The worst. I needed to get a notary signature for a DHL parcel I was shipping out and you would have thought I was asking for a one-way ticket to the moon. After waiting 30 minutes for the manager to make her way to the front, she was rude and unprofessional. Thatll be the first and last time I ever give them my business again.

Ive used the Lee Harrison location quite a bit lately and had a good experience every time. Have used them for shipping, faxing, notary services. The staff are courteous, prompt and organized, they answer their phones, the packages always get to their destination (unlike my local post office). No complaints and will definitely use them again.

Always fast and so helpful. A true one stop shop for all your shipping needs. Go here before the post office, ups or fedex!

I went to this store to mail 2 packages. The guy told me they were not wrapped properly and wanted me to purchase a new box and other packaging supplies.I questioned why and the guy became very aggressive. So I walked out and went to another packaging store.Before I could even tell the guy that the items were being returned in the packaging they arrived in and the merchandise was defective he just got into a rage.I do not recommend this location and will not patronize this shop again.Bad customer service and it is very difficult to park here.

This is an update to an older review. Just want to say that after about 14 years of going here, this is probably the best service I have ever gotten anywhere, not just for shipping but in general! The staff here are unfailingly polite, knowledgable and helpful! I just moved my son to California and had to ship his fancy new office chair. They were amazing! I ship a lot of returns from online shopping plus care packages to relatives overseas and my kids in college. John, the manager, and the other staff greet everyone who comes in and when there starts to be a queue, whoever is working in the back comes right out to move things along. What a contrast to other businesses where youll see ten people in line while most of the retail staff are wandering around stocking shelves and checking their phones! That just never happens here. They have never lost a package and always show me all my options. They have packed as well as shipped for me. The only inconvenience is that they charge a fee to take prepaid USPS returns, so sometimes I still have to go by the post office. Also they charge a lot for mailing envelopes and tape, etc. But otherwise I highly recommend them!

I will never use this place again and I suggest others not use this as well. how much are copies? they are 10 cents each After I made the copies and go to pay for them the guy tells me they are in color and 14 copies are almost $9.00.I hope your $9.00 is worth losing a neighbor and someone who will tell others about your deceptive pricing.I will certainly never put a foot in this place again and will drive elsewhere if I need to.The guy who worked there was disrespectful to say the least.SHOP ELSEWHERE!In response to the owners reply. No one offered to help.

Sometimes a little abrasive, but Im not sure why these guys have not-so-great reviews. Ive only used them 5-6 times, but theyre quick, to the point, transparent, and get the job done. Once or twice theyve even given me some extra packaging for free after warning I didnt do it well enough for transport :) The parking lot is indeed horrific, but has nothing to do with these guys
