Horrible service. Warranty is pointless. They do not honor their work. Phone hasn’t left box already has a hairline crack, they won’t honor. Just 5 days ago it was repaired to give for a gift. Don’t waste your time or money. Didn’t offer to fix and looked at me like I was dumb for asking them to fix it. Worthless store, worthless manager.Phone was not damaged even the rep said it was odd, and he didn’t see how there was a crack under the screen, but he had to listen to his manager. Horrible products, fake reviews, and they don’t honor their work.

This place did me so wrong I asked for the owner there is no owner and everybody is a manager over there but they cannot make a decision they keep calling people on the phone the point is I had my phone fixed the next day I go back up there and told him there was a black spot on my screen not even 24 hours later they refused to fix my phone and said buy another screen but it comes with a 30 day warranty the screen was peeling off the phone itself they are rude to you in a nice way I remember when this place first opened up they had very good customer service I knew the owners and they were always willing to help I have fixed numerous phones at that place but obviously the new owner does not give a damn I do not recommend this place

Be mindful when having this vendor fix your phone. After having cracked iPhone fixed, front camera failed. I took phone back to vendor they said take it to Apple because the camera not working was not due to them though it was working just before I entered their store for repair. After taking it to Apple they informed me that after a calibration they do not warrant third party screens and even if they replaced the camera it was the replacement screen causing the problem. I knew though the vendor would not take responsibility. I had to replace the iPhone, so it is best to take cracked screens from any Apple product back to Apple.

Fast and Friendly Repairs was one of the best place I have been to to fix my cracked iPhone screen ! The service was A1, and it took barely 20 minutes for my screen to be replaced. The place also has a TV, so I was not just sitting there, bored, while waiting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to repair their electronics !

Come here because of good reviews, needed battery charge on my iPhone.Lady on the phone said $50, guy in the store $55 plus tax, no big deal.Leave the phone at 4:30pm and they said it’s gonna been ready in 30-45 minutes.I come back 2 hours latter and guy said they installed new battery but phone didn’t turn on and they put back my old battery, and also he’s said if i can give him 20 minutes he’ll try with another battery, it’s really joke. I think they didn’t even remove case from phone.

Went here for a screen repair and they got it done in 30min. I have the iPhone 7 they fixed for $91.00 doesn’t seem cheep to me specially when they use “off the market screens” that end up looking like your trying to save battery 24/7. Not happy with the quality of it. The brightness is extremely low compare to any other iPhone. By the way I’ve taken phones there before and they’ve never end up looking like this one. Yes I asked for a replacement and their response lead to this review.

Service was TERRIBLE. Promised phone repair at certain time, left and came back then I as told different time. Left again and came back and still phone not ready due to another issue found. They took my number when initially dropped off but never bothered to call to update me. Then the receptionist said it was crazy to be upset. Then started speaking Spanish (I’m sure about me). I would rather pay a little more for better service.

I truly believe that these 5 star reviews are fake.I came here for battery repair 2-3 months ago. Terrible and unprofessional customer service which was a red flag that I should have listened to. I arrived and the girl was messing with my phone and said it wasn’t a battery issue (when it clearly was). Then when I got to my car I notice my home button and front facing camera wasn’t working. I took it back to her and she was so defensive and kept saying it wasn’t her fault when it was bc my home button and camera worked fine before I gave her my phone. Then she told me to come back tomorrow for a “technician” to look at it. Which I did. Still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Someone else “repaired” my phone and they fixed my home button since the issue was on their end but didn’t want to take responsibility for my front facing camera so being the nice non-confrontational person I am I just shrugged and paid for that to get fixed. So I paid $100 for battery and front camera repair.2-3 months later my battery stops working all over again!!! I took it to a different place and when they took my phone out of my case, my screen was splitting from the back hardware!!! The new repair place told me that this place had done a very poor job and my battery was not repaired properly and was causing my phone to split. This different company repaired my phone soooo much quicker and were so much more kind and professional. And the interior of their building was cleaner, bigger, and more open unlike the claustrophobic tense environment this repair place has.$100, time, and gas money I wasted coming here. I believe these people are truly deceptive and conniving. I read another review about how someone else front facing camera stopped working when they got here too. Coincidence? I don’t think so.Pathetic 30 day warranty in fast and friendly repairs meanwhile the different company I got to fix my phone has LIFETIME warranty.Never coming here again and I am warning others to avoid this place.

Had an emotional breakdown when my screen shut off and didnt work. I need something fast and I was referred by a friend to come here. As soon as I got here one of the girls took my phone and fixed the screen within 5 mins, and she charged me a reasonable price. Great service and fast repair. You do not need to leave your phone overnight. Did I mention they have super cute phone cases here?

The girl there is super rude and talks to you like your stupid. The young guy there is really nice but the girl is mean. They give fast repairs but are not friendly at all.

My boyfriend took his phone here for his screen to be fixed, 2 hours later, not only is the screen STILL cracked but the home button doesn’t work and we are left with having to get a new phone or replace the screen AND the home button now. He and I are very upset with this place🤬

Came here to fix my husbands screen, after they fixed it the back camera and flashlight don’t work as well neither does the screen as it sometimes doesn’t feel the touch. Now they are saying his motherboard is the problem when that phone was perfectly fine before....

DO NOT GO HERE. The screens that they replace your iPhone screeen with are CHEAP and LOW QUALITY!!! Colors looks dull, there is much less saturation and things are blurry between swiping across screens. If you are an IPhone user then you will DEFINITELY notice the difference.They didn’t warn me that the replacement screen would be much lower quality than the original; if they warned me then I wouldn’t post this review. After I told them I didn’t like the new screen, they put my old broken screen back on but charged me $20 in labor.
