive there. Walk in flu shots? Not at this Walgreens. Not a soul in line, 6 techs behind the counter, and they can’t do a flu shot. Every experience I have had here in the past year has been abysmal and the lead pharmacist is rude. Drive a couple extra miles to the Jeffco location. Vogel should fire the entire staff and start fresh, be sure to emphasize customer service during onboarding. If you don’t like people, maybe this isn’t the right job for you

Worst Walgreens I have ever been too! Absolutely NO customer service skills! The pharmacy staff are the worst!!! Unfriendly, rude and ignorant! All employees in the store need customer service training and attitude adjustments! If you don’t like your job or can’t stand working with the public, then seek another career where you don’t interact directly with people!

Heres a novel idea Walgreens, why dont you hire enough staff in the pharmacy so that people are not stuck in the drive through, or a call stuck on hold forever because there are not enough employees to cover the bases. Corporate never seems to figure this out, but hey what do we know. They are the hot shots that have the degrees right? Oh and here is another novel idea, quit blaming the covid for your incompetence in never having prescriptions filled out on time.

I’ve never had a good experience here everyone always seems lost confused and rude they’re always out of every medication whether it’s in line on the phone or online you wait at least an hour every time today on 10/23/21 the pharmacist in charge was rude she just hung up and the next time just sent me through without even letting me finish speak. They’re so un organized and so clueless. It’s a hassle every single time I get my prescription. I dread it every time. I DO NOT recommend this place. I’ve been trying to get my medicine for two days and then when I finally get through they say they’re out for a few days. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. IT GETS WORSE EVERY VISIT.

WORST PHARMACY. I went in person and dropped off my prescription. She said we don’t have this in stock we’ll order it and it’ll be here tomorrow afternoon. Okay, great. Two days roll by and I never received a call or notification on the app that it was ready (or even that it was in process) so I called and they said they have no record of my prescription and I need to call my doctor. Seriously? Ok, so I get my prescription faxed to them. Two days later(!!!!) they call me and say it’s out of stock and they need to order it, it’ll be here tomorrow afternoon. I said ok, I’ve heard this story once but great. THREE more days roll by and never heard so I called, they said it never got ordered so they’ll order it and have it ready monday. It’s now been over a week that I haven’t had my medication that I need. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Had a prescription that said would take way longer than it should have to recieve. I called prior to ask why it’s taking so long never had an issue. the girl said she would figure it out and call me back, never did. and now it says i can’t even get at the store due to out of stock. i am extremely annoyed at this point from how unprofessional the pharmacist handle situations. Will not return to this location due to rude employees and lack of communication.

I would recommend that no one go and get their covid shot at the Vogel rd location. I have been waiting an hour and half for my 2nd shot and I had an appointment. No sense of urgency. Staff is completely disorganized and there appears to be no one in charge. Unprofessional is the only word to describe this.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Prescriptions are never ready on time, the staff is super slow and incompetent. A pharmacy staff member even handed me SOMEONE ELSES CREDIT CARD when I was waiting for my medicine. Do not go here.

The young overnight pharmacist Reima is by far the nicest employee I’ve crossed paths with. She is always so fast and efficient and always tells me to wait a few minutes to get my script so I don’t have to come back during the day when it’s busy. This is a reoccurring thing with her. She goes above and beyond.

Manager named Kathy should be fired. She wouldnt let me come into the store when i didnt have a mask because I WAS HAVING AN ASTHMA ATTACK AND NEEDED TO GET AN INHALER AND THE MASK WOULD OF MADE IT WORSE. she stood in the way and tried to guide me out. Theyve never reauired masks. Im always wearing a mask but i could not wear one at this time. Ridiculous.

To not have a full prescription is one thing I get it, but how bout lead with, We can do a half fill, instead of having me spend over an hour calling other Walgreens to get it filled. Then when I have CVS get involved, CVS calls my wife, and tells her she can get a partial fill. Geez Walgreens, that would have been nice to know, dont you think??? I think this latest experience, its clear that its time to stop using Walgreens as our Pharmacy.

SO i need to be honest when it comes to this pharmacy. I agree with many posters that the pharmacy can be an absolute nightmare, however, I find if you can wait till off-peak (like after 8pm) the service gets so much better. I dont think its a level of incompetence on the staffs part, but more of a supply and demand situation. It is so much busier in the prime-time and the pharmacy seems too understaffed for their own good. I know they arent robots, their human beings trying. So again, just a tip, try off-peak.

This is by far the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever walked in. Not only did they have my dead grandfather (passed 216) as active they were going to give me his prescriptions, then had my birthday on my dads account. I went 4 times in 5 days and wasn’t able to get anything filled. Also know, I am type 1 diabetic so no insulin for me. Thank you for the horrendous service. The incompetency is unrivaled

Ive been using this location for about 8 months now, and I have never had an ounce of issue from the staff. They always have my prescriptions ready when I get there, and are always able to answer any questions I have. Even during the pandemic, while things have been crazy and people have no clue what theyre doing, the staff is always on top of things.The only issues I ever have are from other customers who are unable to provide the correct information to the pharmacist and staff while trying to pick up a prescription. I mean... how hard is it to have your phone number, address and NAME ready? And why do you people always have so much stuff for the pharmacy staff to check out? There is a whole other area for that.All of these people crying about wait times and inefficiency are the ones causing the problems for the rest of us. The pharmacy staff has it together, the customers dont. When I get to the counter its a 30 second process, whereas the customer ahead of me take 5 or 10 minutes.

Absolutely awful Pharmacy. Hospice physician sent in orders for t morphine for a patient who is actively dying. When I called to pick up the prescription they couldn’t even tell me if it had been processed or if they even had any. I tried to explain that the person needed morphine right away since it was hospice .....the pharmacist did not care one bit. the prescription sit for 3 1/2 hours. When I showed up they wouldn’t even check the safe to let me know if they had any available. The people that work there must have no conscience. Take your business elsewhere. Arnold pharmacy and Cape drugs is right in the area and they are much more professional and compassionate. They have my patients prescription ready Within 20 minutes of the doctor sending the order. I will never waste my time and energy at Walgreens in Arnold ever again

My Name is Carl Flint. A few nights ago I walked into the Walgreens on 3937 Vogel Rd in Arnold, MO and immediately my experience was both pleasant and inviting. I remember two employees Alex and Brandi were very nice and greeting. Usually when I walk into a store this never happens and I cannot recall when I felt so happy to be a customer anywhere else than here at this specific visit. I want to thank Alex and Brandi, two very nice women, for making my experience such a great one and I will be sure to return to this location for any of my pharmacy needs that Walgreens can help me with. Also, I will most certainly be sure to refer other potential customers to this store for them to have the chance to experience such a pleasant service like I have.

Gina at walgreens was very nice and helpful in helping find everything I need. She helped me in even though she was going to go on break. Fast and friendly service. I get bad service at most walgreens but at this location I was lucky to get gr9 customer service and find everything I needed thank you Gina you were very helpful.

This rating is about the pharmacy. Ive been using this pharmacy for 4 years and I have been saying for the last 3 that I am going to switch pharmacies. Im finally going to take action and actually switch. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. They are extremely slow and they almost always have a problem when I get there even though I get the same prescriptions on a regular basis. One time I got there and about 4 pharmacy staff members were looking at me while the cashier had her back to me talking to them about her traveling experiences. Not one of them alerted the cashier that someone was waiting. In addition, they forget to notify me when a prescription is ready. Then, when they do remember, they have a hard time figuring out which one is ready. The worst part of all is that they never act remorseful that they inconvenience you. Its as if its just a fact of life for them. Terrible customer service.

The Store General Manager Kevin is a racist and very rude. Went for a shift leader position interview there and was met with a sarcastic, ignorant Kevin that took one look at me and made the decision to insult me for being 20 minutes early for my interview. Yes thats correct EARLY. Then proceeded to be interviewed with a chip on the shoulder of Kevin as if I committed a crime. His presumptions of me were made clear. After I told him I was born and raised in Philadelphia Pa., he kept asking me if I had a green card and was I legally allowed to work in the U.S. His assist manager who has worked there for over 7 yrs is named Daniel. He is of Mexican American descent and Kevin couldnt remember his name nor gave any apologies for not knowing it. Kevin continues the interview asking questions in which all my answers were basically unbelievable to his ears. I was made to feel as if everything I said were lies and I had to prove them to him immediately. Proving my work history was very easy. All of my references are up to date and included contact numbers so they can be reached. His efforts of proving me flawed came up short and that angered him more. He kept insisting I tell him more stories. Stories that should impress him was his exact words to me. When I expressed what happened to my family over a year ago in Puerto Rico after the hurricane took lives, he giggled then laughed and said you seem to be doing okay for someone who lost children. It took everything I had not to end this interview at that moment. Thats when I knew he had no intentions of ever offering me any kind of employment. Now this is were I call his Corp Office and report what was said and done. IM amazed that there are people in this world with such hatred in their Hearts. Walgreens Corp Office should be ashamed.

Do NOT go to the pharmacy! The service is getting worse and worse. Not to mention they charge WAY more than everyone else. I shouldve listened to my doctor when he told me not to go there. The prescription i was getting filled should have only cost about $4 for generic. They told me insurance wouldnt cover it and i needed doctor authorization. The price without coverage was going to be $68.99. I asked for my prescription back to go to Schnucks. She said the same thing would happen with insurance anywhere I went. At that point, I was fed up and just wanted to go elsewhere. The same thing did happen at Schnucks , but the cost of the medicine without insurance was only $9.00!!!!! Ive been wanting to change pharmacies because of all the aggravation. My mind is now made up.

Just a weird place. The guy who works at the photo lab, and wherever else in the store, with the drab look on his face all the time.. Not a very nice person, he won’t even crack a smile at you. What a terrible representation of the company. The photos I had printed were absolutely terrible. I will never print pics here again. Walmart is better. The pharmacy is okay. Most of the girls are nice!

Worst pharmacy ever. Pulling our whole familys rxs. Never have things ready when automated system says its ready. Staff rude. Hours behind even on slow night with sick kid in car. Constantly lose scrips, randomly delete refills. You would have to be deliberately trying to be this bad.

System is down, again. Seems to happen too often. Very slow pharmacy. They say your meds ard ready, then they arent. Think its time to switch. It would be faster for me to drive to south county location, not convenient but faster. Would give a zero but its not an option.

Take-care clinic - I was not told when making the appointment on-line that SSM would not bill insurance for my sons school physical and made my husband pay out of pocket for the visit. SSM is a bc/bs provider and I will be reporting them for not filling the insurance claim. Physicals are covered at 100% once a year and we should not have had to pay for the visit at all.

45 minutes in line for pharmacy with only three customers. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Didn’t know how to use the microphone and started blasting music from the tiny speaker. A mess.

The pharmacy is horrible! Untrained and unprofessional staff. Some idiot actually deleted my prescription. The rude female pharmacist told me I was lying! Well good thing I made her look a little closer because she found my script! What a joke! Didn’t even apologize! Not sure what happened here over the last few years but I pulled all my prescriptions.

Can i give a 0 star for the clinic? 2nd or 3rd time Ive call and ask a simple question and then show up to a total different response. When you are told you dont need an appointment for a simple test then show up and what do you know, totally differ answer. Laziness, pure and simple. No one was waiting or in either room, and it would have took less then 5 minutes to administer the test that I was told on the phone I can do as a walkin.

After 35 minutes, my prescription for my daughters antibiotics still not ready. Wait times too long. Just moved here. Going elsewhereUpdate. after waiting for an hour I left. After 3.5 hrs I got a message it was ready. Yup. Not the 10 minutes I was quoted. Finally drove back over to pick up liquid antibiotics for my infant. Sorry mam we are out of syringes! Really???? She said here is a spoon! For an infant I said? Sorry but we have nothing else!

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had. Pharmacies gave me the wrong meds charges me for them and wont take them back. After 17 years will never walk in another one. They will never again touch my medication!

The people that work at this pharmacy are so helpful & nice. Specifically Linda & (Brie I think her name was?) I came in to pick up a couple prescriptions for my fiancé & I didn’t have his prescription card & he had no in’s on file so those two ladies informed me that if I get the info in the next week I can get the difference back. It wasn’t just them doing their job, they were VERY busy & didn’t have time for small talk, but not only did they tell me that, but they gave me other advice in case I didnt find the card when I got home. I would usually dread a trip to the pharmacy, but not the case with this one. They work fast & efficiently, and somehow manage to still make each encounter feel personal. Very caring staff.

Kudos to the Walgreens pharmacies in Oakville (Telegraph and Erb) and Arnold (Vogel Rd) in helping me get the medication I needed last minute for my daughter who was leaving the country. The Oakville location did not have enough of the meds to fill the 3 months supply, so they contacted the other location even though it was technically after hours and helped to get the prescription quickly transferred. The Arnold location filled it quickly, but did not have quite a 3 month supply. Once it was in, they contacted me to pick it up. Since I wasnt in a hurry to get the rest of the order, I forgot about it. About a week later, I received the order in the mail from that location. Wow! Talk about customer service! Thank you to both locations!

Experience has been horrible multiple times, the drive thru is a joke..... Last time waited for over 20 minutes to get prescription.

This location does not follow through with getting insurance or doctor approval. Each time I contacted this location it was one excuse after the other. It had been 6 days of confusion dealing with the staff and at one time the pharmacist. I have switched locations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.

COUNT YOUR MEDICATION! My wife Dawn gets her medicine from this location Walgreens. For the last 6 months or so her medicine was coming up short at the end of the month so about 3 months ago I started counting her medicine after we picked it up and 3 months ago it was 2 short of 90. Last month it was 7 short of 90. The month of June when it was short of 7 we brought her medication back to the pharmacy and they gave her the 7 she was shorted. Now this month it was short 5. She only had 85 out of 90 so I brought it back. The manager did an inventory count and said all the medicine of that kind was accounted for in the inventory, which means only one thing: THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE OR EMPLOYEES TAKING PEOPLES MEDICATION OUT OF THIER BOTTLES SO PLEASE ANYBODY GETTING MEDICATION FROM THIS LOCATION VOGEL WALGREENS COUNT YOUR MEDICINE. LETS NOT LET A CORRUPT EMPLOYEE CONTINUE TO STEAL PEOPLES MEDICATION. LETS GET DOWN TO THE ROOT OF THIS AND HOPEFULLY THE EMPLOYEE STEALING MEDICATION WILL BE PUT BEHIND BARS WHERE HE /SHE BELONGS! I wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating but I had to give at least 1 star to leave this review.

Website states that they offer flu shots for kids ages 3+ with appointment or walk-in. Made an appointment for today 11/7/21 and was told my 6 y.o. needed a prescription from her pediatrician.. The website didnt mention anything about needing to bring in or have a prescription sent over.. Waste of time.**update- called a different Walgreens on Jeffco Blvd and spoke with the pharmacist who said we did NOT need to bring in a prescription**
