Me and my husband went to Lee Lighting to purchase a light for our foyer. Immediately when we walked in we were amazed at all the beautiful lighting...and overwhelmed at the same time by all of the options. I am so happy DOROTHY was there as soon as we walked in and she was so sweet, had a great personality and very helpful. She asked us questions about our current style, furniture colors and flooring in our home to help us make the best choice. She walked us around the store (and did not pressure us at all). We ended up with a beautiful light thanks to her. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and showed GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will be coming back for all my future purchases and will be asking for Dorothy. You should be proud to have her on your team!! THANK YOU again Dorothy for going above and beyond to help us!!Charlie chatman came and installed our light and he did an amazing job. He was very professional, on time, very meticulous and ensured we were satisfied with placement of the light. We will be using him as well for future installations. Thank you!

Lee lighting is wonderful!! They have lots of lighting to choose from, indoor/ outdoor, home decor and furniture. With the help and knowledge of Dorthy I was able to find all the lighting I needed for my home. People like her matter a lot to me when I’m shopping for bigger purchases!!

I highly recommend Lee Lighting. Dorothy did a fantastic job of helping us find the correct lighting and ceiling fan we needed. Charlie did an outstanding job of performing the installation of our lights and ceiling fan! Great job.

I went to buy a chandelier for my dining room, but didnt want to spend too much so I was headed to the close out section when Dorothy came to help me. She pointed out that there were several great deals in the regular show room as well. She was helpful, but didnt hover and which I really appreciate. She provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Dorothy was wonderful! We found the Exterior lighting we wanted they only had one of the garage lights, Dorothy found the second one at another store and we were able to get everything!

First time shopping at this store and it was one of the best experiences I have had. Dorthy was beyond amazing. It was absolute pleasure working with her. I was able to shop for my ENTIRE HOUSE in less than 2 hours. She looked at my pictures and listened to my likes/dislikes, the style I was going for. Very quickly she was able to show me items within my idea of what I was looking for. She knows the store extremely well and she made sure she kept me on track with style, color etc. She also made sure she kept the cost in mind and gave me economical choices and did not pressure me into items that were pricier or her choices. She topped it off by making sure she searched online and price matched and did all she could to save me $$.If you decide to shop there please ask for Dorthy. Plus they have amazing selection and great deals.The only compliant I have is the delivery process. The fact that they cannot give you a delivery window, contact dispatch or get better information on when to expect your delivery - aside from a delivery date and call 30 mins to 1 hr before delivery. It is very inconvenient, and unacceptable to ask your client to sit around waiting. It was made scheduling the installation very hard when I had no delivery timeframe to work with.

Dorthy and Emile provided excellent customer service. Their willingness to walk with me, assist me with selecting items as well as calling other stores to check for my items. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies.

I’m posting on behalf of my mother, Clara; she had a great experience shopping with Ms. Dorothy Escalon. Although she had several customers she was tending to, she would always come to check on her. My mother was looking for a couple of specific light fixtures to match some she already has that would work in her space and Ms Dorothy was able to locate a perfect match as well as another one that was available at a different location.

Lee Lighting is a wonderful place to look for lighting. They carry a number of brands, one of their main brands (I think they actually own the brand) is Savoy Lighting.In their well-organized showroom, you will find fancy and expensive, as well as the everyday light fixture. If you are looking for something with a little more pizzazz than the items you find at Home Depot and Lowes, take an hour for a visit. Just my opinion - but be very careful decorating your home from the big-box stores - thats what everyone else is doing...

The review on here is CORRECT! I walked in was interested in a few items and no one helped me or even acknowledged that I was there!! Not one person said “I will be with you in just a minute”. I waited and waited and ended up walking out!

The people that work here are wonderful. The sweet lady helped me find and choose the right lighting for our home. I will be going back soon.

Lots of cool lights, horrible customer service, no one asked if we needed help so we left without buying anything. Not sure how one could buy anything at this place when no one offers to help you. Surprised it can remain in business frankly.

I went there with family. Picked few items and told the person helping these are the items we would like to buy and she gave us a receipt and ones all the items are available we will give you a call when they are ready for pickup. You can make payment at the time of pickup.But next morning I get call from Vironica that we need to make the payment imediately since these items are on clearances and we cant get these items for you unless paid in full.But my reply was hold on how things changed over night. And you guys gave me a recipet. Then she puts her manager on the phone who is very rude, unprofactional, talks like a thug over the phone her name is Amy. She was talking like we owe her money or some thing and we are in default. You need to make payment right now or you wont get the items. And i told her I have no problem in make payment if you guys have asked me to do so yesterday. ( I dont want t go too much in details about the whole conversation) long story short she was saying that we didnt want to make payment yesterday. Which was not making any seance to me. Why would I go there place an order for items if I didnt want to make payment. And they gave me a recipet for the items with total amount due at the time of pickup. Now she was telling me make a payment over the phone right now or come to the store today ASAP make the payment or you dont get the items.I would have made the payment over the phone as well. I have done that many times.But the way this Lady Amy was acting and talking over the phone like she is making a collection company phone call and was absolutely rude, unprofactionl. Worst of all she hangs up phone on me saying that you have until 5pm to make the payment if you dont make payment you dont get the items.No business is bad or good. Its the peopleWorking in the business make it good or bad.If any business will have a manger like Amy in Lee lighting Arlingtion TX. Any business will become the worst business to deal with and customer service.I didnt want to mention words like customer service, politeness and humbleness to Amy since, I dont think she has ever heard of any of these words and knows meaning of these words.I will recommend peopel to go to lee Lighting but if you see lady name Amy stay away from her she might start asking for money right on to spot in her own unique way.
