Excellent customer services besides and on top of that the work that he dose he knows what’s his talking about in what the problem can be I’ve gone to different spots and I’ve just gotten charge and walked out with still the item not working recommended for sure !!

I have known the owner here for a few years now, he is honest and fair price for repairs. He also sells cases, chargers and screen protectors. He is knowledgeable with products and I highly recommend taking your devices here to be repaired if and when needed.

He changed out a battery in my wifes iphone S6 in like 10 minutes and it was a very very reasonable price. Friendly & Great service. I will take all my phone problems and purchases to him in the future. He can order you a phone too and makes deals, and I think he sells used phones as well. Right on SE corner, Cooper & California, in the strip center next to Kabobs (a great Kurdish buffet).

Would highly recommend! I went to a place in Mansfield and was quoted $149 plus tax to fix my iPhone 7 screen I came here and got my screen fixed a screen protector and a case all for $81 after tax he was quick and very nice thank you!

I would always recommend this store for cell phone repair. We went to another store to get my friends phone fixed and they basically handed it back and said they cant do anything. When we brought it here, he showed us pictures and explained what we can do to make it function again. My friend now has a working phone!!

I was really apprehensive of this place at first. The heavy bars on the outside of the shop as well as the lack of just overall appearance of the store had me concerned. It didnt look very professional at all. However Mr. Will offered me the best price I could find in the area, so I rolled the dice.Was absolutely not disappointed!!!! I had an LG g3 with a shattered front screen, and he had it fixed in 30 mins or less for only $90. I walked two steps out of the store and the screen started malfunctioning, so my heart sank to my ass thinking I had took a bad gamble. I walked back into the store and informed him right after I had paid. He apologized immediately and took my phone to fix the issue, no questions asked. He brought it back to me and I am glad to say its still functioning 100% the day after. He threw in a free phone case for the trouble and told me if any other problems occurred I had a 30 day period where I was covered to bring it back and hed fix it for no extra charge.This man knows true customer service. 100% satisfied and will be taking my Lenovo tablet with a malfunctioning speaker to see if he can also repair it. Moral of the story is dont let outer appearances fool you. He also appears to be running that small shop by himself, and seems very hard-working. I would recommend him more if I could!

When I first called Will he seemed knowledgeable but not professional, which makes me nervous when Im handing over an expensive electronic. I verified his business hours and made the 25 minute drive over in my 5.7L V8 truck---only to find the doors locked and no one inside. I was definitely annoyed that apparently he had gone to lunch, left no one in his stead, and made no mention of it when I had called that morning. I decided to wait for awhile outside so that maybe my trip wouldnt be a total waste. I watched multiple customers come and go after trying the locked door, also annoyed and confused. He eventually came back from lunch---only to tell me, oh by the way, I dont repair AT&T or Verizon iphones. He offered to go get the parts and I could come back another day, but Id already been inconvenienced twice by the time hed laid eyes on my phone! I went to Rescue Cell Phone 1.5 miles down the same street (S Cooper by I-20) instead. Glad they were there and did a great job, or else Id be mad that I wasted so much gas & time. Cant say Id recommend Will.

I broke my iPhone 6 Plus screen and camera and he’s amazing. Great costumer service and explains everything he’s charging for and how much it will cost . Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a quick fix both times I went I spent less than 30 minuets waiting.

In and out in 20 minutes with repaired Galaxy S4. Far more convienient than going through ATT to get fixed and at a fair price. Hope it wont be necessary, but will stop here first with any future issues with our families phones.

Drove 25 miles to this place twice, first time I inquired how much to unlock to phones because he was about to close, then, I returned at 11:00 am two days later to find the place closed, so I texted him and wait till 11:30am he didn’t show up, I’m not a math genius but lose $160 for being late is not worth it.

After making a 30 minute plus drive to pick up my phone that been for a week. Was asked to stay 5 minutes and he wouldnt. Even after having to argue for him to fix the screen.
