I have always been going to fielder postal ever since it opened more than 15 years ago; Always ship my Christmas packages as well as other small packages and letters throughout the nation, which all are delivered in a short window to its destination. I am very glad such a small business owner provides such a great customer service in our neighborhood. keep up the good work and as always, we appreciate having you in our neighborhood.

DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR SHIPMENT HERE! Apparently FedEx never scanned my package, because these people never sent it and kept it. Now I have to pay for that device. Their just a bunch of thieves!!!

Customer service needs a lot of help. I walked in for a quote and the clerk didnt stop what she was doing at all to go over shipping options or explain what she was talking about. Got extremely condescending responses, so I obviously left.Why would you interact with a potential customer like this?

We have used this very convenient facility for mailing packages, sending faxes, printing off a document and the notary service. The staff is friendly and helpful. She helped me pack a difficult item. They have postoffice boxes and Fed ex and UPS pick up from the location.

As soon as I stepped through the door, I was taken by the store just because it was very organized and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk and was helped with my package immediately. Overall good customer service and convenient prices.

Excellent! Returned an item to Amazon for a refund on a Monday. Funds were replaced in my bank account on that same Monday! Had printed out the shipping label the day before on Sunday.

Got in got out not too busy

Sitting here at 0847 and they supposed to open at 0830. Tried to drop something off last night and at 1832 the place looked abandoned. I know I was late the night prior but opening late is inexcusable.

As we all know mailing business is essential and a big shout out to these people who are working in this difficult times thanks a lot for being open and taking care of us.

I never post a review but this little shipping place is just Awesome they are super friendly, i have used their services few times and i have to say they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing will definitely be using their services in the coming future..Thankyou and keep up the good work.

Called today to ask of they were a UPS store since it came up on my Google search. The lady who answered said that they were not & hung up on me. I guess its a common, yet frustrating question, but not sure its something to rudely hang up on someone about.

I stopped in to ship a couple sticks of RAM. I had a small box that weighed less than a pound. The woman there quickly taped up the top of my box without telling me that it costs $1.62 for a single strip of tape or telling me the shipping cost options. I asked her to give me the cheapest shipping from UPS and she had the nerve to try and tell me it costed $32 for 3 day.I told her no way it costs that much and said I will take my business elsewhere. That’s when she said “okay, that will be $1.50 plus tax for the tape.” Scam artist..I went to UPS that was a little further away from home, but guess what? Same 3 day shipping option was $10. I get that they want to make a little profit, but $22? Stay away from these greedy people.

I really enjoy this place, the manager Anna really is knowledgeable and is aware of all the rules for almost any countrys customs for international shipping. She thoroughly explained what to expect and showed me how to track it and all.

Worst customer service. The manager/owner Anna is rude and has a bad attitude. When asked if everything was ok she said...why with a very rude tone. Then when I told her that she seemed upset she stated if I didnt like it to take my business else where. Shocked the heck out of and so I asked her who was above her and she said no one that she is the owner. Well then... for being the owner she is one rude Arabian!!!!! Never will I ever take my business there again!!!!!! SMH... WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE NOWADAYS!!!!!UPDATE: HAD TO COME BACK TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE TURNS OUT THEY SENT MY PACKAGE OUT 3 DAYS AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF. NOW I RECIEVED A LETTER SAYING THEY HAVENT RECIEVED THE PACKAGE. THE SAME OLD RUDE LADY WAS THERE. STARTED YELLING AT ME. CANT REPORT HER BECAUSE IT PRIVATELY OWNED. BUT I WILL REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
