I can’t thank them enough. I originally went with them because my Facebook group referral me. The guy that I had an incident with have a non-standard auto insurance and the body shop will work with them to try to get my car repaired in a timely manner. My car ended up totaled by company and the guys would give me advise on how to handle with the insurance company to maximize my total loss settlement. I definitely use them again in the future.

I had an accident in Dallas while in vacation and my car was not drivable. I had to leave it to get it fixed. So i google for a local shop and Trans Auto Body came up with a 5* Shop was closed for days due to a holiday but i was able to contact Mr. Huu and he got my car out from the tow yard that same day and had the car ready like new in two weeks including having my car washed in n out. With me being out of town and not able to stop by the shop Mr. Huu had great comunication with me concerning my insurance and progress of the repairs. I would recommend TAB in a heartbeat!!

Huu and the boys at Trans Auto are amazing at their craft. As you can see from the pictures my car (the love of my life) has some minor dents but looks brand new after I got it from Trans Auto. Edit: Came back to fix my tailgate and it came out great.I found out about this place through a word of mouth recommendation. Impressive work with Trans Auto Body. The owner is super friendly and honest. He gives you an estimated time and schedule and keeps you updated. The dents were removed and it was repainted. I was impressed with the results. I recommend this shop even if you live as far as I do from it.

I got into an accident... basically this FJ cruizer with a bumper guard passed 2 lanes and ran straight into my lane. My car was taken to Caliber Collision to get a quote and have it repaired. Unfortunately because my car had a salvage title & there were previous damage, they would not work on it. I was referred to Trans Auto Body (Huu Tran) via a facebook group. We fb messaged back and forth and I told him about my situation.First, It was great that he worked with Liberty mutual aka Safeco (the other partys insurance). Second, his team did a phenomenal job fixing my car!!! Huu was very honest and worked with me during the entire process. He told me that the people that fixed my car before did a terrible job and that he would be able to make it right. Lastly, after my car was repaired, there was a creaking noise in my dash (from the accident) that was really annoying. I bought it back to the shop and they were able to fix it! Bonus: he had my car washed every time I went to pick it up.A+++ For Customer Service and Job Well Done!

I have used Tran’s before when he was a small shop across the street and was very pleased. I had recommended him to friends before. But unfortunately he is going through the growing pains of expansion. I went in for an estimate on August 31st and the first available opening was October 5th. Since I had been pleased with the work before I decided to wait until October for the repair. I brought it in on 10/5 and was told it would be ready on 10/14. A long time but thought it would be okay. I called on 10/13 to schedule pick up on Wednesday and was told they found more that needed to be done (plus more money). Seems strange they didn’t call me earlier. Said it would be ready on Thursday 10/16. I called on 10/16 and they couldn’t find the part and we’re checking elsewhere and it would be ready Friday. I called Friday and the part hadn’t arrived but would be ready by end of the day. Since I was out of town for the weekend I called on Monday and they said the part never showed up and they would check on it. Finally said it would be ready on Tuesday. I finally picked it up on Tuesday (10/20) and the truck looked great. After driving off I noticed a warning message that the blind spot monitor was not working. I had to bring it back in for them to fix the BSM system. Also I had asked them to do a state inspection while they had it which was never done.Unfortunately Tran’s has lost the attention to detail they once had and rarely called me back when they said they would. I would have given them a 1 star but the body repair was done well and he ended up taking some off the bill because it took so long.

They did a great job while fixing the bumper damage and some scratches on my 2019 Lexus GX-350. The price was reasonable too.

Absolutely the Best of the Best! When he gives you a date that you car will be ready for pick up, it will be ready! I have used him on a few different cars, I only drive high luxury vehicles and have no problem at all having him work on them. My cars come out looking like show room condition. He is fast, honest and very professional. Do not hesitate to have him work on your vehicles.

These guys are a very bad business, they purchased a part on 10/08/20 and then on 10/20/20 they called and tried to return it stating it was defective, we had a replacement part for them, but hes claiming he couldnt wait for the part to be replaced he has a dead line etc etc etc, so he managed to wait two weeks to supposedly install the part then to come to find out its no good. So he just went and got another one from someone else. This business only cares about making money, and cutting corners, doing whatever is best for THEM. Huu was very unreasonable, and one sided person, i would be very CAREFULL using this shop... making promises that they cannot keep and lying to their customers and their SUPPLIERS.. just a VERY UNETHICAL business, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Went in today to get an estimate for an out-of-pocket repair for the truck I just bought. I had it at another super dishonest body shop (Leon’s in Mansfield) that kept my truck for an extra four days without any work done except Bondo slapped all over my quarter panel without even being sanded off correctly. I had talked to Alex on the phone right after a heated argument with the old shop. I called Tran’s based on a recommendation from a good friend. They fit me in right away and gave me a great estimate and made me feel at ease. Even the atmosphere was awesome. Alex and the other gentleman at the front were courteous with the other customers in the lobby as well. They quoted me $1500 less than even Maaco! Even though it’s 20 minutes from my house, I’m glad I decided to drop my truck off here. I haven’t had a chance to meet the owner, but I can tell his employees seem to be happy and that translates into how they work with their customers. These reviews are all true, and Alex deserves a raise.

Took my wife yellow Challenger in there to get bumper and passenger side mirror repainted. Dealership Said it would be about $1000 to do this. Another paint and body shop said that they didn’t thank they could match the paint. Took it to trans side yes he could do it and matching the paint was not a problem. Took it in on 4/22 got it back on 4/25 perfect and they even wipe down the whole inside to make sure there was not dust every where and the best part was it cost only $400

I am so pleased with the work they do here. I took my car here a few years ago for a broken passenger mirror. They were the best price and even painted it. I also came a few days ago for just a broken mirror glass which the dealership was trying to charge me over $600 because they said I couldnt just change the glass. I came here and they said no way and were able to change it all for only $160. Definitely recommend them, never trying to take advantage of you.

Pulled in twenty minutes before they closed to get an estimate on fixing my 2015 Honda Accord front bumper. The bumper cover was pulled loose on the passenger side (thanks to a curb) with broken fasteners. Ten minutes later car fixed, charged $10.00. Other body shop estimate $800.00 to $850.00. Told cover need to be replaced. Its so nice to find a honest person and place this day and age. Highly recommend, I would give 10 stars if I could. Also asked about a scratch on my hood what they would charge to buff it out... He said let me take a look, he said this, give me a second and buff it out in less than a minute. No additional charge!

I needed some work done on my car from a random object in the street deflecting and hitting my passenger side. Found this place on google and was impressed with the reviews. The reviews were right! They were easy to work with, not extremely expensive and I had my car back on the day promised. I was very impressed with the work! I definitely recommend this place if you need some work done on your car.

Ive got nothing but great things to say about this place. I took in my daughters Civic, and Derrick filled me in on the best and worst scenarios...and it turned out that the problem wasnt even what I thought, and the repair was even cheaper. A shady shop could have taken advantage of the situation and gotten away with it. I was so impressed that, not even a week later, I needed some body work done on my pickup...and Trans was the only place that I called. This will be my official go-to place for paint and body work from now on.

I love this place. From the moment I called, I knew it was the auto body shop for me. The others I call seemed so hesitant to fix my car. When I told them the name of the insurance co. that the other person had which hit my car they were like no thank you... we have worked with them before and we dont want to do it again. I felt lost. I LOVE this place. I took my car to another body shop in that area and they wanted $1,800 to fix my car where I had accidentally backed into a mailbox. Yeah, embarrassing. Trans Auto Body gave me an estimate of $750 for the same job. It was really great because I didnt want to report the accident to my insurance company. Absolutely impressive work is being done at Trans. This is my first time to Trans but not my first time in a body shop. This shop is the best without exception. Here are the things that Trans Auto Body did that no other body shop has been able to do:1.) Set an appointment time and keep it.2.) Provide an amount of time for the work to be completed and hit the mark.3.) Provide an accurate, fair estimate.4.) Have the estimate be the final price.5.) Communicate clearly via email and or phone providing me updates before I asked.6.) Did not miss anything at all.7.) Will not need to return the car to the shop for something missed.Of those 7 points above, none of the 5 previous body shops that I have used in my life nailed all of them. The shops that I used in the past were car dealer shops, local independent and national franchise. Moat actually hit none of the 7 points.But what about the work? Trans provided the best Ive seen. I had to have the hood, a fender, a quarter panel, roof, trim work and window replaced. I had to have two doors and a hatch fixed. The car is as smooth as from the showroom floor and the paint is flawlessly blended into the existing paint. It is impossible to see where the work was done. Blending is hard and its also hard to keep the waves out of the paint when doing so. This shop did it. Only one shop in my life had been comparable in skill. Body work and painting is a skill.A couple of things to note. The shop isnt like the national franchises with customer seating, espresso machines and a receptionist. Its a pure body shop that isnt pleasing to the eye. But what I noticed first was the amount of cars out front which could be an indicator of good work. The second thing was talking with Huu for the estimate. He looked the car over and talked me through every part identifying what would need replacement and what he could do. He climbed all over the car with great detail and very seasoned explanation. Within a few minutes, I had a quote. So my thoughts were that a) this guy is really experienced and all the cars shows that hes good or b) this guy is going to rip me off and these stacked up cars are a witness. I trusted my gut, Yelp! and Google and went with him. It was a great decision.The bottom line is that Trans Auto Body does good honest work. The people are clearly invested in the business. The body guys, paint guys and finishers are talented. Do not hesitate to use Trans Auto Body.

Was involved in an accident where I was looking at the insurance company wanting to total my car that I had worked hard to pay off and own.I was blessed to say the least as Huu Tran convinced the insurance company not to total my car and he had OEM parts installed on my vehicle. He even volunteered to drive my car to Enterprise, so I could drive my rental car and drop it so that I could drive my vehicle back home.Huu obviously runs his business to make a living and pay his staff. However, I believe he is in the business to help people and not just making money. Therefore, his success and reputation is above the rest of the competition. On the surface, everything always seems to look great and later on, you start finding disparities in the quality of the work that was done on your car.I am always happy with the work Ive had done on my car at Trans Auto Body.
