Went in for an alignment, and was given two different costs for an alignment, but I was also given an expensive repair bill with an extremely high parts mark up. Went to my normal mechanic with the estimate, and got told, and shown what work actually needed to have done. Highly dont recommend ever.

I have never written a bad review at any business I’ve ever been to- if I have a problem I discreetly go to management and try and get a resolution. However when they put the wrong steering hose on my power steering I did try to call but they only answered from an unknown number and avoided my calls from my number and from the mechanic that had to fix the problem. I tried being kind to them but they didn’t care about that. They “fixed” my lower control arms and I payed 1,200 - but the car broke down on the highway- thank God I was able to get to the shoulder- the left wheel- a bolt had come loose and there was a screw just sitting on the spot that was supposedly fixed and it was on both sides- the car pulled to the right so bad that it was undriveable. Very shoddy and SHADY. I will add pictures later.

Horrible. I went to get my wheel studs replaced because multiple were broken and my lug nuts were missing. One tire had 2 lug nuts and studs that’s it when my car is suppose to have 5. Moments passed after they already had my car in the working area, they drove out of that area and started driving my car around after like 10 15 mins passed mind you one wheel is hanging on the only 2 lug nuts. Come to find out they drove my car next door to buy themselves burritos IN MY CAR, then refused my service because I got upset that they used my car to get burritos when my car is already hanging on with just TWO lug nuts and studs. So when they refused my service I left.. while I was driving slowly to get home my other lug nut fell off and my stud broke so my wheel started to wobble because now it’s hanging on with one lug nut.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. (P.s they said that they ALWAYS use customers cars to drive next door to order burritos.)

The people are so nice I showed up at the time that they open. The workers hadnt showed up yet there was a nice man there I was going for a car inspection he called and they came in right away had my car inspected and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes

These guys were about to close when I pulled up 3-5 guys all hopped on my car examining it. Ive never seen that before. They ordered parts went n picked them up n finished the job. Best auto care ever. Great job. These guys are very dependable and trustworthy. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿Its 7:40 n Im leaving. Saved my life.

I would never reccomend this mechanic shop to anyone! They left my car in worse condition than when I took it in to their shop. Still dealing with issues from taking it to this chop shop. Dont waste your time or money in this place. You will regret that you even took it there.

This is the most honest auto care shop you can find. Its run by a good honest man who helps you save money on whatever repairs you need done. They are very efficient, skilled, and they work in a timely manner. I didnt have any problems whatsoever, and I had 3 separate jobs done on my car over the course of 2 visits. I highly recommend Arlington Auto Care - they need to be the shop you think of when you need a mechanic! Highly Satisfied!

Service was quick and price reasonable. However, not wearing masks in the face of a terrible pandemic is a minus. There is need to make the customers feel safe irrespective of what your personal belief is.

This was the first dealership that i really enjoyed. I was able to get a new car at the time, but the salesman was cool enough to be upfront with me, gave me encouraging info, and told me to he would love for me to come back in a few months so see him qhen things get better for me. He didnt waste anymore of my time then he had. I definitely will come back and see him !!!!

I’m pretty sure they pay there mechanics with beer. Paid $525 to get a/c fixed. A/C broke in 4 weeks. Came back for the warranty said I needed another part. $325 🤔 nahhh

Do not waste your time or money. I went in for a power steering leak issue. The quoted $50 more for the part and a 3 hour wait for the part to get there. I went and got the part cheaper and faster. They advised they could not guarantee the part since they didnt supply it. I advised thats not an issue just guarantee the work. The repair should of only taken an hour, but it was four hours. After they finished i ran errands and something wasnt right. I checked the power steering fluid and it was empty. I called the next day to let them know it was not fixed. When I finally had time to take the vehicle back they blamed me for any issues. They misdiagnosed my vehicle and wasted a week of a working vehicle. Keep looking for better service because this place is a joke.

We had our wheel hub assembly, bearing, and two lugnuts replaced today and were very pleased with the service. Candice the front desk lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us updated the entire time. I felt I could trust them to take care of my car. Reasonable prices too!

I compared about 4 different locations to get my brakes done, and this was far more reasonable on the labor charges than anywhere else. Id recommend checking this place everytime you need a similar job done. Pretty sure, theyll give you a better deal.The friendly staffs that they have is a big plus too.

Sent my car there for for some quick servicing. They did a great job and the girl there was very helpful.

If you cannot do a job properly, dont open a mechanic shop. I went in for state inspection and oil change.Not only I have to wait over 1 hr and half. But I guess they forgot to tighten the scew on my oil pan. Within 10 days of my oil change; the oil completely gone. Dont go there if I were you.

I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place!!!! For one, me and my family just moved here to texas from Wisconsin and we dont have any family here or friends making this hard for what I am about to say. The day of my bday (Aug 1st) my breakline gave out and my brake practically to the floor making it hard to stop. For a week straight I got denied service from every shop on Cooper st from Pleasant ridge all the way down past Krispy Kreme and Mobile Mechanics because of my car being a Wisconsin car and has more rust underbody due to the salt for the roads and snow from my hometown. Mind you, my car is decent compared to other cars up north. I went down a list on google calling every mechanic I possibly could for help because when you have no car in Texas, especially Arlington, I was considered disabled. I came across Arlington Autocare, called them and talked to a nice lady named Candice. From the start she was concerned and spoke highly of her mechanics being able to do the work for me. Again, I needed the longest of the breakline which they stopped making for 99 chrysler cirruss that runs from the abs module all the way to the back calipers. At least 25 ft! I took the chance and drove my car as it was with my dad following me to this shop and talk about service! I am glad to see that everyone is like family here. Everyone was helping everyone meaning no man left out. We need more like shops like this and I will be back. Much thanks guys!!!!

If I could Give a Zero Star I would !!!! Took car in For Water Pump Repair Quoted 4 Hour Job That took 3 Days. Dropped car off at noon called because went by and car had not moved we were told they had ran into some Problems The car had not moved . Then was told by one Person that we were lucky because the special tool it takes to do the Waterpump was stolen and they had just received one The 2nd Day Was told the problem was they had to order special Tool I told them what I was told then they said no I was mis informed So at the close of 2nd day called to check on car The owner Susain yelled and said I was Bothering him He was trying to run a shop !!! I was asked did you get a call this morning because we broke the oil Dipstick I told him No He said well this Literally just happened !!! We are not gonna charge you for Labor only 30 for the Part I told them No im not paying for something yall Did.Now the oil Dipstick is NOWHERE near the water pump. So 3rd day Said they had to replace oil pan gasket because Dipstick Broke off in oil Pan I just had oil change before Car went in shop So we get it Check Engine Light on They RESET Then get it home NOT ONE DROP OF OIL IN CAR !!! NONE. I would not reccomend taking a Bicycle there The only nice person was Candace and Nor. Susain changed after getting our business Was told to shut up Him Then no oil in Car !! I have Contacted Channel 4 Channel 5 and Channel 8 News I am contacting Better Business Also This is NOT RIGHT So i Paid over 400 to blow a motor ??? BEWARE of this Place Your car will come out WORSE than when you took it in Susain also talked to my mother very bad because she called to check on car So Unprofessional and Rude AFTER they get your business We called and told them car had no oil They replied bring it back up here CANT drive it NO oil They tell my mother which has had 12 back surgeries to go out look under car for leaks WOW I will not stop until this is on every News Channel available So Folks can find out about this I will say Candance Resolved the problem even came to house and brought oil Hats off to Candance !!! She is the one running stuff right and taking care of customers She goes above and Beyond

Guys here helped me out alot. Came looking for another shop that had wrong times posted. These guys were actually supposed to be closed but still had doors open with another customer. Needed to get tire plugged from a nail and they did the work before they closed up.
