Not much Development at this placeHorrible place to work

This was one of the most unorganized companies I have ever worked for. The pay is ok, but isnt worth it when you have to deal with an egotistic owner that comes off as slightly narcissistic. Not to mention a very rude and belittling installation manager whos sole purpose seemed to be being a d*** to ALL of his employees. All tools are bought by you and out of youre pocket and the company has HORRIBLE insurance and benefits. Dont work here unless you dont mind being a walking matt for managers and owner.
