I went to the Verizon Store in Arnold to get help. Zach went above and beyond with giving me very good information about phone plans that will be a best fit for me. I just moved out of my house, so my parents kicked me off the plan since I’m a “real” adult now. He also gave me good information about which phone I should get along with the promotion, which were awesome deals since I’m almost due for a new phone. Zach was very diligent, professional, caring, and respectful to me. Before it was my turn to get customer service from Zach, a customer was being very rude to Zach. Again, I can’t express this enough, Zach was very diligent, professional, caring, and respectful to the customer before me, even though that customer was being very mean and rude to Zach. Kudos to Zach!

Zachary provided the best customer service I have ever experienced I came in wondering about different phones and plans offered. He was very patient and kind the time to explain everything I asked. He was very informed and explained everything very well. I will be coming back, thank you Zach for the amazing costumer service!
