This party store is very organized and clean. They have everything I need ,birthday balloons,birthday accessories,costumes and all seasons decorations and cards. The employees are spotlight very friendly ,helpful and the price is very reasonable. I definitely will recommend everyone check up here!🤡🎉🎈🎊

This by far has to be the best hidden gem for costumes and party supplies I’ve ever seenWe was kinda behind on getting some “congrats on your new baby” party favors and scoured the internet for a close, viable option we could get in and out of in a pinch and Total Party was just that. I wish I knew the guys name who was helping us because he knew his s**t when it came to the balloons we bought. Inflated them, packed them in bags neatly and gave proper instructions on transporting them…Party City would NEVER. If your behind on showing appreciation for anything THIS is the place to go. 5 stars hands down.

This store has a great selection of party decorations and supplies for many different party themes and excellent customer service! It is also a small business, unlike Party City. I would definitely return.

There is such a wide selection of party items and everything is well organized.

This store has everything you need for every holiday you can imagine. The prices are cheaper here than anywhere online. Lorenzo and Claudia were particularly helpful in finding every item I needed for my themed party. Will continue to shop here for as long as I live.

This store is always empty so I was afraid to order balloons. How they keep such a great staff amazes me. Expect to be treated with incredible service and price. i have know idea how they do it. My order was perfect and far too inexpensive. Im not sure how this place stays in business.

This is definitely a well-stocked party and costume store including huge varieties of accessories, hats, wigs, and full costume packages. They also have a lot of celebration decorations for birthday and bachelorette parties , and holidays. Its one of the better party stores ones around the area. I was able to find multiple accessory options for my costume and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Dori /Total Party is the best! She made us a custom cheerleader made of balloons which was a hit at the party, and also immediately replaced one of our regular large balloons when it deflated early. Great product, great service!

Weve shopped here for costumes multiple times. We were there again this past Sunday and found the staff is always helpful and knows their products well. The store clerk was able to answer all our questions and she helped us come up with ideas. We tend to always start our costume shopping at this locally owned, independent store vs. one of the big box retailers. The cost is a bit higher then other party stores, but its closer to home, they staff is helpful, and were supporting small business. My only recommendation for the store is an opportunity for improvement, not a complaint. Id like to return or exchange a product if necessary if the purchased item is still new, or unused. Id also like for them to carry shoes traditionally for women, like disco platforms, but for men. We need costume shoes, too!

I have been going there at least once a week since they opened. My little girl loves to go there and look at everything and it’s a good spot to get gifts when going to a party. It’s not just costumes, wigs, and masks.

Awesome selection of costumes and accessories for any type of occasion, including hundreds of costumes, makeup and accessories for Halloween parties, costume parties, and masquerade balls, cosplay events, etc. Just bring your imagination. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make sure all the details of your costume are perfect. I had such a wonderful and fun experience here and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody.

Im just getting around to reviewing this place since my visit during Halloween. Great selection. I bought a costume for a work event and to wear while taking my son trick or treating. When I opened it the next day I noticed what appeared to be fecal matter on the costume. Since there is a no return policy, I wasted my money. Disappointed is an understatement.

I love this place. The selection is great and the staff is very friendly and Helpful. I used to go there all the time back when they were at their Balston Mall Location.

I came here to find some masquerade masks for a new years party and the selection was great. Staff was friendly and gave suggestions. There was some minor damage to the one I was getting for myself and so I got a discount. Honest and fair, couldnt ask for more.

Loved Total Party when it was located inside Ballston mall. Super happy to find them in Crystal City. Wonderful customer service and helpful staff every time I shop. They cover all you need for a party/Halloween/rock concert. If what you want aint already there, then you prob dont need it.

Parking lot is unaccessible now with construction, only option is a $6 a hour underground garage that is full 99% of the time. If you are not taking a car here its a ok store, little small but works, if you are taking a car here its a nightmare
