I photograph newborns and kids and birthday milestones. I needed something boho to put a cake on for a first birthday smash cake session. Not only did the sales person help me find what I needed, she showed me how to save money on my purchase.I purchased a wood piece that will be useful for both boys and girls.

Joanne great people in their friendly helpful. Its clean. I just think anymore help meaning the item need to be still fully stock .

The store has lots of people doing different crafts and most are interesting. I think when people are waiting for fabric to be cut and in line for checkout the conversations from employees discussing the craft projects need to be minimal and not lengthy to include their own projects.

The customer service at this location is ALWAYS amazing! No matter the section, Im always made to feel welcome and the staff always does their best to help me - even down to looking up coupons for me when I cant pull them up on my phone! Im so grateful to them!

The employees were great and for how busy they were during memorial weekend, I commend them on their customer service. It was my first time going to a Joanns store and a major sale weekend can be a bit overwhelming trying to find what youre looking for. The sale prices absolutely made it worth it though! I found some awesome outdoor fabric for some chairs getting reupholstered and some cambric for the bottom. Enormous selection of fabric! Ill definitely be back when I need more.

This is the biggest JoAnns in our area and always has a great selection. I look for fly-tying materials and my wife found the fabric she needed for my daughters Halloween costume.

Friendly assistance from everyone at the store. Not crowded and very organized. All employees are knowledgeable or they quickly refer you to someone who is.

A lot of good sales and specials. They have almost everything. And the clearance section is always fun to look through

I like the fact that theres a person that sharpens your scissors. I dislike the fact that he only takes cash/checks and JoAnns doesnt have a Cashback option. I had to go to the bank to get money to pay him.

This location is close to my house but I forget its there. Its really big and has alot of really nice cute unique items. I really liked the variety of magnetic gift boxes. They had all sizes and really pretty designs. Reasonably priced too even without the discounts.

I have only been in years, first time years ago. But now changing decor making pillows, curtains tiebacks. Wow! Wonderful place. But sooooo much that fabric and supplies for sewing projects. Yes they have fabric, all types, all price points. But supplies for tshirts. Dresses. Tons of buttons and embellishments. Stuff for baking. Crafts, paper, journals. Flowers, wreaths.. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

I was looking for patches, the had some nice ones. But I found them to expensive.

Crafter wonderland. I was looking for a mix of things for my mothers memorial flowerholder. And I found exactly what I wanted. It was odd... there were no other flowers on that wall. I think my lone arrangement looked special. If it ends up being the only one there for the season THANK YOU Jo Anns for the possibility!UPDATE...I went to the memorial wall in January for personal reasons, and the vase still looks beautiful. The gold paint on the 2 balls is gone and they are plain white. Looks great. It was and still is the only decor on the wall. So its holding on for everyone. The weather has not been good either.

Sales paper very unorganized, cant tell the days when things are on sale . Then a small piece of paper at the end of the isle letting you know misprint on licensed team print and thats all I went to the store for, they should have honored their mistake. Will be shopping more at Hobby Lobby

I had to decorate my hat to wear at the tea room, so I found some tiny flower bows, ribbon for the brim, and low heat glue gun with extra glue sticks. Came out great!👒

AND they offer a 15% discount to military and veterans!The staff was helpful and put alot of their time into my many questions. And I do ask ALOT of questions.Between the two stores, they did have a variety of items I looked for. And then some extras Im trying out.I bought a large variety of items to work with and plan on going back for more.DID I MENTION THEY GAVE A VETERANS DISCOUNT?!UPDATE: Ive visited several times since my first post. And Im still satisfied with Joanns service! In fact I have visited several of there stores and spent an additional $600 in sewing equipment and materials for my business. As a veteran owned business, I appreciate the 15% and more discounts I received here. And definitely will return for more. Thank you to Kay, Charlotte and Jessica for your personal experience and taking the time to give me an ear.This last visit was an experience with loooong waiting lines for fabric cutting and to checkout...I spent 3 hours here. BUT, I would do it again to save $111.00 off (original bill of $319.00).

Clean and inviting, every crafting supply you could ever need without being overwhelming. The checkout line was super long but moved fairly quickly. Overall, a good experience.

Out of stock of the Delta Ceramcoat paint I went there specifically to find. Tried to get an Apple Barrel shade that was close enough, but lighting was poor and when I got home and looked in regular light, it was noticeably darker than the sample I brought to the store for comparison.

Always love to shop at JOANN Fabrics. What I didnt like was I always got woolly rayon thread but the manufacturer quit making it. They always have good bargains.

I had a coupon for 40% off one regularly priced item and a coupn for buy 1 get 2 free on canvas (excludes super saver brand). When I went over the receipt I realized they took the 40% off one regularly priced item off the FREE canvas 😑 So instead of ME saving $4.00 (next highest priced item was $9.99), Joann saved $7.20. Glad YALL were able to save 40% 😢

Joanns is my favorite craft store. Many craft stores no longer offer fabric so its great to be able to get everything I need in one place. The yarn is very reasonably priced and the staff ate super helpful. Do t forget to look up coupons before you check as there is almost always a coupon that will take off up to 20%. They were also very welcoming to our girl scout troop when we sold cookies there.

Got everything I needed and saved money too

Had always been my go to store until the Manager Anna would want to charge me a restocking fee of $25 for a sewing machine that is Factory Defect. I understand and I will pay if the machine broke and it was my fault. The lady (Lauren) the one who sells sewing machines in the store had tried to help me and concluded that the machines tension was defective (FACTORY DEFECT). SO why would I pay for something that was not my fault?? And to top it off, the manager Anna was very dismissive and unhelpful. Such an unpleasant experience. She even said the store and Joann Online are not the same. Apparently, if you buy products online, specially sewing machines and if it was defective that you are screwed, the store is not Joann. They cannot help you unless you pay a restocking fee. I will pay a restocking fee IF I BROKE IT, but I DID NOT. The machine was only 1-month old, and rarely used now the tension is not working, you will be penalize of a restocking fee. They will not help you replace it, useless to come to the store for exchange. The receipt at the back says, Returns with a smile are super easy!, ITS A LIE!!! It only applies to some products!! NOT ALL RETURNS WILL BE AN EASY SMILE, SOME WILL KILL YOU BECAUSE YOU GOT UPSET THEY WERE UNHELPFUL!!!

A young lady was very busy restocking some shelves. I asked her advice about sewing machine needles. She stopped what she was doing and lead me to the needles that I needed. She did stress nor showed any Ill manners. She is a very lovely patient young lady. Then I stopped where sewing/quilting lessons are being taught. The woman was attentive, patient and had darling mannerism. Joanns has outstanding staff.
