My family has done business with Hardin Computer since the 1980s. They provide honest, dependable service for Apple products, and we wouldnt go anywhere else. Not only do they provide great technical service, but I trust their knowledge and depend on their advice. Its a bit of a trek for me to get to Arlington, but well worth the drive to work with the great folks at Hardin!

These guys are like family. Ive known them for years, and their skills are surpassed only by their heart for service. Rick and the team have helped me out of so many jams, Ive lost count. They fix my stuff when necessary, make great suggestions when I need them, and otherwise make my Mac world even more of a delight. I now live an hour away from their location and I still gladly drive there any time I need them. They are that good.

Took my sons laptop to get fixed based upon feedback and recommendation from Best Buy since our Total Protect was not worth paying $300 to have it serviced even though we had Apple Care. Took my MacBook Air to Best Buy and since they aren’t authorized to work on Apple computers they referred me to Hardin. Hardin computer was able to address my problem immediately and replace both broken parts in an hour and a half. They were friendly, attentive, and fast. As a bonus, they were able to quickly tell me that my computer was still under warranty, so it didn’t cost me a dime. They will be my first stop from now on every time!

This is my first time coming to Harden Computer. I am in grad school and today at 10am my 2016 MacBook Pro quit working. Thankfully I found Harden computer online. I called and no appointment was required. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my laptop and fixed it. This was a pleasant experience. My son has used the same MacBook all through high school and wanted to take it with him to college. The screen stopped working a couple of months ago, so we brought it in to be replaced. They were so patient and friendly and told us exactly when the work would be done. The best part is that after my son made an offhand remark about some sticking keys they determined that his computer was eligible for warranty work to get the keyboard, battery, and track pad replaced, free of charge. Stay far away from this place. Apple sent me here for a simple keyboard replacement. They didn’t want to acknowledge that I purchased Apple Care. They kept telling me that I only had the factory warranty. The guy at the desk was clueless and the boss wasn’t any better. They do not practice active listening and seemed to only be concerned about their own solutions. Not friendly. Not concerned about the customer.

Another computer repair shop said it would be impossible to reset the password on my moms laptop. Hardin Computer was able to fix it quickly and cheap. Absolutely recommend!!

These guys saved my bacon! I forgot the password to my computer and could not access my backup from my external drive. The whole time Im driving to their location the knot in my stomach was getting worse, lost passwords, lost files, etc. I get to their location and Rick stops what hes doing to help see what they could do. After about 30 minutes, my knot was gone and Rick had successfully accessed my backup! Their customer service was impeccable and the help I received...lets just say my stress level went down to zero in 30 minutes. Hopefully, I never have this problem again (or any problem) but if I do, I know where to go for help!

I took my MacBook Air in to get a cracked screen fixed. I was told it would be ready to pickup in 3-5 days. They had it ready for me to pickup the next morning! Exceptional service!

In March 2018, I cracked the screen on my 2017 MacBook Pro 13. I checked with Apple and with Hardin on the repair cost. (Hardin is an authorized Apple repair business.) Hardin did the repair within a few days and the repair cost less than Apple. Yesterday, I left the same computer with Hardin to fix my mouse pad (trackpad) because I had spilled water on it. They repaired it in less than 24 hours, far exceeding my expectations. I am very impressed with this business and highly recommend them to anyone looking for Apple certified repair work.

They did a repair of my Imac that was paid for by Apple. It never really worked great after that, and the top constantly comes open. I have to use rubber bands to keep dust from getting in the top. They must have not put the magnets or whatever holds it together back in. Sometimes it completely goes black and I have to hook it up to an external monitor. I would not recommend this place, I used it because it was an authorized Apple repair place.

Needed help unlocking my I Phone. Jimmy was able to help me quickly and gave me top tier customer service. I recommend Hardin for any electronic need.

They fixed my 2015 macbook pro and let me know swiftly that one of the repairs they initially thought was necessary was in fact not needed, which made it cheaper for me. Had a little bit of trouble with parts coming in right, but they made sure to get good parts. Upon receiving the right parts, my repair was finished same day.

I was staying in arlington for about a week for work and my MacBook pro unfortunately met a very large cup of coffee that someone had sat down on the table next to my laptop. Long story short, my laptop was essentially fried so I had to buy a new one. Thankfully, though, while I was still working, the Hardin guys managed to transfer all of my belongings from my old computer to my new one! They truly saved me because I had several valuable files on there. Fast, friendly and they know what theyre doing. I highly suggest Hardin Computer!

I would highly recommend Hardin Computer for any issues with Apple products. I was trying to un-install a program that was causing numerous problems and pop-ups on my MacBook. I went to my college age son first and he had no luck. I then reached out to an IT firm that I had used before and they could not solve it, but advised I reach out to Hardin Computer. In less than 15 minutes, Rick had solved the issue and I was back up and running. We used Team Viewer for a remote session which saved me tons of time. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Hardin Computer – five star customer service, expert knowledge and extremely friendly!

I had a great experience with Hardin Computers. My roommates dog knocked a huge cup of coffee onto my MacBook Pro. As a video editor my laptop is my livelihood so I very panickedly took it into Hardin within a couple hours of the spill (found through trying to schedule an appointment through Apple). Jimmy was SO empathetic about the incident. He and Hugo found a way to replace my keyboard for free and there was luckily no further liquid damage! They also waived their diagnostic fee! Super, super nice and knowledgable. If I have any future issues Im going back here, their service is worth the 30 mile drive.

They told me I should be good on memory based on how much I save on the computer and there wasnt any need to install a larger memory at this time. My daughter was visiting from out of state in Sept 2020 when her old iPhone 5s wouldnt hold a charge and would just die. She didnt want one of the new larger phones. Hardin fixed it next day even though they were busy. Nice people, prompt and courteous service.EDIT: Also had them replace an iPhone 7 battery 12/23/20. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and it was fixed in under two hours. Cant say enough good things about this place and their staff.

I went in here because one of my keys broke off of my MacBook and I was worried I’d have to pay for an entire new keyboard. However, Rick was able to find a spare key and fixed it for me for free! I came in for a repair of my IMAC, and dealt with Jennifer and Hugo. Jennifer was super nice, responsive and professional to deal with. Based on the fact that I got the computer back two days later, and it now works perfect, after it could not even boot I am obviously recommend Hugos work as well. I also appreciated that the handled things very careful to assure no scratches or dings on anything. Great shop/experience, and where I will take all my computer needs in the future. I brought my iPhone to Hardin for a new battery on the last day of Apples discounted replacement offer. There were several customers ahead of me and they werent sure if they would be able to fit me in. At their suggestion, I left my phone with them just in case they had time and within 1.5 hours they called to tell me it was ready! The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The store is clean and spacious. I will be using Hardin for my future MacBook and iPhone services from here on out. Much more appealing than going into a crowded Apple store and feeling like another number on service queue.

8-year-old Mac died of old age and wouldnt boot. Apple Store couldnt even get their usual diagnostic tests to run on it, much less recover any data. Hardin tech successfully recovered the entire hard drive and would have been able to install a new one and get the machine working again if Id wanted. Would definitely come here again for repair work or just buying Apple products in general.

My precious iMac was slowly nearing the end of its life, but Hugo at Hardin Computer saved it! 10 years of my life is on that computer. He saved all of my data, updated some of the hardware, put in a new and faster hard drive, and now its working even better than it did when it was new in 2009! My iMac was too ancient for the apple store to work on it, but Hugo saved it from the brink of death in no time at all. Made an appointment that was not met, girl behind the counter had to google any question I had, they have an upcharge to any service you have done by apple (yes, even under limited warranty). I dont know how they are a apple authorized store without knowing any information, not organized, the guy in the back was even dropping everyone’s packages that were getting shipped out. I went to Hardin to get help with my iPhone which was restarting repeatedly. Jennifer was up front with me and told me they are very limited with what they can do with phones. It looks like they specialize more with apple computers. Regardless, even though I showed up 45 min before close and Rick was busy, he still took time to look at my phone and even tested out a new battery to see if that was the problem FOR FREE! It turned out to not be the problem, so Jennifer suggested I take it to an apple store. I ended up having to pay $300 for a new phone at the apple store but I do not regret going to Hardin first. I really appreciate them taking time to look at my phone! Thank you Rick and Jennifer.

Don’t waste hours of your time even trying to mess with an Apple store. Went here for a iPhone battery replacement after multiple hour long ordeals at Apple store. From initial phone call to check stock, to having my phone repaired, these guys took about 45 minutes and now my phone works like new. Couldn’t be any more pleased.

I went to this store to try to fix my macbook Air laptop which had a crack on the screen. They told me it would take $800 to fix the screen. I went to everyones computer repair llc in grand prairie and they said they can order the screen part for $150 and another $50 for service on fixing it.

My MacBook Pro had slowed to a crawl, fraught with disk full errors and a dead end after more than an hour talking with Apple phone support.Within 30 minutes of walking into Hardin, my machine was up and running. After a really bad customer experience at an Apple store, I wanted to go to a small shop to get my Macbook repaired. When I came to Hardin computer, there was no line. The lady at the desk was very careful to understand what the issues with my laptop were. After I came back to pick up my computer, she even double checked the laptop bottom to confirm that a defect was removed. The technician was also very honest about what could and couldnt be done. If you are looking for honest, fast and high quality work, and you dont have time to wait on Apple for 3-5 business days and/or you are hoping you dont need to replace your entire logic board, dont go anywhere other than Hardin computer. Had water spilled on my keyboard. I paid the fee to expedite the service. Hardin opened my laptop and cleaned/dried out all the components within 3 hours. I didnt have to replace expensive parts. The service is not super cheap but considering I still saved a bunch by not replacing my logic board and got my computer back within a few hours, Im very happy!
