Jennifer was my sales person. I told the manager before leaving to check the tires because the sensor was on. He claimed it was just the sensor. Got on the expressway with my kids and could have died. Of course it was a blowout! Didnt even have the car a good hour. They sent someone to help but I didnt get not one apology from the Jennifer or the manager. It took the guys who came to help, the guy who got put another tire on and another salesman to apologize for the inconvenience. Missed a day of work for this slip up. The car is making a noise now hoping its NOTHING serious.Disappointed with the way business was handled.

Im one of the vendors for this place. They are the worst at paying their bills. Second time I was told they would have a check ready for me when I got here. I even called this morning and they said yeah just go to the corporate office and pick it up. And they know nothing about it and theyve had the invoice for 3 days now. I bet if you were three days late on your car payment they would repo your car. Actually theyve kind of gotten a little better now once they got their system down for paying vendors. So I have to give them three stars now. Hopefully they dont change up again

Jennifer was great!! Now back almost a year later for service, called 4 times and was hung up on after waiting on hold for very long times, 5th time now over the past 2 days 1/28/21 & 1/29/21. Trying to get my car towed there before the 5pm cutoff, and need one answer before calling the tow truck, for an issue covered by the 12 month 12K mile warranty or possibly a recall from Ford, been on hold 117 minutes so far. the tow truck driver took the car, lets hope it goes okay for the drop-off, hung up phone. Good value, works to get where you need the payment to be. Must places wont do that. The reason I dropped it a star, I was told to come back for a tank of gas. Anyone in their right mind would assume that meant a full tank of gas. Not here. I came back the next day and was told to follow them to the gas station so we could get that tank of gas. When the pump stopped at $10 I asked, I thought you said a tank of gas? Like a full tank? Nope, just $10 worth of gas .Now I had to come back to this side of town. But if I didnt, and I would have driven all the way from Lake Worth to Arlington for a measly $10 in gas, I would have been pissed .Was it my fault for not getting the exact details of this magical tank of gas, or should they explain it better to the customer, or maybe instead if calling it a tank of gas, perhaps calling it $10 of gas?Sorry, just ranting. The gas thing does not take away from the fact that they stayed late, they got my payments pretty close to where I needed them, and I think I got a pretty good car. I would recommend to anyone with bumps and bruises on their credit, past repos, or people looking to establish a little credit .

I have had major issues with my car from day one. Starting in October with brakes and oil leaks to wires catching on fire. The cars are trash and they are barely willing to help get on going issues fixed. The customer service is terrible i literally spoke with about 17 agents in the past week with no resolution. One agent name Gabriel who was suppose to be a supervisor yelled at me and refused multiple times to transfer me another rep who had better customer service. how can you deny me the right to speak with someone else?? i finally gave up and told them to come get the care i requested a voluntary surrender. The customer service didnt get better until i request to Ive the car back. I hate that i ever spent money with these people. They should be closed down and banned from selling cars. i referred 3 people and all are having issues with the car. The experience was the worse Ive ever had.

I shouldnt have to ask numerous times for this place to stop texting me, so Ive blocked the number. Jennifer,I didnt buy my car here and will never do business with a company that wont stop bugging me.

Well I went there to get the car we bought from them fixed, they installed a rebuilt motor but I have to wonder why its so noisy now.Update, I had them replace my motor almost two years ago because the timing chain came loose. The valves got bent and the motor had to be replaced. Now I am being told by my mechanic I have a cam and crankshaft timing problem. I called Automaxs Service dept and told them what my mechanic told me and was told that there is no warranty and if its a cam chain problem, well, when they replaced the motor they do not change out the timing change. Thats real funny since the timing chain is what caused the engine failure in the first place. They did not care and said good bye. 2nd update. I got my car back from our mechanic and what happened is the car has a known issue with the motor and there was a recall on it. Because of the snow storm we got in Texas the PVC valve froze up causing pressure and it blew out the rear seal dumping out the oil. I am guessing that when Automax replaced my engine they installed another non recalled engine that had the valve freeze up, the permanent fix is to replace the piston rings.Now I have to wonder if Automax even knew about the recall .

My daughter purchased a 2014 Honda Accord end of January and the transmission went out on it she went to Louisiana to visit friends and car transmission went out on it still under warranty they didn’t want to pay transfer fees at first Richard in service department was nice after 3 weeks of my daughter car being down but right to this day the car still hasn’t made it to Arlington to get fix but they didn’t want to pay no one else to fix it Bruce was my daughter salesmen he is great but he should find another company to work for because the whole lot is trash and they don’t stand behind they word the called daily about a payment she was not making another Payment till the car is fix...

It took some time to get use to them, but all in all theyre pretty good
