My first experience with a Verizon in TX and both Trevor and Linver were so great. They both knew exactly what to do to help me and got me the best option. Opposed to other stores where the staff tries to force expensive options and lack knowledge, Trevor was incredibly helpful and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Both guys were sweet and also fun to talk to! This is my new Verizon store.

Salil was an amazing help as I was purchasing my new Galaxy S 10+ today. Very personable and great to talk too as he was transferring data from my iPhone to the new galaxy. He also informed me of other discounts I could get with Verizon. Very good experience and I cant wait to explore my new phone.

My wife and I came in trying to transfer over from AT&T to Version. After a lot of work and help from Asia, the version worker that helped us out, we were able to do it surprisingly easily. There were some problems with the switch on AT&Ts side of things, but Asia handled it all for us and we didnt have to stress. Would defiantly recommend using this Verizon store if you need anything done.

I really like doing business with this Verizon store. It feels like a neighborhood store, where the guys know you when you walk in. I get great service every time I need help, or need a new device.

Great experience. Linver Gomez, really did a great job. Saved me about $75 a month and made sure we did not leave that store until everything was working properly and made sure all our extras were signed up for. Great place will be my store.

I worked with four different employees at this store dealing with my partially working phone. They all were very helpful and tried different ways to get my phone to work. Therefore all employees get five stars. However, the insurance tried to cheat me. The insurance company, allegedly, found a crack on the screen, even though the store employee nor I, saw a crack in the screen before I sent the phone in for an exchange. They eventually, sent me a picture, supposedly, of my phone with an enlarged image of a crack. They also tried to charge me a higher fee for the deductible than what my contract stated. Eventually the deductible was lowered per conversation over the phone. Of coarse, it was not lowered on my bill! What a hassle! One star for the insurance company. My suggestion to anyone returning a phone, take several good close-up pictures of your phone before returning it.

The gentlemen that had helped my household and I with a new phone plan and device was absolutely astonishing. He was appropriately promoting great options and was extremely willing to work with our needs. He surely makes an excellent salesman and the location should be glad to have a wonderful person providing this outstanding service. No one wants to deal with the typical, lackadaisical representative; however, he surely breaks that mold, without evening breaking a sweat. I dont know if its because its next to a tourist spot with the stadium next door or what but this place has the WORST customer service of all verizon locations. Bad enough to make me want to change my service to another company. Good lord someone needs to adjust these folks attitudes.

I came into Verizon on Collins in Arlington, TX in tears due to my phone being taken. Vincent, the Asst Mgr was the first person to assist me. I was very upset. Vincent was very kind! He took his time with me & explained each process in purchasing a new phone. I could not have asked for a better Verizon employee!!! Vincent needs to be cloned!!!! Very knowledgable & very patient & deserves 10 stars!!!!!!

Linver Gomez is the best representative of a phone service company I have ever met. He had such a warm smile when I came in the store and helped me decide which phone was the best. And he helped me choose the s10 phone which has the best screen and battery . He also helped me with transfering my apps and contacts over and hooked me up with a new case and also charger. He went above and beyond to help me. He should me manager of the store!!

We came to this store wanting an upgrade and more information on the things Verizon offered, but man, was I impressed! Shadesha Smith, the manager, sat down with us for about 3 hours and explained everything to me and my mother-step by step. She was giving us helpful hints all while still having great customer service. She knew what she was doing and only wanted to benefit us, not trying to take our money. We enjoyed this experience here and will definitely be coming back here for any phone or technical questions and help!

The absolute best customer service Ive had in a while now. I went in with my mom who has Verizon and I have sprint. I switched carriers and it was no hassle at all. I couldnt believe it. Every time I go to a sprint store nobody wants to help and they make everything impossible. Ive found my new cellular home. And did I mention this store rocks? Its SO nice to not have to drive all the way over to the mall. Thanks you were outstanding!
