The store had good selection of dresses. However, they are lacking in customer service. Was not greeted by anyone when I walked in. I came in looking for two gowns. A long blue one and a gold sequin. When I was looking around, none of the employees spoke to me or asked if I needed any assistance. When I asked one of the employees if the fitting rooms were open, she never said yes or no she just walked away towards the fitting room to open one for me. I needed assistance zipping up and nobody offered to help. They just looked at me and walked away. I needed help finding a sequins dress as I could not find one in a size L. No one offered to help. I did purchase one gown from them as I needed this last minute but I will not be back to this location. The employees just looked like they were not happy being at work.

Came into this store today to find a specific dress for my niece. After she put on the dress and came out I noticed an employee standing directly in front of the mirror and asked her to step aside so that she could see how she looked. Her name was Arosa, pink cropped shirt, jeans, beach wave brown hair right past the shoulders. She was rude and very unprofessional. The employee ignored me and turned around. I asked her again and she told me that she could look at herself in the fitting room( which is a 3 by 4 space with dim lighting) and turn around again. I was so upset that I had to ask the manager for her name. Just an FYI for your company, maybe you should find more fashion-forward employees that would know to get a full picture of how you look in a full-length dress, you must stand a short distance away in a well-lit space in from of a full-length mirror. And to add insult to injury there was this Hispanic man, with a blue button-down collar shirt, khaki cargo shorts, and black glasses was standing directly in the entrance with his arms folded watching all the young girls try on and model their dresses. VERY creepy!!! Worst experience ever at a Winsor store!

Good store. They have plenty of options but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Staff was helpful regardless.

My husband was told he could not stand outside my fitting room while I tried on dresses.He was trying to stay out of the way because there was a line to get into the fitting rooms.There were two other girls who had their significant other outside of their fitting rooms as well. The manager came up to my husband and told him he could not stand there. But said nothing to the other two men in the fitting room. We pointed out that there were other men as well, why was he being singled out? It looked racially motivated. I am taking my buisnes elsewhere.

Had the best experience. Looking for daughter a prom dress. Had at least 3 employees ask if we needed help or a different size. The dress we wanted has a small hole in it so they looked to see if it was available online. It wasnt so they looked up to see if it was available at another store. There were only 2 left so they called and placed a 24 hour hold on it. The manager was engaging, smiling and very nice. The manager even sent a picture of the dress to the other store. Recommend strongly.

Rude staff

Love the store. Love the clothes. Hate the representatives. Asked for help and they made it seem like it was the end of the world. Sighed, dragged her feet, and just handed it to me. Also asked about an item I saw online and she responded if you dont see it in the store we dont have it. When I clearly asked her, can you check if you guys have this? She didnt even bother to look at the photo. Also, told me exchanges are a final sale but its the only store that has ever told me so. AND I called over the phone about a hold... she took the number, got my size, said itll be on a three hour hold and hung up. Im a very nice person so I try to make it as easy as possible and I am very understanding. But these people just have a horrible attitude. For no god damn reason

Great dresses. Lots of choices, but the black girl at the counter is a little rude, and really rough with the clothes, to the point where I almost wanted to cancel my purchase. I dont want a dress if youre gonna put a hole in it, or step on it while trying to take it off the hanger... Just my thoughts. Other than that, great store.

Went to return an item that i had bought my sister but did not fit her. Before going to the register I took the time to look around the store and see if I liked anything. After searching around I decided I was going to just return the item. Went up to the register and the African American cashier was there. I told her I wanted to return the item and she aggressively said You need to look around the store before you can return I then informed her I had already done so. She rolled her eyes and snatched the bag away from my hands. Very unethical customer service.

Looked like a neat shop, however I walked around for over 5 minutes while there were zero other patrons present and at least 3 employees on the floor and NOONE said a word to me. That is until it seems I was in the way of some girl who was apparently raised by wolves, as she moved some merchandise from one rack to another. She REFUSED to go around me or wait a moment til I moved. At this point I walked out.

I was looking at the dresses that were banged up against the wall so I needed help getting them down nobody was around to help or ask me if I needed help so I had to look for someone and the African American lady in the register was on her phone and I asked her if I can get the dress and she didnt offer me a fitting room ? Like okay? So I felt like she didnt offer customer service by asking me if I needed help . Windsor needs new employees with better service

I am not one to ever send complaints because i work management and i know what complaints can do but this is the second time i had a bad experience.After being asked twice if i had a return a black girl whom i want to say is management, looks at my receipt and says since youve already made an exchange your purchases after that will be final sale Nothing made sense because nowhere on the receipt does it say that and i had both my original and new receipt. She suggested i go back to northeast and return it there but she was following the policy. Whether i went back to northeast and they lost money by doing my return Windsor is Windsor, you lose money as a company. So i left with the dresses and called store 34 at northeast. The girl on the phone apologized and said there shouldnt have been a problem that i can go back to northeast and make my return. Coming from someone who is management i would hate if i had someone like that representing my brand. It is such an inconvenience to have to go back to northeast mall if there was never a problem with my return to begin with. Though i work for a competitor store i was still suggesting my customers to go to Windsor and look there for dresses but if that is the kind of customer service im sending them to i will no longer do so.

Went to try on clothes and the worker in there was extremely rude. Told me I had too many items then when I took some out she made me count out loud how many I had, acting like I was trying to steal. I ended up leaving and not buying anything because of her.

Just had a pretty bad customer service experience which has made me decide to never shop here again. I came in store with 3 screen shots of dresses i had in mind and I came in store heard employees ask other people if they needed help completely ignored me so i tried searching on my own and found 2 of the 3 dresses just not the correct size. After spending 45 minutes at the store, 5 of it at the counter where I was still ignored I found an employee and asked her to help me. She did not seem happy to help me at all. I showed her the pics she looked at it and said no we dont carry these in stores. I was like ok well you have a great day & I walked out and will never return. Not only did she not look up in system i found not one but 2 of the EXACT dresses on my own. Very disappointed, I shop at windsor often and will choose somewhere else from now on.

Im not the type to write bad reviews but i feel i was disrespected . Ive never had this typed of customer service experienced in this store before until sunday 09-6-2016. I had purchase a dress at the N East mall windsor . It was a gift for my niece . When i bought it i told the lady that helped me i wasnt sure of her size and she kindly told me if it didnt fit she would gladly do the exchange for me. I was in the arlington area this particular day and decided to go into this location for the exchange. The manager (a black lady) whom refuse to give me her name was rude , disrespecful, and offensively impolite. I understand there is a store policy for dresses exchange but there was no need for her to aggravate , disrespect me and act discourteous for what i had asked. She basically told me to go back to the other store very rude and with poor customer service for being a manager. After i politely asked for her name , she replied with whats your name? I kindly stated that i was unsatisfied with her service and told her i was going to make this review wished her to have a very nice day and walked out. A few minutes later she came out , told me she might be able to do something for me ; explain the store policy and told me only for that day she was going to make an exception to make the exchange (still in a rude kind of way forcing her self to be nice). Today i went back to the N east mall store and was able to make the exchange with no problem.

Really horrible service worker Ashely has a REALLY BAD attitude mostly against kids cause of my kid grabbing a pair of glasses & saying if I was going to pay them . Was really disrespectful and last but security around me & my kid is ridicules . I love the winsord but there service at this store is sorry !
