Jimmy and Stephan are fantastic. Jimmy went above and beyond to get me my car from another dealership and get it ready to leave the lot on shorter notice than typical. Stephan was super nice and went over all the financing and packages in detail. Would definitely recommend working with these two!

Very impressed with Mirak. I had great experiences both purchasing my car and coming back for maintenance. Jimmy in sales and Nick M. in the service department were particularly helpful. They are totally on top of what Hyundai offers for complimentary maintenance, which products should be used, etc. - I didnt even have to ask. Theres another dealer closer to me, but I will continue to come to Mirak.

If you buy a car here - could be ok. however DO NOT purchase any extended warranty/service plan. the salesman will lie to you, and/or misrepresent facts about the plan, although its possible they simply dont understand what theyre selling. Basically, you are limited to servicing your car at Mirak, which is my next topic. When you service your car at Mirak, be ready for: your car will almost never be ready when promised. a service tech will lie to you, and or be rude. They are also indifferent to providing quality work. once they guy wrote the wrong part number and I had to wait for a new part to come in. another time a tech didnt tighten one bolt, requiring another visit to tighten one bolt - sloppy service. they write the wrong mileage on oil change stickers and forget to reset the service engine light here. the employees come and go probably because they are underpaid. flat out horrible service department

I purchased my Genesis G70 here mid September. Very thankful for Tom, Kenny, and Joe. There willingness to negotaite and come down on the price won my buisness as they offered a better deal that every other Genesis dealer in the state. (I did shop them all) Big thanks to those 3 and also the gentleman who delivered the car. The part that was very upsetting about this expieriance was the Finance office aspect…. My deal got completly botched and ruined due to this. We Negotiated the sale price, but my co-signers credit was not as great as we thought. (Understandable that i would pay a higher interest rate) it was so dissapointing that the FI manager tried to pull a fast one and raise my negotiated sale price blaming it on a credit issue. For those of you who don’t know credit does not affect the negotiated sale price.. it affects your interest rate on the loan. Thinking I wouldn’t notice and that I am a young ignorant 23 year old kid. After signing all the paperwork and giving my down payment that’s when I noticed that he bait and switch my negotiated sale price. I am just so so thankful that the sales manager Kenny cut me a check within minutes after talking to him and apologize for the issue. But the problem here is that now I am stuck with a higher monthly payment then I should’ve had and technically put less money down on the car than I had wanted to. But either way I am just thankful that I have that money back in my pocket. I am very skeptical with what went on in the FI office, I heard talk about adding on extra packages that I never agreed to etc. but again I am just so thankful that Kenny made it right for me and I’m also thankful for Tom being such a good salesman. But it’s just upsetting that now for 36 more months i am stuck with a payment that is higher than it should have been. Even though I was refunded the difference. it’s also strange that after the incident I never received a formal survey on my shopping experience I’m assuming it was pulled after the mistake. I’m not blaming the finance manager on this but I certainly feel somewhere along the line there was devious intentions I’m sure it’s not often a 23 year old walks in to buy a Genesis, he just didn’t think I did my homework. But besides all that I love my new car and I’m very thankful for the three mentioned above. I would possibly do business here again in the future as long as I have a different finance experience other than the difference in the negotiated sale price I did have a great experience and I am thankful they did come down on the price. I might come here to get my next Genesis as long as they get the negotiated price on the contract correctly this next time. Thanks again guys

After a horrible experience at another dealership I was able to secure a new 2022 Tucson. Did most of the numbers via email which eliminated any hassle once there. This allowed me to test drive the car and not worry about any sales pressure.Tom, Joe & Steve were great to work with and simplified the process. Once agreeing on a car the numbers were exactly like what we agreed on via email. There was no last second changes or hidden charges.Great experience. Give them a shot

Review regarding the Hyundai Service Center: 4 weeks of holding my car, having it looked at by technicians, and charging me a triage fee of $150, they asked for another $150 to keep looking for a problem. They never reproduced the issues I was having or got a fix.I took it to Car Zone in Sommerville and he found my problem and fixed it in a single day, and Ive had no issues since.More than 1 star, because it was easy to get in touch with them and arrange a drop-off and pick up.

This review is not for sales, this is for Mirak Hyundai body shop, If you have different Brand car then this is not the right place to Body work. Customer service, forget about it, more then five times calls no answer no call back. Body shop Manager Mr. Jared Liles not accountable. My car(Honda CRV) did not get good treat. Only one guy I found here Mr. Donald I can say he knows what is customer service mean. One More think after finished work on my car they kept 2 days outside(they hold my car) for the parts week ago I paid before left my car here. Also my insurance company call behalf of me, Manager did not answer the call in his desk, I was right their IN front of his office, I gave my cell phone holding the call with my INSURANCE Company agent, manager busy he doesnt have time to talk ,Lady answer from his office, No solution made.Insurance company ready to pay what ever come extra money call supplement still they hold my car for no reason, telling that paperwork not yet done, finally after 5 days I am able to get my car back whatever amount they asked I paid for it. Wondering still they dont have final Bill ready, and list of the work they have done. They told me they will email my final bill and detail of the car what they have worked for it, Two days later I am writing this review still I have-not get their email about the final Bill and detail work done to my car.Hope two days should enough time to prepare paperwork.

My state (Ohio) sucks for electric vehicle availability and incentives, so I tracked down an electric Kona from Mirak. The whole team was great helping me complete my first out of state lease as well as my first electric vehicle lease. We got the whole thing done virtually in a few days. Highly recommend!

Everyone here was absolutely incredible. Showed up on a Thursday for a car they had just received. Wasn’t able to test drive but Andy was beyond great. Called us the second it was able to be test driven and warned us that it may not survive the day. Purchased that same day and he kept me updated up until it was ready to be driven home.

If I could give minus stars I would! These guys should probably be in jail. Look through these reviews to get an idea of the kind of sketchiness you likely will deal with. Do you want to be lied to for weeks on end? Do you want to be ripped off? If you answer no to these questions, I recommend finding a different dealership.

Was expecting the worst. This is a long time dealer after all, but I wanted their car, an electric Ioniq, and they were the closest to me. What a shock. The non-dealer dealer. They made everything easy. Andy was low-key and likeable. Actually did everything he said he would do. The financial manager (Steve) walked me through all the paperwork on-line. Took 15 minutes. Done. I was so pleased. Love the car, too.

Sales department is very helpful. The Service department is a different story. Very rude, incompetent and I’ve probably had the phone hung up on me by mistake at least a dozen times from being “put on hold”.Save your time after you buy the car and get it serviced someplace else that will respect you as a person and customer. And actually fix the problem with the car.

Not happy. I had my car repaired after hail damage. I left the car for 3 weeks while on vacation, its nice that they allowed me to do that.They used third party company for hail damage repairs, and aesthetically they fixed all the dents on the roof and hood.However, when removing parts of the car for this repair, they werent careful at all. Many plastic parts have been damaged during the process - very unprofessional job! Surprised by professionals not having a right tools and not caring at all.So I left the dealer without noticed this at first. I then contacted them back some time ago, and manager from collision department (Jared) promised to take care of it. I brought the car for service and also had it looked for this issue, Jared again said that he will contact me to address this issue, however he never did. The issue isnt that big, since its some plastic things inside you cant notice immediately, but leaves bad taste due to poor customer service, especially that car had less than 10k miles during service and was practically new.I decided not to bother with following up on that, as have more important thing in life, but I also never went back to this dealership for anything (service, car purchase) and not planning to for foreseeable future for any needs.

Upon arrival I was greeted when I walked in, and the car was ready for test driving. He explained the features of the car, was super transparent, knowledge, and I never felt pressured. Tried to make a service appointment and was fought immediately. I wanted to get a preemptive oil change for the cars first oil change. I was asked over and over why I would do that when its complimentary for my car at 7500. I said I had no problem paying but still I was essentially told no, I cant get a service appointment. Very weird, condescending, and super unfriendly experience. I dont think I want my car serviced from someone like that.

A very bad experience. Unprofessional. If I could give 0 star, I would have given it. I went in with pre approved loan, the deal was done and then on the date of delivery the finance team told they can not process the approved loan documents. They did other hard enquiries even though I opted out of their finance. It was so worst that I had to face issues at other Hyundai dealerships because of this. I never intended to give a negative review but this specific incident has left me with no choice.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mirak Hyundai. I initially went for an oil change and tire rotation which was done quickly. While my car was being serviced, it was discovered that I needed to replace my 5 year old battery. There was a time when I thought I would leave a 5-star rating and now I find myself leaving a negative review. That is how things transpired at Mirak. It started on a good note when we worked with our sales consultant, Michael- a reasonable and polite individual. After a couple visits, we were asked to bring our trade-in for an appraisal. This is when things got ugly!The sales manager shamed us for being late and apparently knew nothing about the appointment. He didn’t show basic courtesy of greeting and assisting a customer (don’t want to go into the details). We left immediately with a decision to take our business elsewhere.This manager wouldn’t have climbed the ladders with the same attitude, this was a “bias”. If it happened to me, it could happen to another individual as well, and that could be you. Also, note that Mirak’s trade-in values can be relatively low. I suggest you shop around for best value.If you plan to get here and think you maybe subject to a bias, please take a detour. Its obviously not worth the humiliation.

This place is hilariously bad. Bottom line: always check their work before driving away. 2 stars because the staff are really nice.Without writing a novel, I had a sideview mirror replaced but when I got home, I saw that it wasnt even painted. Had to go back multiple times before they would paint it- they took responsibility but there was always some excuse because they didnt pay attention to when they booked me... cant do it on the weekend, paint guy isnt in today, appointment needed to be in the morning, etc.Another time I had a brake light replaced, but when I went back 2 days later for a follow up on another issue, they told me my brake light was out and charged me a second time even though I told them I just paid for that. Only a few bucks but still frustrating.I had previous collision damage repaired a few years ago that resulted in my headlights not pointing in the same direction. I asked them to align my lights and paid for the glass to be cleaned. Midway through, someone came out to ask me what direct I want my headlights pointing... the standard direction? Then I got home to see only one light was cleaned.Too many issues to ever recommend this place.

My experience with Mirak was exemplary from my very first interaction through the hand-off of my keys. I was treated with respect and never felt like I was being taken advantage of at any point. The staff at all levels I interacted with were great. This was the first time Ive ever dealt with a dealership where I have genuinely been so happy -- and Ive had many cars. They have legitimately EARNED my business and I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity if youre in the market for a new Chevrolet, Hyundai or Genesis.

After extensive search for a new electric car my decision was an Ioniq Plug-In. Mirak Hyundai was a very pleasant experience. I walked in, nice environment, gorgeous cars. Kiko took care of me, guided me through the options, very smooth, professional, zero pressure. Very young, a new generation in sale, they are the future. A better future, in my past experience. It was a process, several days, he called me with every turn and arranged everything. Bonus: end-of-year sale, I got tremendous discounts and rebates. Plus a nice car. I am still surprised this car sends me emails and talks to me. I dont have to buy gas for months. What not to like?

If zero stars was an option that would be my choice. Im not one to take the time to write reviews, however my experience on multiple occasions have been so horrendous that Ive found myself here. Ive typically been one to utilize the services of Hyundai dealers to ensure my car is being serviced by quality mechanics that see these cars every day. Since Moving to the area, Mirak is the closest dealer, unfortunately. The last time i went to Mirak I asked them to take a look into a vibration that was stemming in the front of the car. When i came to the dealership, they told me that it was my rear tires. After explaining why the tires couldnt be the cause, as i have an extensive background in the tire business, I was essentially told that unless i replace them, they werent willing to look any further into the issue. My car was still under factory warranty at this point in time. Because of the argument and their refusal to get to the bottom of the issue without my agreement to buy new tires, I have refused to revisit Mirak for any additional servicing. My car now needed new brakes I reluctantly decided to go through the dealership as brakes are obviously important to have done right. Then i get a call telling me that my ball joint on the drivers side where the vibrations were coming from, was bad and needed replacing. I explained to them that this should have been done while the vehicle was under warranty the last time i visited and had them look into the sound, and that their refusal to research past selling me new tires is the reason that Im now financially responsible. They refused to cover their repair although it was their mechanics who overlooked the underlying issue.Ultimately never plan to go back.

Had a really great experience, as usual, having our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, serviced at Mirak Hyndai. Nick, our Service Advisor, was great. A true gentleman! The work performed on our vehicle was completed professionally, no problems, and ready for our pickup even earlier than expected. We brought our vehicle in on a Thursday. Nick told us the parts might not be in until Monday morning and asked whether wed like to take our vehicle back for the weekend and bring it back on Monday. We decided to leave the vehicle there for the weekend. However, Nick was able to get the parts earlier and our vehicle was ready for pickup the next day, on Friday. Weve been taking our Santa Fes, this is our second, to Mirak for years because of their professional, courteous service.

This was our fourth car that we bought from Mirak, two bought cars, and two lease cars. We have had a wonderful experience dealing with David Cucchichia for all 4 cars and will continue to go to him each time for any other cars that we will be needing He is always a very efficient sales person and does not rush you through the sale. We are an older couple and he is so patient in explaining all that is needed when we purchase a car, right from the sales point, and on to understanding all the bells and whistles we get with our Tuscon.When we bought our first Hyundai (Sonata) we had no knowledge of what a great car we had bought. Our second car (2010 Sonata) is still running like new. At this time, we know that we will continue with Mirak and David when we need a new car.

It has been 5 weeks going on 6 weeks to fix a panel damaged in an accident. I work from home so its not that big of a deal to be without a car, but it has been impossible to get any info or ETA on the car being fixed throughout the process. Calling to get any info sometimes takes a call back the next day and theyve pushed out the ETA more than once. I finally went to get my car today, but what a hell it has been.This entire situation got so much worse after I asked auto-body to send my car to Service to do a full tune up after they were finished with fixing the panel that was damaged. They said it would be no problem at all. I was told itd be ready for pick up by Monday, no problem.I was in no rush (it has been weeks so far anyway) so called on Tuesday to see what the deal was since nobody called to tell me it was ready. I had to call Service and leave a message 4 times and got no call back. The next day, now Wednesday, I called again and the service department got back to me after an hour. The man was rude and annoyed I called Service at all and told me I had to call the auto body shop. I told him the auto body shop told me to call Service. He told me I was wrong. He then told me hed tell auto body to call me. Okay...so they call in 30 minutes and proceed to tell me that I was right and he was out of line. Great. I then fork over 20 bucks to get a Lyft to pick up my car. I show up and find out the car has been ready to pick up for 4 days now. NOBODY called me to tell me this!I then walked out to my car with the auto-body rep to find the replaced panel scratched at least 20 times. It was comically scratched as if done on purpose. The brand new panel, the panel that should be perfect is now scratched more than any other part of my car. The auto body rep was befuddled and didnt understand how that could happen. They are going to fix it, but it just extends the time it has taken to fix this plus I wasted 20 dollars on a Lyft to get there and wasted an hour of my time on top of that. The auto-body folks did at least offer to give me a rental for free, but I turned it down. I didnt want to have to deal with getting a rental.So now I have to wait at least 2 more days for them to paint and fix the insane amount of scratches on what is supposed to be a brand new panel. Its outrageous and I cannot believe how bad this experience has been from the very start. Avoid Mirak at all costs.

I have gone to Mirak in arlington 3 times now mostly for oil changes but they have fixed things also. Everyone is always so polite and helpful I am always very well taken care of. I never have a problem driving from Reading into Arlington just to see them.

Two bad experience with them. Once I took my car there since it was not starting. I explicitly told them the problem with starting is probably the battery, but they told me battery is good and they changed my ignition. Two days later, I had to visit them again to change my battery.Second time, one of my tires was loosing air. I asked them to fix it, they told me theyve plug the hole, but next day I had a totally flat tire.Besides that, some of their staffs are just rude.

Stop by to see the Palisade. Sales guy walk us over to his desk, first thing he ask can I see your license and phone number. Hello, let me at least see the vehicle. Give us space to see if we even like. Why the hell you need my license. When I didnt even ask to test drive. He said I need license and phone number to protect our assets. We didnt came here to damage or steal anything from you. You just lost potential customers. I was in/out in under 2 min. Thanks for your customer service.

If I could give less than one star to this place I would!! I went to fix my car after a very long time of waiting to get an appointment, they told me that my car is no longer under warranty which is not true. My car is under 100 thousand miles I am the first owner and is not older than 10 years... my car is shaking and the check engine light is on so in my situation they should be covering anything in the engine and transmission. Which they refused to do in a rude way. Please people DO NOT buy your car from this company is a waist of your money and time because they will give you a big smile to buy from them but ones you start having problems in your car which is common in Hyundai they will make you regretful that you dealt with them 👎👎👎

Was scheduled for an oil change and my check engine light came on. Ended up with a 30k mile service and 5 error codes checked. Evidently the check engine light was a false alarm. I’m not happy with Hyundai but happy with Mirak. The fella taking care of me bent over backwards to fit me in. Thank you.

The issue I have had with the latest service (which is still pending as the dealership is not responding to my queries) is that the staff did not update the service / maintenance history of my car on the car profile on MyHyundai website. This page is the repository of all service work done on the vehicle and is very useful for record tracking; however, the staff at this dealership still fail to update my vehicle service history page with the latest work done! I have contacted them several times but none of the emails are being responded as if no one is even monitoring their email addresses! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

This time, they went above and beyond by delving deep into the dark cavity between the drivers seat and gear shift to search for a costly British ear pug I dropped (bought for the subway.) I’m in the market for a new car as my wife and I are expecting a baby in a couple months. We stopped by this dealership to look at a new Genesis and had the worst car buying experience, if you can call it that. First, when looking at the different options the salesperson wasn’t able to tell the differences between the G80 3.3 Turbo and 3.8 with Sports package, but he was quick to brag about being the #1 dealership in the region when we we talked about other Hyundai/Genesis dealers recently closing. I figured we take the 3.3 Turbo out for a test drive (which also happened to be the more expensive model) since it offered more performance and the sales rep went to look for a car on the back lot (mind you we parked right next to one when we arrived). About a half hour later, he comes back telling us the car had a dead battery and that he wasn’t able to jump it - this was the first red flag and we should’ve left then but we didn’t since I really wanted to drive the car. We decided to stay as he went to pull another car off the lot. Another 20 minutes went by by now, my very pregnant wife is feeling uncomfortable and is walking around the showroom as she can longer stay seated. The sales rep comes back and tells us that the other car’s battery is also dead and that it also couldn’t jumped! At this point, we were through with waiting and decided to leave. My wife & I spent over an hour at this dealership, looking to purchase a $60k car and didn’t even have an opportunity to see the interior or were offered water! I’m not sure if he wasn’t interested in selling a car but I will definitely take my business elsewhere! I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism or customer service, especially considering the circumstances.

Went to test drive a KONA EV today. Dealership employees were nice and professional. Got the drive in quickly, no games. Fair on pricing but a little higher dealer fees than I have had with other dealers. Price difference versus the alternative Bolt was too big so did not buy. Space is tight at the dealer.
