The scheduling process was good, the office was nice, quiet and not crowded. Testing was accomplished promptly and well explained as was the fitting and suggestions for using the hearing aids.

I need to give you a buzz. Bluetooth isnt pairing right. T-Mobile has been hacked which my be contributing. I turned them off so now can use any service. Spectrum is a possibility.

Mr York has 30+ years experience, knows the adjustment software, and listens to what issues the patient is having - excellent!

Neat clean modern office and testing rooms. Very professional Doctor and staff yet friendly and relaxing at the same time. Also promptly adhered to my appointment time. The doctor explained every step of the process in detail yet easy to understand terminology.

Everyone is nice and helpful. My mom is 92 years old now. She went to Sound Works a few years ago to get hearing aids. We went today to have a sound test done. From the beginning the staff has always been good to her.

The appointment was great. Glenn York, the new audiologist, was very sensitive to all my concerns. I left with a new set of hearing aids (same ones but adjusted so I could hear.

Great service and products.

I have gotten very good service at Sound Works. They offer trade-in for your existing hearing aids when you upgrade. I got Siemens rechargeable hearing aids and they have been great! The audiologist is very good and knowledgeable and their prices usually beat the competition.

Less turnover on audiologist. Better training in customer relations for them. Two of the last ones were almost combative towards me.

My visit was very pleasant. Im disabled and they were very accommodating.

Nice folks here! Dr. Gandy was most helpful to me in fitting my Signia aids that I had purchased online. Highly recommended!👍👍👍
