One suggestion to the Educational director When introducing NEW products Please provide educational materials to stylists that will describe exactly what products can do for our clients. I know material as this is provided by manufacturers. I hope you can pass this material to the in store buyers that come in off the street! Because we love to discover New products without the benefit of a Beauty Rep coming to our business Thank you for your service and time to the Cosmetology service providers!

Me and my fiancé went into to purchase some wax and one of the women there told him he had to wait in the car. Now she didn’t ask me if I licensed which I am, I’m a licensed esthetician, but asked him if he was. I called three other cosmo profs and was told that it is not a thing to do that. I believe she profiled him and that is why she asked him to wait in the car. I will never come back.

Low on supplies

Ive been shopping here for years and multiple times Ive gone in for Young Nails products and the girl says that they arent selling it anymore. Ive gotten stressed out because thats all I use and when Ive gone back its been on the shelves. That irritates me so much. I just order online now. They have great products at great prices for Cosmetology Professionals. I recommend them if youre not dedicated to a certain brand.

Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I don’t know what your “assistant manager” with the black pinup hair and fair complexions deal is but not even a greeting when we walked in the door. Never once asked if we needed help finding anything. Not even a thank you, or a single word when we checked out. Definitely will go further into STL and give them my business as long as that unfriendly individual is there.
