Its our favorite place to visit for the holiday experience. Things are a little pricey but the choices cannot be beat by other places. My kids along with other kids Ive seen in the store are mesmerized with the whole setting, it truly feels like Christmas. I would recommend visiting even if you dont have to shop for an anything. You get - trees, lights, ornaments, indoor and outdoor decorations, candles, ribbons and arrangements. We love the store brand candles, they smell great. We found some presents for my kids teachers. The pictures dont do justice.

For me, this is magical place to come visit and get into the Christmas spirit. I am always truly amazed and memorized by the various theme decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands and such each year that are beautifully created by the staff.

The Decorators Warehouse provides a vast selection of Christmas items and a smaller selection of autumn/fall/Halloween items. If you have a want related to Christmas decorating you will most likely find it here. One word of caution (which causes this review to drop significantly), the prices are high. Ive been going here for more than half a decade and the prices have always been steeper than other locations however this season (2021) the prices have really jumped.

Loved this place. We purchased the bear mountain tree with the help of Sherri. Super helpful and answered all of our questions. It was our first time there, and although it is a little on the expensive side, we think it’s worth it for items such as trees, which we will use for years to come. Customer service was awesome and we will be back!🏔 🐻

Final Update: We picked up our new tree a few days ago, and it has a few loose branches, nothing major. We love our tree and will definitely be going back. Thank you Josh, for making it right!Update: The store manager has reached out and offered multiple solutions to fix our tree issue. It is appreciated that they have made every attempt to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase! We will be going to pick up a new tree, soon! 🤩We went to Decorator’s Warehouse a few weeks ago and fell in love with a tree. Took pictures of the tag and of the tree to make sure we had something to reference. We called yesterday to make sure it was available and asked if we could pay over the phone and pick up a few days later, we were immediately told no, so after working all day, my fiancé and I drove over an hour out our way, to pick the tree up, because we were nervous they were going to sell out of it. On our way home, I get a response from the Facebook page saying we could pay over the phone and pick up late. To say our experience had already left a bad taste in our mouth. Fast forward to this evening, we were so excited to put up our tree to make sure it fit in our space, we get all the pieces out, put the first piece in the base, and see that a branch is completely bent. After spending almost a thousand dollars on a tree, to already be broken. Now, we are going to have to drive out of our way again, to return this tree. I am not happy with my experience and would not recommend to anyone, at this point.

LOVE this place. It is in the Ft. Worth/Arlington area. It has everything you can imagine, and then some, for your seasonal decorating. Most of it was set up for Christmas, but there were a few fall items too. We got some new LED lights and an outdoor tree. This place takes time and really isnt kid friendly if you really want to shop, but it is an awesome place for kids if you want them to get excited about the beauty of Christmas. Their decorators are incredible and so creative. If you need decorating items, new trees or lights take a trailer and fill it up.

I have been shopping the Arlington location for years and everyone is very helpful and kind.The merchandise is great quality and a huge variety. They often have great sales during the year featured on their mailing list. Best place to shop, always festive and fun.

Unreal .... Humongous Christmas store open every day except a few weeks in March. I literally had to stop and catch my breath. I didnt know where to start. Things you have never seen before, many of them. Everything is bigger in TX, for sure, especially Christmas. You cant imagine until you get here .... Why they dont have a huge Christmas display outside I dont know!?! Clean, organized and jam packed from floor to ceiling with many rooms and sections. Hours of entertainment .... And their lights are incredible! Worth the higher prices! You can change the colors to any thing just about?!? With your smart phone or tablet? Wow! And they last 15 to 25 years depending on you. Timers, displays... sign me up!

Love it! First time here and could live here. Yes its expensive but its so beautiful. The employees are helpful and keep everything looking fabulous. I will definitely be making some return trips.....many return trips.

I absolutely LOVE this store! There are so many options and colors to choose from that it is impossible to NOT find what you want. Also, the customer service is the best Ive ever experienced in a retail store. The employees take their time assisting, offering recommendations and even show you how to put items together for decoration. You will spend a lot of money in this store but it is so worth it. I posted some pics of their store and one of my tree with the decorations I purchased from them.

Truly an amazing selection of Christmas decorations and accessories. The staff are very engaged and helpful — they truly seem to enjoy being there and sharing their knowledge with customers. My only wish would be a better selection of religious iconography — I saw maybe a handful of Nativities and related items — but this is not a reason not to come to this excellent store — and we live 5 hours away!

If you love Christmas this is your store. All the trees and lights you can imagine. I was a little disappointed that they did not have ornaments with African American faces, Hispanic and others nationalities.

Lots of space and friendly staff. Uninspired space, overpriced goods. Limited color choices.

Spent well over $1,000 on a bundle package. The quality of the items are very disappointing. Leafs, petals, berries, etc have all fallen off of the items leaving my tree looking bare and damaged. There is more glitter from the ornaments on the ground than on the ornament.

I cant wait for Christmas to roll around! We will definitely be back. Great assortment of Christmas and Fall decorations! The atmosphere is so light, and employees were super friendly and excited to be there.

We go here every year as a tradition. Love the set ups to take photos of the family and the decorations they do the themes are always done so well. We always find the cutest decor and clothes.

Not enough variety only 3 African American angels ( tree toppers only) and 3 African American Santas (just decorating not tree toppers or ornaments). Yes I counted and there were no ornaments of girls and boys any in other shades either... Variety if you only believe Santa angles and elves are one shade/ethnicity. I dont expect 50/50 but this is like Christmas overload I could literally count on one hand, and a thumb, the people of color options in the entire store.

Who doesn’t like Christmas?! And this store is packed to the gills with everything you need to make Christmas special from trees, to lights to ornaments and everything in between! But, they also had seasonal merchandise for football fans, fall harvest and Halloween. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Definitely chock full of wonderful decor! I didnt particularly care for some of the price points. Trees were beautifully decorated, staff was super friendly, & I left with the inspiration that I came for!

Wow. This place is huge. This place has lots of Christmas items, ranging from ribbons, ornaments, Christmas trees, lights, Etc. You will be able to find anything you want for Christmas and the holiday season. The only downside is that this place is really expensive. It is worth a look just to go and check it out. Great place for ideas and inspiration but the prices are scary for the average shopper. Some unique and impressive larger pieces great for staging huge homes or making a true impact in a festive space. Wish it met our budget (probably the best place for any employed Christmas home decorators). For all the billboards they have bragging about being the largest Texas Christmas store, we really expected more of an inclusive price range for everyone to be able to shop.

This store is awesome! Friendly staff, beautiful one of kind items. Pricey but well worth the high quality products they sell. If your looking for oversize figures, trees and designer quality pieces...you found the right place.Its open to the public, my wife and I have been going every year for at least 17 years.Its a great place for Christmas ideas!

I am an installer of holiday lighting and decorations. David at Decorators Warhouse took great care of me. Without him I wouldnt be able to light up everyones holidays.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. My last visit was three years ago and I had a great overall experience. Upon walking in, it lacked the scent of Christmas cookies that my prior visit had. No welcoming elves, place was highly priced compared to the past visit. The employees were not greetful. The floor had great items but many of the stands they had on my prior visit were covered. I bought some outdoor Christmas lights and felt like I was being scolded for not paying in the light department.They close at 6 pm everyday of the week which doesnt give customers who work plenty of time to visit and shop. I think the Grinch walked in this year before we did. Walked out truly disappointed as if the Grinch stole Christmas.

This store is magical! Its not the type of store you just run in if you have never been; there are such a variety of items you want to stop and see them all. They do a great job of layout so it doesnt feel overwhelming. The prices may be higher than some other locations but they are far less commercial and more unique.

If youre looking for the largest selection of Christmas decorations in the world, you need to go here. What a place!Just dont go when you have a hang over 😉

If you are looking for Christmas decorations, this is the place to go! Worth the drive! Way more Christmas decorations than any other store Ive seen. Can be really crowded on weekends in December but that is to be expected.

One of the most Christmas concentrated decorations I have seen. The organization of themes helped present the seasonal decorations for buyers in a sensible way. I was glad I stopped by. It gave me a chance to dream of what my future home could look like during this holiday season. With a range of adding a little to adding a lot of decorations in these themed presentations, my house and budget would work together to create a perfect family and friends place for visits.

Well worth it coming back to get my Christmas decorations and Tea was wonderful highly recommended

Its a nice place to pass time for someone who appreciates christmas, take a few pictures here and there, and theres also a tea room where you make reservations. From what Ive observed, there were many middle age women and elderly seniors.

Their selection is huge, they have great customer service. They also have a tea room which is on its own 5 stars. The service there was incredible. You need a few hours to see everything and enjoy the tea room!!!

Wish I lived closer but SO glad I stopped!!

Trees are a bit pricey but worth every penny. The height and thickness of the trees make for a beautiful christmas trees. Huge selection of garlands and mini Xmas trees. There is a huge selection of ribbon and the lights, there is a huge selection to choose from and are great quality

This place is truly amazing. It is everything Christmas wall to wall floor to ceiling. Truly beautiful! If you can think of it for Christmas they most likely have it somewhere in here. Inside and outside, Christmas trees, lights and unbelievable decorations.

If you have not had the rewarding experience of visiting here, you need to make time to. Hopefully you will be as impressed as I am. The store is very well presented and organized. Great selection of ornaments wreaths trees etc. The staff is super helpful and take care in wrapping every single ornament purchased. 10/10 would shop again. I do wish they stayed open a bit later. 6pm close time on Friday... 8 pm would have been nice but we got all our shopping done.

This store does not honor its committments. Six years ago I bought a lighted Christmas tree from this store. It was rather expensive, over $800. The reason I decided to buy an expensive tree here was the quality of the tree, the warranty and I was told that I could bring the tree in and they would replace any burnt out lights for free. This was very important to me because it is pain to change the lights on this type of tree and replacing a fuse for a bank never seems to work. After this past Christmas, I decided to take the tree in for service because several single lights were burnt out and 3 banks of lights were no longer lighting. They kept the tree for a couple of weeks and when I called to see if it was done, they told me they did not replace lights and I would have to do it myself. I told them I was told differently when I bought the tree and that is the reason I paid a lot for the tree since they would service it. Well, they refused to service the tree. So what is the point of paying extra to buy a tree here? May as well buy one on Amazon. Generally, you get what you pay for, here you do not. I will not shop at this store again.

Has everything for Christmas, very Beautiful, new designs. My only negative is that everything is very expensive... And yes better quality seems higher prices... But the avg person really cant afford anything maybe just a token... I bought some ribbon, $15 for 10 yds which doesnt really go far whether using it for the tree or making pretty pkgs... Which I love to do... But our group of ladies still enjoy looking at everything... It was fun!

The only thing here that was well priced was the ornaments. They had some cute Christmas decor, but so much of it was quite overpriced. Most of the decor was very old fashioned, so if you’re looking for anything modern this is not the place for you! Also, it was very crowded and there were way too many people there to maintain social distancing during this pandemic.

This place is extremely over priced! Yes, you will find whatever you are looking for... but I just drove here to find ridiculously overpriced Christmas merchandise I could buy elsewhere.If money isn’t an issue for you then go ahead....It’s nice to walk around though, a free Christmas wonderland experience! So it’s definitely worth at least visiting! :)

We always make it a family tradition to come here for Christmas. My husband gets mad because I always bring home something for Christmas to decorate our house, and we have a ton of decorations already.. But honestly when you go there. You just can not help yourself. They have wonderful ideas. Decorations and several photo ops for young and old. Since our grand daughter was a baby we always took her picture in front of th e huge bear.. I hope they never get rid of it. Its a family thing now.. thanks to everyone and their staff for truly making this place a magical.place to go.

My family and I visited around 12pm today (Sunday). Like others have said, it was very overcrowded. I was wearing my 8 month old son and we left because we didnt feel safe there. Everyone was wearing masks, but I was really surprised that they didnt have anyone up front monitoring how many people entered. I understand its a very large building, but Im not kidding you when I say we were almost shoulder to shoulder with people trying to get around most areas. My husband and I couldnt stand next to each other because we wouldnt fit past people. Unfortunately, we wont make it back until hopefully next Christmas.

Very friendly staff. Went in 45 minutes before closing and people were cleaning and dusting. I didnt find the tinsel I was looking for but I found every other fun and pretty thing. I love going there for decorating inspiration.

Tons of options. Very fragrant. Some things can be on the more expensive side but still a great one stop shop. Has cut to length lights and staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

If you like to make your own bows, dont waste your time coming here for ribbon. All the ribbon is wired and the selection is very limited. The store is beautiful but not stocked for the do-it-yourself type of person.

If you want to experience Christmas early, this is the place. You can take pictures throughout the store with background scenery. Then a visit from Santa and cookies.

We always love going in here! Who doesnt love massive displays of Christmas lights?! My only complaint, and what kept us from staying longer, was the crowded aisles. They were too many people, no matter where we went in the store. The people behind us at checkout didnt seem to understand that they were too close until I pointedly looked down at the markings on the floor. They moved back a little bit... I would love to be able to hang around and shop longer and hope to return soon!

DW is huge! Theyre stacked full of beautiful displays with stock ready to be purchased. I meet two ladies that hand-make 9 garland as well as the displays throughout the location. So many lights! So many trees! So many ideas! This place is a must see! As we approach the holidays, Ill be heading back to design a perfect Christmas!

This place is amazing! The staff is ALL so friendly and helpful. There is so much stuff and so many good ideas. It is a little pricey but they have a lot of great deals too. Im looking forward to going back and trying the pie shop! (which is unfortunately closed due to COVID...) Really gets you in the Christmas spirit. Be careful, just a friendly warning - I had no intention of buying much, if anything, *today* (it was supposed to an idea day) and we left with a cartful! Its hard to resist.

This store is an explosion of Christmas goodness. It has about every type of decoration one can imagine. Theres a ribbon room, many with incredible intricate embroidery. A tree room filled with expensive trees. You can get a lot of inspiration from the overloaded decorated trees.

It was like a decorators playhouse. So many colors, decorated trees to give you ideas, any and every kind of stuff you need to decorate your house and tree with. I m burned out needless to say, spent a pretty penny!
