My absolute go to for any vehicle repairs. These folks have always done an incredibly great job, done great honest work, and always at a very fair price. Ive been to them for everything from simple inspections and brake jobs to exhaust replacement and extensive engine work. Could not possibly recommend them enough.

Paid off our vehicle from here (thats another story for another day, but involves how they passed a vehicle on emissions that needed extensive exhaust work among other issues) on 5/12 and Randy has not produced a lien release for the vehicle so we can file for and receive a clean and clear title for the vehicle. Today, 6/17, I advised Randy that if we do not hear from him and receive a lien release by 6/19, we will be forced to seek legal advice.

You simply can not get them to answer the phone, very poor communication.

Please don’t buy a car from this lot or from Randy if you intend on using it as a reliable daily driver. He is the equivalent to Danny Devito as the dad from the movie Matilda taking shady short cuts to get the car sold and then never answers his phone or returns calls when you have issues and I promise you will have issues within days of owning any vehicle he sells you. His own mechanic closed up shop at this lot and verbally told me in person that he was tired of being associated with Randy’s sales that come back as they make the mechanic look bad. The mechanic also told me that he informed Randy that the part they were putting on my car prior to me buying it was junk and Randy insisted on using it anyway to get it done with and sell it. I am now out of a vehicle after 40 days of owning it because the engine over heated and blew a head gasket and I’m out $3000 and Randy refuses to have anything to do with it. Don’t buy a car here if you need to actually drive it around, there are other more reputable car lots with affordable cars.

I had a buddy who bought a vehicle from here a few years back they told him it had a hundred thousand miles on the pickup truck when he ended up going and getting work done on it the mechanic I told him that the mileage had been moved down from 200 something thousand to a hundred thousand

I am here now and the enviroment is very welcoming. Considering the help received from Johnathan, the gentleman was a pleasure to work with (and handsome by the way). He tried his best to work with his top guys to get me into a vehicle. Because of my credit i didnt get EXACTLY what i wanted but Johnathans explanations and understanding allowed me to find a car RELIABLE (w Warranty) which is what i needed anyway (until i can aim for what i want). Also thanks to Betty who convinced me to come check them out (awesome lady) and Joe (seems to be one of the vets of the dealership) was very helpful even though i wasnt HIS client. It was smooth easy and trustworthy.

Theve worked on every vehicle Ive owned for many years. They completely replaced an engine for my son. Always a great price and Ive never had a problem with work.

Do not buy cars from here! Junk cars junk motors! I asked about the timing chain from a vehicle I bought from here and they said it is a good running car. Didn’t have the car 3 days and timing chain or lifter haven’t found out yet but it is bad.

This business does not deserve even 1 star!!! Randy is the person we delt with and is one of the biggest con men around. Drove the car about 1 hour or less and had issues (Which we now understand why the gas gauge was on E to keep us from driving too long). Took it to our mechanic to find out the car had been butchered as well many things done to cover up many issues (oil pump, clutch fan, electrical issues, and water pump so far). Things that required car to be driven until it heated up to act up. As of now we are still in the process of on going repairs. His so called 30 day warranty is a joke!!! Called Randy several times to see what he was going to do only to hear each time that he had to see what he could do and he would call me back. Still have not heard back as well as each time I call now I get no answer. Have heard from several other people now of him doing the same to them. Stay away from this business they are liars and in my opinion thieves!!!

I took a friend there to shop last Saturday evening. She bought a car and was told to make a list of everything she found wrong with it and come back anytime Monday. She was told that they guaranteed all there cars for 30 days and if she wasnt happy return it for a full refund. She took it back on Monday afternoon and no mechanic was available to repair it. Went back on Tuesday still nothing repaired and she told them she wanted a refund and they refused. Just another junk dealer in my opinion

Awesome customer service, Randy didnt have the part I needed but he took my info and searched other places to locate for me. Thank you Randy! You just earned another custmer

Had a/c repair done and its ice cold. Employees are super friendly, no hidden charges and cheap compared to many other places

I bought my car 2 weeks ago. After having it for literally less than 24hrs my check engine light came on and the car needed a new cam shaft sensor. My uncle fixed that seeing the guy Ramdy wouldn’t be able to get it in the shop until the following week and I would have to pay half the cost to repair it. I would have to pay half the cost to repair a vehicle I had for less than 24 hrs. My uncle fixed the cam shaft sensor and here we are two weeks later and it’s doing the same thing I called today and he said to call back when I can bring it in I tried to call all day and he or whoever decided not to answer my call or call me back.Edit: Now here it is a week later my car is now at the VW dealership and the repair is almost 2000$ which I have to pay for...Do not go here it’s shady and they sell junk cars that aren’t worth the price. Take your money elsewhere.

They will be happy to sell you junk....just ask why they have no recomendations on their facebook page..o thats right the turned them off...stay away

DO NOT STEP FOOT ON THIS LOT!!!!! there are 32 used car dealers between south county and festus take your money to any of those well before considering anything off of this lot .my experience in just one week from making my mistake of trusting this place. day 1 i go to look at a pathfinder it dies before i can even test drive it then i look at a white mazda that shakes so bad idling that it rattles my teeth i then look at and decide on a passat which SEEMED would work great for my needs. Im supposed to pick up my car after work the next day arrange details for my daughter leave work early arrive at the lot car should be detailed and safety done. day #2 the car is untouched and the safety inspection has not been done. neither the sales man or the owner are there at the time the shop guys offer to hurry up and run it thru safety when i notice issues with the tires. they are past the safe wear markers on the tread i ask about it and if they will pass safety. (the shop that does testing is part of the lot)they say they are very very close but will pass. i then ask about the light bulb malfunction light on the dash(was told the day before it was a daytime running lights indicator which was a lie)so it is found daytime running light on side needs to be replaced and the whole front end has to come off to do that. so i leave to get my daughter car not picked up. night #2 i talk to the owner who after telling him the tires would fail at any other inspection place in the state(other then the one on his lot)decides to try and make me pay for half of the tires but only after i notify him i will be getting safety done at another more respectable location does he acknowledge the tires need to be replaced .the car was sold being able to pass inspections as it sat it did not.so after arguing with the owner that i was not going to pay extra for tires he finally realized he was the lot owner not me and paid for tires. (nothing like the joy of buying a car and arguing with a lot OWNER to make the car pass safety)day #3 again car was supposed to be ready and again it had not been touched when i arrived!!!so now for the second day in a row i left the lot without my car and again lot owner no where in sight.day#4 go to pick up car the tire pressure sensor warning light is still on it has not been fixed like had been talked about and the front head lights had not been buffed out like promised .now move ahead 3 days leave to go to work and the drivers door will not close!!!! it will not latch shut so i am forced to call off of work(now this piece of junk is costing me money)skip forward 1 day and now on my way home the check engine light came on!!!! in total i have had the car for 4 days and have three costly issues that need to be fixed on this car. i understand its used and there will be issues but NO way in hell should i have 3 issues in just 4 days!!!!...now god only knows what other issues will pop up with this car but i guess its my fault for trusting this lot in the first place for it being a honest decent place to get a car...this place gets cars from the auctions and does the absolute bare minimum to them before they sell them.possibly resetting codes and warning lights and passing cars thru the inspections when they will not pass at any other testing places .they will only do whats needed to sell a car then sell you a broke car with a 30 day warranty where you pay 50% of repairs(basically u will buy a car they know is broke and then you will turn around and pay 50% of the costs to get the car to the point it should of been sold in to begin with) .the owner cares nothing for the buyers safety or for selling a quality car he only cares for making money no matter how it effects his customers.if i could go back i never would of stepped on this joke of a lot!if your looking for quality THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE if your looking for a reliable vehicle THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE if your looking trustworthy ownership who will stand behind their cars THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE if you need a car do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible.
