Had a bit of an emergency with a borrowed car, he and his team diagnosed it quickly, and luckily it was a pretty easy fix, got it back to me with hours. He was sincere and fair priced. True kindnessI had a tire that I suspected had a nail in it due to a slow leak. Took my car in early without an appointment and they took me in immediately. Found the tiny nail that was covered under a lot of dirt and took it out and patched it quickly and effectively. And to boot, they didn’t even charge me just asked that I consider them for more service! Hard to find honest and kind people like this!

Paul and Kyle were great. I only needed state inspections for smog and safety, but they did it on the spot and I must have waited only about 5 minutes.They additionally went out of their way to help answer my questions about car registration in Virginia (I just moved here). They didnt have to do that at all but it tells you what kind of people they are.I havent had the car serviced here yet, however based on this experience I believe it would be safe to give them a shot!

I can’t rave about Paul & his son enough. Stand up gentleman with fair prices. If you own a Mercedes you know how costly repairs can be. My radiator cracked & my coolant system had a leak so they had to flush my entire system which is a heavy duty job. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Best, honest mechanic in Northern Virginia. Paul and his staff are very easy to deal with. They get parts quickly and will work until the end to solve your problem. I started going to them after I brought my car in for a complicated and superficial modification to my car. Instead of saying no they said, well try. Even though it was a dealer only thing they didnt charge me which was not expected but that showed me that they were just honest car guys. Mercedes are never cheap to fix but they make it affordable. I use them for all my car needs.

Ive been a customer since 2003. Paul (and before that Chuck and Paul together) have serviced virtually all of our Mercedes, and I took my other vehicles to them when they expanded their scope of covered models. This is without a doubt the best shop I have ever used. First Paul is honest to a fault, he will never pad a bill, or suggest unneeded service. Second, the quality of workmanship is excellent. Third they are quick, always turning around the work in short order. Fourth the prices are very reasonable, far below dealer prices. Fifth, Paul is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles and has all of the specialized tools and diagnostic equipment that the dealers have so the job is done right the first time. I was thrilled when they announced they would also service other European makes (he also fixed my Ford F150 pickup once), and Paul fixed the folding top on our BMW convertible when others were stumped. This place is awesome. Been taking cars in here for about 20 years, when it was Don Pool Mercedes Benz (and there actually was a Don Pool!). They know their stuff inside out, and Paul, the new owner, is keeping up the tradition of excellent service. They recently started doing more than Mercedes work, and that was also a great experience (heater core in a Corvette). My 1986 Mercedes 560SL has been serviced by Don Pool / C&P Auto for going on 20 years. Nothing could make me change. Service is outstanding, problem diagnosis is flawless, charges are reasonable, and management and service personnel are courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They also service my 1993 Jeep Cherokee and my 2015 350ML.

C&P Auto Repair is a great Mercedes service facility in the East Falls Church/North Arlington VA area. The facility, formerly Don Pool Mercedes, became C&P approximately 4 years ago when the former senior staff assumed ownership. I have had vehicles serviced here for a decade and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. It is a small shop with a specialization in repairs related to older model cars. The staff are nice and the service is personable

I started bringing our Mercedes GLE and SLK here for regular maintenance last year and was very pleased with the work. Now i have started to bring my 1988 560SL ,which had been sitting for 3 years, to bring it back to the way it was when new. Its hard to find service centers that are familiar with these older MB models and I am very impressed with Pauls knowledge of these older models. The work done has been spot on and the car is getting closer to my goal with every visit.

If I had known about them before dropping off my car, I would never get a service from them. Got misleaded with the star rating.I Asked them to fix a number button on my radio and they simply put up so many Scuffs & marks without shame. Their explanation for the wrongful act is, how can they know if they dont try.We would expect professional grade work rather than excuses. Now who will pay for fixing their mess.Smilingly rude behavior. Not worth the work.

Mercedes dealer wanted 3 x the cost to perform the same repair.Paul is a certified trained Mercedes tech and has all of the plugin play equipment to diagnose. Weve used Don Pool for years, always super service, reasonable prices, honest and high quality work. Fast too. Chuck is the manager/owner (bought it from Don) and I trust him. They now do more than just Mercedes, they do BMW, Saab, Audi, some US cars/trucks. I always recommend Don Pool to anyone who needs a great auto repair shop. My only disappointment is they are not open on weekends, only M-F. Otherwise 2 thumbs up.

I work in Falls Church and previously traveled to Tysons Corner to have my Mercedes Benz serviced. I drove by Don Pool every day on the way to the office, so I thought Id give them a try. What a find. The staff at Don Pool is not just courteous and responsive, they are down to earth genuine guys with a great work ethic and sense of humor. And on top of that, they almost always have same day service and are much more reasonable than a dealership in terms of cost.

I just had maintenance work done on my 11-year-old Mercedes sedan and could not be happier with the prices or the people at Don Pool. The work was done for a fraction of the cost that my dealership wanted to charge. And the staff is very nice and informative. Kudos to them!

Yesterday I got lost in this area and pulled into this shopping center. I was fixing my GPS, one guy approached and said move your car. I figure its their lot and needs the space. I moved and he didnt even need the space. I went inside to report to his manager and he told that hes the owner. Said his name is Chuck. Lied and said he had to park his car. His mechanic was standing there laughing. They are very nasty people. Anyone thinking about taking their car to them choose someone else. They can be nasty and lie to me theyll do the same with you.

I have been taking my 560SL Mercedes to them for years and they always have done an excellent job with them. Chuck who basically runs the shop is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes cars, especially the older models. Have never felt that he is pushing any unneeded repairs. Highly recommend them.
