The store is more airy than the Fort Worth one. As with everything since COVID, prices have risen. If you know your prices, how expired something can be to still be edible, and how soon you will use it, worth a look.

Good assorted food stuff with amazing prices and deals. Once bought a whole box of Turkey legs about 32 in the box and a while box of pork ribs for $30. Great place to shop

Town Talk Foods purchases and sells overstocked produce, which means that their items are CHEAP. Im talking $8 for a full case of 20 oz Mountain Dew bottles, $5 for a giant box full of saltine crackers that will last you the rest of the year, $.59 for a pint of ice cream, etc. I assume that any time you go in here you will find different things - but thats kind of what makes it so fun! Regardless, you will ALWAYS find the cheapest items here. They even have discounted beer! Lastly, Tom, the owner of Tom Talk Foods, is absolutely fantastic.

I liked it, it was worth the trip. But that lady up front with all of the yelling and snappy responses needs to GO. It aint cute, funny or endearing. She was also ARGUING about something trivial with a customer who in my opinion didnt look like she wanted to play. The lady was complaining in the video about being tired. Yeah, I guess so! Cut out all of the floor show and just give good customer service!

This is not yoyr normal super market!! Now if you are ready to get food for a great deal than you need to head over and check it out. They also have some unique finds. I was so excited to pick up some cornichons and Pearl cocktail onions for$1.99 a jar. Go check them out!!

Prices good and unusual items tasty (got some fabulous Turkish Delight flavors tonight) if you are willing to take a chance on something new.Always check expiration date, but carry your cell to verify how far past expiration things remain safe and you can get some great deals. Sons got a lot of variety items tonight. I was hoping for fresh fruit and veggies, but too late in the day and week, apparently. Will try again next time.

Great prices but the staff member was very rude. Customers had questions about the pricing of the vegetables since there was no posted prices for the vegetables. Also there was no bags to put the vegetables in and he got upset when we asked for bags. The cashier was very friendly.

This location is new and has lots of space. Be careful and check the Best By or Expiration dates, before purchasing. Also it pays to know prices of goods you usually purchase elsewhere. Some items cost just as much as the mega stores. There is always something new popping up on the shelves, that I have never seen before. Its like a new flavor treasure hunt for my taste buds. Great place for people needing snacks.

Today was an off day at this location. I entered the store about 5 behind a tall Spanish man ..I went to get a basket and a very polite customer a lady said theyre closed. I responded I just need 2 items. And just as I passed the 1st register; a loud mans voice bellows from the other end in front of the store. NO NO WE ARE CLOSED MAMM! Scolded like a 5 year old!! What kind of customer service is this. This was the same dude I followed in the store. He had the chance when I was in the parking lot and at the door to inform but NOPE ..it had to be a public announcement..

The okra was good on top but spoiled under the box. The staff need more training in customer service except for the cashiers who were respectful and wonderful.

The store is a discounted store with good prices only if you are careful enough to buy what you are looking for and pay closed attention to the expiration date on their items wich mostly are expired, about to expire, damage, bruise... I have a sensitive stomach so I purchased very few things, non expired and delicious...On the bright side, they carry a great selection of organic, non gmo items which is great to find for a discount price since normally they are expensive.I most say, they have the friendliest staff ever. Everyone smiles at you, yes you can tell through the mask😁, they ask you if you are ok in a respectful way, they can give you prices for items, will direct you if you are lost... With best team attitude in town! They seem like they love their job!!

Smelt bad in freezer area. boxes everywhere. barely could get by. 79 cents on can of veggies plz. 4.99 gallon milk.come on. plastic bags with flour/etc in them (looked like some one emptied a big bag in smaller reusable bags) with no price. alot of workers talking but not greeting anyone. maybe bulk is good on few. bought 6 rolls of toilet paper for 3.99. at cash register one cashier asked another for price he said .79 cents. confusing. prices cheaper in Elrods then here. and yes I went up and down. Id walk by another customer and hear them say these price are not good n thats expired. Im sorry Im not going back.

Great prices! Extremely nice and helpful employees. I got 1 small watermelon, 5 roma tomatoes, 6 cucumbers, 12 limes, 2 lbs of lemons, 6 white peaches, 3 plums, 1 bag of grapes, 4 huge packages of raspberries, 2 lbs of strawberries, 1 6oz pack of blackberries, 2 big packs of blueberries, and a bag of jalapenos all for $21.57! The only thing Id say is that the people bagging could be more aware of things getting squished in the bags. Not putting heavy items on top of tomatoes, for example. Also, Id love to be able to see the prices as Im checking out to make sure its what I thought when I picked it up. Either way, this store is amazing and such a blessing!

I live in Denton and I come to Town Talk every other month or so. I always find deals that make the trip worth it. The produce is nice and cheap if youre going to use it right away, and we normally find vegan convenience foods that are around half the price and sometimes even less.

This is the best place to go shopping. U can always find the best prices here.

I happily work here, and I can say that even though the food is a bit over date, we do TRY EVER SINGLE ITEM THAT IS PAST DATE BEFORE WE PUT IT OUT TO BE SOLD. Don’t worry management won’t let you take home moldy tomatoes 👍🏼

This store is very clean and organized. Its a discount grocery store, so you have to pay attention to the expiration dates. The low pricing is hard to find elsewhere. I love the variety of products. The produce was outstanding. Also the checkout lines move swiftly. The parking lot at this location is very spacious and easy to get in & out. Would highly recommend!

I love coming here to buy containers. They have the best prices. Some of them dont have tops like they did when they first opened, but Im addicted now.

The chips are always stale. Alot of the prices have went up. Its like they got us at first with low prices and now we struggle to find good prices.

A great place to find deals! You cant count on finding the same product twice, so if you love a product youve gotta go stock up asap. Produce comes in on Saturdays and its literally like black friday with a line of people out the door. Also, if you buy their Town Talk t-shirt you can wear it on Saturdays and get 10% off your whole order, every week! Sometimes you open products and theyre not good -- I recently got a bag of rancid chips, a frozen food item that wasnt sealed correctly, and cold brew coffee that tasted like the plastic bottle it came in. But if youre willing to take some time to look over your products and look for good deals, you will come out ahead.

90% of their goods are expired dated. Very limited on the items I want to purchase because of expiration dates. Its 2021 and I saw stuff with 2019 dates.

If you like bargains on grocery items, youll love this place! Its a new location. I have shopped for years at the Beach Street location in Ft. Worth. This is a much nicer place in Arlington with the same great deals.

I used to like this place in Ft. Worth but when they came to Arlington, its gone downhill. They say theyre a discount grocery but they charge normal grocery store prices for old food and scam their customers on prices and some of their food. I find better deals at Kroger for things such as Thanksgiving turkeys than at this place. Charging $1.00 a pound for an old turkey compared to Krogers $0.37 cents a pound turkey thats fresh is outrageous! Not to mention they sell months old yogurt to people that is SOUR and chicken that looks GREEN in the see through packaging. If you try to give folks a heads up on better deals for fresh food on their Facebook page, they block you and delete the comments. They are not a discount, customer centred store. They lie about other successful grocery stores like Kroger saying they dont have much customers (if you shop there you know theres tons there!) and its about the money for Town Talk and know they are losing customers due to their overpriced near SPOILED and EXPIRED food.

Not as good as the fort worth location. Feel like I was over charged on a lot of things. Wont go back to that location again.

This place is like the Big Lots of grocery stores. They have a large variety of different items. It took us almost an hour just to walk the store. We found lots of bargains and good deals. We will be returning again.
