Such a good friendly store with awesome prices! Definitely worth the drive for us, employees were nice and informative, this store doesn’t have overpriced reselling stuff, they definitely want you to come back to spend less for more!

Great employees and great funko pops!

I went in for 2 Selena pops one for me and for my best friend. My boyfriends mom took me and she wanted one for her and her sister. They were nice to me but questioned her rudely cause she used my card. I offered to let her use my card due to her forgetting hers. Covid has gotten alot of people afraid to go to stores so us picking up pops for others shouldnt be reprimanded. I bought two she got two. We arent scalpers but to act rudely to her was kinda off putting. Great store and great finds. I understand the fear for scalping but to be rude to her was a bit much.... Thank you for responding, the reason us going in separate was a child was in the car and we each needed 2 so yes I understand the fact it looked like an issue

Found this place actually by accident and were left impressed! We havent seen anyone carry Apex pops my fiance was looking for and they had some there! Really wish they had more anime pops tho because Ive noticed alot of places get DBZ pops but no one really wants those...but hopefully Ill see some more

I have went twice both on sundays and they have been closed even though hours listed and shown state store should be open until 6pm. I dont live in this area so I hope to check this place out soon.

I went last night to buy some pop protectors and got limited to just ten ive gone to buy my products here all the time and never had that issue. Then i asked about some incoming products and just told me to look at there website and some binders all rudely. Theres this other guy i go with in the mornings has always helped me professionally and friendly i forget his name but from my experience last night i refuse to purchase products from here if the other dude aint there.

Great shop! Most independent toy stores will gouge the hell out of prices but not Fat Gandalf. If anything their prices are slightly lower on some items. Well stocked and tons to chose from. I look forward to being a regular!

This store is awesome. Prices are really good. The owner was very nice and talk to me the whole time I was in there . To be fair to was me that instigated the conversation. But he was willing to talk about all thing toys and nerd whole I was shopping. The toys are in new condition, no used toys. That can be a plus and a negative. Overall, I enjoy the store.

Today was my first visit to Fat Gandalf! I love this store and the prices are great! The young man working there is Beck. He is SUPER nice and helpful! He took time showing us around the store and answers 500 questions from my 7 year old son! It’s almost unusual In this day and age to receive 5 star customer service from a young man!!

I venture to different comic book and collectible stores in Texas and this is the first store that had a lot of items that we hadnt seen before. Major plus! Paul was helpful and engaging which is a change from what were used to. We will definitely be returning!

Only reason why they dont get one star is because at least the store is clean.Four workers were there and not a single one said hello or acknowledged that there were in fact customers with money to spend in their store.Pops are all commons which can be found literally anywhere and for much, much cheaper as well.Tough review but an honest one. Wont be going back. Many other places that are much better all around DFW, including the immediate area.

Have to say I loved this store! My sister and I are collectors and walked out with some great additions to our collection! Will be coming to this store regularly now. However I do suggest to the owner to stock more One Piece stuff!

Happened upon this toy store by chance after leaving GameStop and was impressed. It’s a small store but they make the most of their space. Lots of pops and a very nice variety, including chase. They have something for everyone including DC multiverse, Marvel Legends, Power Rangers, and horror. Prices were very reasonable and owner was very nice. Highly recommend!

Great place for POP! collectors, first time I’ve heard of this place and came in to find The Mandolorian collection and he had just about all of them! Super helpful guy, super nice and made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend coming here!

The layout was impressive and well thought out. I easily found what I was looking for and many other interesting collectibles. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable!

I Truly love the euphoric atmosphere of going into a real mom and pop toy store. You can tell they opened it for the kids in the adult with a wide variety of great toys and collectibles. Even just to look around for 30mins I suggest it.

As a Toy Photographer, i am beyond happy to say Fat Gandalf Inc is one of my favorite places to go and pick up the lately figures. Very fair pricing compared to other stores I been to in the DFW area. Keep up the good job!

This place is amazing. It is clean, has a variety of collectable items to choose from, and to top it off the staff and the owners are amazing. I asked them if they had a figure, which they did not but they offered to check with their neca rep. to see if they can order it. That is what I call customer service.
