They are always so kind and helpful to me when I go on for different things

Attempted to buy an item that was labeled a certain price. When I got to the register the lady tried to overcharge me. I told her what the price sticker stated on the shelf. She walks back to the shelf with me and sees that it is labeled the price I told her. She removes the sticker and then tells me I have to pay the higher price that she originally told me. Poor customer service....if you have a price tag incorrectly labeled, that’s the store’s fault and not the customer. The customer should not have to pay the higher price. Not coming back. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores in the area.

Over rated prices, horrible inventory selection also tried to sell me the only headband they had in the entire store for $17.99 knowing good and well it was cheap quality

So not a review but it is a question. is this store good to buy cosplay wigs?And for people that have used them do they shed a lot?are they for anyone to buy or just cancer patients?( sorry for so much. im trying to buy one and I wanted to get a good amount of info.)

I actually really like this beauty supply store. They have everything I need most of the time. The people are GOING to help you when you ask with no problem. There is a guy that works there super high positive energy very polite. Thy are non judgemental like they are not gonna look at you like three headed alien if you buy wig, weaves ECT. . I mean why should any beauty supply. Thats what they are there for. So if you want to shop, I suggest this place as one of the beauty supplies I love the most.

I give this place 4 stars because the owner is really nice and helpful. They dont stare or treat you like youre gonna steal. Truly they dont have many lace wig selections but the ones they do have are out so you can touch and look at it without having to ask and someone sitting in your face the whole time. I like this place for hair products ...and small things I need at last minute.

Ive been coming to this place for ten years, and have always received great service. They have a wide selection and the family that owns the place is more than helpful. Still my favorite place in town.

Everyone that works there is polite and very helpful. One of the employees helped my mother by carrying out her products to her car. They truly went above and beyond. Great prices and a variety of hair care products.
