We had AllPro do 1600sqft of vinyl planking and carpet and we are very pleased with the result. The material is good quality as expected and looks great.The two different teams (vinyl planking and carpet) were on time and pleasant to work with. Appliances and furniture were moved with care and disposal and clean up were well handled.Three days for the vinyl planking with a little bit of floor. prep and grading. One day for the carpet. The corners were well done and carpet-plank interfaces look great.

Whoever answered the phone was very unhelpful was trying to get someone to come out to give me a quote on flooring felt like they did not want to help. If this is the type of service I will get off one call then pretty bad customer service! Will be looking elsewhere!

Hello!My wife and I are extremely picky and what I would consider well-informed buyers. We shopped around for almost 2 months before making the decision to work with All-Pro Floors in Arlington. That being said, Phil Davis and his team at All-Pro Floors blew away our expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, extremely skilled craftsmen.We are hyper sensitive to strangers coming into our home, but Phil put my mind at ease as the crew that showed for each job was very respectful of our home and possessions. I never once felt threatened that items might be missing upon on our return home. They did excellent work and when we had questions or requested items to be touched up, we never once received any pushback. They truly deliver when it comes to customer service and follow through.We had a few issues early on with pricing of the floors, as we ended up doing the entire house: hardwoods in the entry, dining, and living area, then new tile in the kitchen and laundry area, and new carpet in all of the bedrooms. Phil miscalculated on his quote and it was to my favor, but rather than coming back after the fact and telling me I owed him more money, he ate the cost....a man of his word! I cant say that about too many people, could probably count them on one hand. Thank you, Phil, for standing behind your quote!As you can tell from our pictures, updating the floors, countertops in the kitchen, the backsplash, hardware on the cabinets, and ultimately the paint changed the entire look of our home. They dont do painting but everything else was turnkey.Lastly, its my recommendation to not skimp out on cost to save a few hundred dollars. If this is your home, make the investment and know that youre getting high quality products, professional installation and craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. The price was not the cheapest, but it was fair and they never came up with any hidden or extra fees, the service was just amazing. These Guys are AMAZING…Took Care of a Stressful Situation!We woke up to a flood in the house from the A/C drain….Immediate stress not knowing where to start. After contacting the insurance company we called All-Pro Floors (Found on Google). Best decision we ever made! At that point, All-Pro Floors took over, Stress Level immediately reduced. All we were required to do is to pick out the new flooring and the color (Harder than you think, Ha!). The showroom is Amazing along with the very Professional Staff. After learning our lifestyle and noting that my wife has to deal with me, 2 large dogs & 2 cats they recommended a special type of carpet to help fight stains, wear & has easy cleanup. So, I waited a year to write this review to see how the carpet holds up…..ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The carpet has been tested multiple time, mostly by me ;-) and not a stain, tear or high traffic wear to be seen. The recommended carpet has passed the test and holds up as promised. If you need flooring, this is the flooring company you want to go with. They are only concerned with your Complete Satisfaction and back it up with Great Customer Service and a very Professional Installation Crew. I would highly recommend using All Pro Floors for multiple reasons. I would give them a 5+ rating in every area. Geoff Brown and his staff are truly exceptional! We were trying to create the ambience of a medieval castle and Geoff successfully nailed every single part of it. He listens to his customers and makes outstanding recommendations. We used All Pro Floors for all of our flooring, bathroom tile, etc. Our custom home is rather unique and required the installers to address issues which normally do not occur in standard homes. The installers were outstanding as well. They were very responsible and truly took extra care and extra time making sure every aspect was as perfect as it could be. Mike Benson was our marble fabricator. He has my highest recommendation as well. Shawn Cramer helped us find the perfect slabs for our countertops. All Pro Floors did a great job with my carpet install. Jerry helped me and was informative and patient with my decisions and the process. The installers came in and went straight to work. They were done in a couple of hours and made sure everything was clean when they left...i love my new carpet. im super satisfied with service. Ill be checking then out for future home renovations!

These are my long term floor people. Love them and they have fantastic quality work. They have worked on multiple houses for me. They even are fixing poor work done by a previous company (Century Floors of Keller) for us. Unfortunately this makes Century Floors upset at them and now they are posting fake reviews here under the name Ronda Huff. All-Pro does not deserve that :(

We had been looking for carpet for a couple of weeks and had already visited two other companies, had measurements and received bids. I searched the internet and found All-Pro Floors. Third time is a charm. We walked into the store, told Jerry what we were looking for and took samples home (large size - not the tiny squares that the big box stores give you) and picked our carpet. Jerry was out within two days to measure and his measurements were several square yards less than the first two companies measurements. Our carpet was ordered and installed within ten days of our order. The installers were professional, worked extremely hard, and did a great job. I would also like to say that the price was 20% less than the other bids we received. Needless to say, I highly recommend All-Pro Floors.

I love my floors there was a problem with the amount of floor that was ordered. The installers ran out and did not have enough to complete the installation. I waited a few days to find out when the installer would return and after a phone call to the store arrangements where made to finish the installation.

We shopped a few other stores first with frustrating results. Next time we’ll just go straight to All-Pro! The staff were great at helping us get the right flooring for the quality, look, feel, and durability we wanted. Pricing was competitive, Installation was fast, and the install crew was friendly and did a great job. The new floor looks awesome!

Outstanding Experience!This is only the second review I have ever written, but my experience with All-Pro was so good that I had to share. When I first walked in to the showroom I was greeted by Jerry L. I explained what I was looking for and he took me right to their selection of vinyl plank flooring. He then left me for a bit so I could browse and choose the style/colors that I wanted. Jerry returned to answer any questions that I had. He then helped me carry 7 samples to my car. I appreciated that there was no hovering and no pressure for a sale. Jerry was friendly, courteous and gave me the time I needed to make a decision.I selected luxury vinyl plank to replace all of the flooring in my 1800 sq ft home. Im very pleased with the quality of the product, and the installation was top notch. The installers removed all of the old flooring and prepped the floors prior to laying the new planks. Both were very professional and friendly. They moved the furniture around as needed and worked to keep everything as tidy as possible. They set up their saw in my garage (at my request) and when the work was completed, my garage looked as if they had never been there.All-Pro Floors helped to make this project I was dreading having to do into an overall outstanding experience. I will go back to All-Pro for any future flooring needs that I may have. And, I would recommend them without hesitation!

Very happy with my new floors. I just had all my old floors taken out and new LV installed. It was a very long, messy project. I could not have kept my sanity for 12 days had it not been for Mike and his sons , who did the most meticulous job I have ever seen. They were amazing ! Taking total pride in profession. Showed up on time ,every time, every single day no wasting time just came in worked all day and left my house clean! No mess , no dust , for me to clean up. This is a top notch install crew with work ethics and skill .We love the floors and the service was amazing. Jerry, our sales person, was the same way. Just a straight shooter no BS or sales pitch . Great experience all the way around. See pic of how clean my closet was after 10 days of them cutting and sawing in my home . I thought I would have to dry clean everything I own . I got a couple of bids prior to having All-Pro Floors do the work to install hardwood flooring in my living room, dining room, and hall to the bedrooms. They were professional in every way. Their foreman and workers were very considerate throughout the work. They controlled the dust from their activities and their cleanup was phenomenal. The workmanship looks fantastic. It took them just 2 days and they allowed me time to run some in-floor electrical. Yes, I would use them again.

Derek was great helping me pick the flooring that was right for me. He took time to ask me questions about my budget and the different types of wood flooring they carried. Freddy and his installation team were awesome. The whole project went off without any problems and my house looks great.

Highly recommended....- Great selection of engineered wood flooring in the showroom.- Sample sizes are much bigger than other stores and they let you take them home for free to see how they look in your lighting.- Total cost per sq. ft including all materials and installation are posted in the store...something that I didnt see elsewhere.- Prices are competitive. We looked at 4-5 other places before All-Pro and they beat almost all of the others after calculating all materials + labor.- No pushy sales tactics.- Our flooring material was available right away, so they started the install within 2-3 days of paying the deposit.- Installers were professional, friendly, and did a great job. Removed carpet, finished 800 sq. feet of glue-down wood flooring, and installed all trim in a little over 3 days. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

My vinyl plank flooring is beautiful, and when I initially compared prices to another company, All-Pro seemed to be much better priced....however, upon completion, the cost was actually just a smidge less than the other company---so their installation, etc must have been much more. Also, they broke an item in my home and refused to pay me for it. In addition, the finish out of the molding around my floor was terrible. My builder said it looked very unprofessional. I had to get All-Pro to come back 2 times to correct all the misaligned and badly cut pieces of the molding. I would never recommend them.

We bought a house with hard woods in a few of the rooms. All Pro Floors was able to match the existing wood and install wood floors throughout the main floor! The quality of the work was superior. My wife and I have hated our floors for years. Two adults, two kids, one grandma, a dog and four cats had taken a toll over 15 years. I had created an internet shortcut to All-Pro in anticipation of eventually purchasing new flooring, and fate finally forced our hand when a burst pipe flooded the downstairs floor. Jerry was very helpful and kept in contact every step of the way. The installers were fast, detail oriented and professional. We are very happy with our new vinyl and carpet. The vinyl looks just like wood and is way easier to care for than wood. The carpet is plush and soft and feels great beneath our feet. I dont expect to need new floors in the next 15-20 years, but I will recommend All-Pro to anyone who does.

The work completed by All Pro Floors was without a doubt top quality. I had long wood-like tile planks installed and they are so perfect and beautiful I forget they are tile. The team that put my floors in did a fantastic job!

All Pro Floors takes each customer service opportunity very seriously, and regrets that this transaction did not meet our customer’s expectations. We chose a particular installation specialist who in tern assigned seasoned installation mechanics to take care of a carpet installation on a Saturday morning per our customer’s request. It is our practice to provide an arrival window of three hours. It is unusual that we would promise a specific time of arrival because delays beyond our control do sometimes occur. We have retrained our installation specialist about promising a specific arrival time. A carpet installation for two rooms as described should have taken about three hours, and the report that our installers took longer is not acceptable to us. We apologized to our customer on installation day for the time it took to complete the job and were told that the job looked great and he was happy.We called our customer on Monday after the Saturday installation to confirm the job was complete to his satisfaction and to make arrangements for the second half of the invoice. We mailed a “Thank You” card on that day. We also mailed an Invoice with a credit card slip indicating that the balance of the invoice had been charged on that day also. We followed up with our customer by phone on December 27th to insure he had received paperwork showing the job was paid for.As a result of this less than satisfactory customer experience, we have improved our efforts in communication and follow up with our installers and customers. Very flexible on setting up the appointment. crew arrived and got right to work.My only suggestion to make the service better would be I was told they would be there around 9am-10am. At 10:50am I called looking for the crew and Geoff had to call the crew to get an update. They got held up picking up supplies - totally normal. Just would have been nice if the crew paid attention to time frame to let the office know so the office could update customer.Remember to tip your installers!

From the salesperson/Consultant, to the installers, everything was perfect. Wynema (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was great during the consultation process. She was very informative, and let us know exactly what to expect. Freddy, and the installation crew were very personable, and were artists when it came to the installation process. We have a rough edge, stone fireplace, and they were able to cut underneath it to lay the floor, so that it looks like the fireplace was built on top of it. Great experience from start to finish. Our sales associate Erjan Dikici was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and options available, he was there for us every step of the way. Installers were excellent and very detailed. they paid great care to our belongings and made sure not to damage anything. Overall the experience was excellent!

We saved for a long time to remodel our 40yr old home. We wanted, good quality products and did not want to risk what we might end up with from a big box store. We trusted our home to Phil at All Pro Floors. He knows the products he sells. He showed us a few options in the price range we were looking for, and helped us pick colors and styles that coordinate well together from room to room. He gave us samples to take home to check out with our lighting, windows, and furniture. He coordinated the installation work with contractors that communicated well with us for scheduling the installation. It was a big job and I wanted to be confident that we would be happy with it when we were done. We put laminate floors in the Living rm, Dining rm, Study, and Playroom, and tile floors in the kitchen and laundry room. We also put granite countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen. It all looks great! We are very pleased and highly recommend Phil at All Pro Floors in Arlington TX.

We took our time and had several companies quote our wood flooring project. We had been saving for a couple of years to do this and wanted it done right. We were wary of several companies that said they could do the job in 1-2 days.We purchased 1100 sq. ft. of pre finished scraped hardwood flooring and all new 5 baseboards from All Pro Floors.Phil was our salesman and was great. He walked us through the process and the install team led by Tony was fantastic. The floor looks amazing and we are very happy with our decision to use APF.

Dirty sales. We got a quote and when we went to sign the contract the sales person found a mistake and changed the quote. Its a dirty sales trick and we walked out.

I originally went through Lowes to get tile installed in two bathrooms. When they came to install, they said my Master Bath was uneven and they werent able to install in that bath....turns out Im glad they didnt, because they didnt do a very good job in the other bath! So scrambling around I found Pro Floors. The salesperson Wyhnemah came out quickly and was very knowledgeable. My uneven Master Bath was not an issue! My install was scheduled within the week and the men who came to do the install were awesome! I also had them fix the mistakes in the other bathroom. Needless to say I wish I had gone with them in the first place and will always call them first for any other projects I may have!

This is the second time we have used All Pro Floors. We have recommended them to lots of customers. Erjan was awesome to work with. He did an outstanding job from start to finish. Summary: Poor installation job (that maybe shouldnt have been done in the first place) led to cracked tile, but they did refund my money in the end.4/21/2015 - Install began 4/21 at ~9AM and ended 4/22 and ~7PM- Wrong color tile was brought, with no documentation of tile my wife selected. We were told that its the right tile. My wife went into the store and dealt with an abrasive employee, got the owner on the phone and he said It was the middle tile (of the sample). The middle tile was not the one they brought. Installers had to drive to Dallas to pick up new tile.- Asked what grout to use by the installers - my wife had already picked one in store, specifically because it was waterproof Installers said we dont have that and she had to select a new grout.- No expansion joints between tile and wood.- Installers threw cigarette butts on the driveway, left concrete dust covering the yard. Water bottles and soda cans left in every room and outside.- Grout used around the edges of the master bedroom closets- Crew was third-party, different both days, most didnt speak much English.- Not asked about how the installation was until over a month later. No follow up except a week later to ask for the other half of the payment.- No crack isolation membranes were used anywhere.- 1/2+ lip between closet and bathroom tile.5/26 - popping sounds coming from floor heard overnight (master bedroom)5/30 - Found 10 cracked tiles (master bedroom), called the owner. He said the foreman would be here between 5pm to 6pm today. Foreman came by and said they would replace the tiles and put caulking between wood and tile and around closets where there is currently grout6/4 - Counted 18+ tiles split in master bedroom6/5 - Foreman scheduled to arrive sometime after 9. Called at 10:45 to reschedule. Talked to an independent flooring inspector about examining installation/repair process. Scheduled repair for 7/16 @ 9AMMeanwhile, more cracked tiles, all the way across the room7/16 - Installers came in and pulled up a few cracked tiles. Inspector took pictures of the cracks, thinset in the cracks, trail marks (voids) in the thinset. Two room-width cracks along the tiles and one more found. Inspector and installer suggested tile may not be an option with the cracks. Owner came over and said theyd work with us on price if we wanted to replace it with something else. Owner also said that they never use expansion joints.7/17 - Installers showed up and removed the thinset and the vacuum, but not the tools. They said they couldnt pull up the tile because the issue is not resolved. Now there is a room with a large hole in the flooring, meaning our master bedroom furniture is crammed into a smaller bedroom (along with that bedrooms furniture). Also left the window propped open (presumably because of the vacuuming needed) with the air conditioner on.9:45AM - Called AllPro, was told owner was working on it and will call me back.1:15PM - Called office, talked to owner, he said they misunderstood and will try to get a hold of them ASAP to get that room cleaned up.2:21PM - Owner called back and said installers could do it Monday morning. I agreed.7/20 - Installers arrive to remove tile from master bedroom using hammers.7/24 - Heard two cracks from tile in computer room. Vacuumed up the master bedroom - it was covered in dust and there were quite a few chunks of concrete/tile. Thinset still stuck to the floor in places.8/15 - Received inspector report. Requested full refund and removal of remaining tile. All rooms had cracks in the tile by this time.9/7 - Received unapologetic reply basically arguing that the report didnt list the other bedrooms with cracks, only the master bedroom (they hadnt cracked by that time) and that there was no binding statement that all rooms required the same flooring throughout. However, I would rather be done with this situation. I will reimburse you and remove you [sic] existing tile. and if that wasnt good enough I could talk to their lawyers.

Sales Guy would not move one Cent on the Price, $4975.00 for 825 Sq ft of of flooring, I ended up going with Homedepot With A much higher quality Material for $4109.27. All I can say is they are super Nice on the phone and when you interact With them in the Store. Every Nice person has Something to Hide And I would say the one thing they were hiding was there Crazy over the top Price. I went with homedepot because of A Reason.1ST THE PRICE2ND THEY ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE3RD THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REMARKABLE4TH ALL-PRO COULD CLOSE SHOP TOMORROW.... Then who will do the warranty work.....I called and thanked my sales man for nothing willing to budge on the price Ejan is a good guy.In the long run Do what you need to do to get the best price to fit your needs..... Always remember Homedepot is so large that they are buying the material for nickles on the dollar and will always do what they can to lower the price to keep you happyI had sears over and the were asking for nearly $16,000.00 I got them down to $10,000 beleive it or not. I mention Sears for one reason, There sales guys mentioned one thing to me and that 1 thing was that sears 100 plus years old commissioned A 5 year study on there customers and there results wereif you keep a customer happy and treat them fair, That in their LIFE TIME they would spend Upwards of $60,000.00 at Sears.....After asking Erjan to lower the price and telling him that I still have 3000 plus Sq of carpet that I would still need to change over if they would lower there price that I would give them that work. Well as you know that didnt happen.BUT the Store Manager at Homedepot Promised Me that he would do what ever it takes to get that other 3000 SQ when ever we were readyHere are the number$5379.16 material & Labor Tax$4109.27 is what we are payingThats a heck of a discount that homedepot made to keep me as a customer.. Remember your the customer you dont need them They need your Business.OH BY THE WAY !!!! Every laminate that is $1.49 or more per Sq installation is only .85 per Square foot for a limited timeTHANKS ALL-PRO FOR EVERYTHING !!!!!!!
