More than a 5 star rating for Jimmy at The Fixi Shop! He worked on my sick iPhone & magically brought it back to life. He knew exactly how to fix it, and did so in just a few minutes. I was expecting to have to purchase a new phone, or pay a huge repair bill. Thanks to Jimmy & his expertise, neither happened. My repaired phone is working like a brand new one, and the repair bill was the best deal in town! Thank you Jimmy, for a job well done and for such excellent customer service!

THANK YOU to the Fixi Shop! We have been here twice and Jimmy is always willing to above and beyond to help. The first time we visited, he helped to get debris stuck into the phone out at no charge. The second time, he added two shatterproof screens and gave very honest and useful advice about iPhone battery life. This repair store is honest, giving truthful advice about what does and doesnt need to get replaced. While booths at the mall may come and go, this store has been here for years - keeping them accountable to repairs and a consistent form of technology advice. They were fast, efficient and very reasonably priced! We will definitely be coming here again and again!

After going to another repair shop and being told that my sons iPad couldn’t be fixed, we came here. The issue was part of the charger had broken off and was stuck in the charge port. The guy at the counter pulled some forceps out and fixed the issue in 10 seconds, no charge.

I recently lost my repair shop because they closed down. Found this one on Google and I’m a happy customer twice now. My Dad keeps breaking his iPhone one way or another. Jimmy is an awesome tech! For the first time ever I got my iPhone partially wet the evening before and promptly turned it off. The next morning I took it in and Jimmy spent about 10 minutes with it - its back to new at no charge! Jimmy was exceptionally friendly and helpful, very efficient and it was a pleasure to meet him. I took my iPad to be repaired, they determined that it was unfortunately not repairable. The staff went over and above to determine if I had any warranty left from Apple (I didn’t) so they arranged to help me with the warranty swap paperwork and did all the legwork for me. They made this very expensive accident a bit more bearable by going the extra mile for me. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again guys, you made my day.

My young daughter accidentally stepped on our brand new iPad and shattered the screen. Looked up places and this had the best reviews. We also took our old iPad that had a dead battery. The service was very professional. They were also very upfront with the pricing. Got the iPads back less than a week later and the work is very professional. They even replaced the glass and trim as well as the battery on the old one for no extra charge. Both look amazing and I could not be happier. If we need any other assistance with Apple products we will be taking them back here

Dropped my phone in a wet place, completely submerged, got it out but couldn’t get the case off. Next morning took it to The Fixi Shop in the shopping area off I 20 by The Movie Tavern. Jimmy was so clear, explained what he would do exactly, no up front cost, if not repairable- no charge. Next day it was all dried out, checked every part, and it works perfectly!!!!! And he says, “no charge!” Gave him a BIG TIP! Super helpful, honest, and very nice! Thanks!!!

Louis is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. The Apple Store said the phone was fried because the charging port shorted out. It was actually just a battery. I have to say Im truly impressed with this place. Its not often you find somebody that honest. If you want to repair done right at a fair price this is your place.

Fantastic experience!!!! Extremely knowledgeable about all things iphone. I took my friends dead phone and they got it up and running after replacing battery and charging port. Nicest guys ever. I wanted to hang around after phone was fixed just to listen to their interaction with other customers. Very courteous and friendly.

Great experience at this shop!! They took care of my I-pad issue in about two minutes with a pair of tweezers - after another shop told me the entire port would need replacing - and they didnt charge me a thing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for all repairs in the future!

Great experience here. Had an iPhone that looked trashed. They did a quick and reasonably priced repair on the screen and camera that weren’t working. Jimmy was a great help. Hopefully we won’t need to, but we would definitely go back for future repairs.

Ive had two screens replaced there. Each time they were quick and friendly!! This time I was having some issues with the phone and they opened it up and found a loose wire put it back together, ran tests and gave it back to me free of charge. Highly recommend them.

Went around to multiple places in Arlington to try to fix my iPhone 6+ screen & this was by far the cheapest place & it had the coolest atmosphere for a phone repair shop ( old time, rustic car theme ) ! The gentleman up front fixed things I didnt even ask to be fixed ( my speaker phone ) & it was done in only 30 minutes, DEFINITELY would recommend this place to family & friends!

Went there at 10am. The shop was not open and there was someone smoking outside. 10:05 he unlocked the door but never went inside but continued to smoke. We went somewhere else to get our phone fixed. If you open at 10 then be open.

We have used them a few times and the work is always quick, beautifully done and at or below the quote. A couple of times much less than the quote.We wont go anywhere else.
