John and the crew at Audio Depot are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to fix my wiring issues on an amp. They fixed a rats nest of wiring and ran everything properly. They even ran my bluetooth mic from where it was rigged near the steering column to the headliner where it should be. I didnt even ask them to do this, they just took the initiative and did it! They also built a custom sub box for me that came out beautifully.Their attention to detail, customer service, and timely install was second to none. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for car audio purchase and installation.

Audio Depot has been my go-to stereo shop for well over a decade almost 2. They have done many of my vehicles over the years. John is always willing to help and has never given me bad advice. I have been to all the big franchise stores and and they were never able to match the quality of installation or do they have the talent and knowledge that audio Depot has to offer. I came in to look for specific brand. The person at the counter asked if I had any questions or needed help. I asked if they had a certain brand I was looking for. She told me the brand I was loooking for was “traders village brand.” And that I could find it there. I wasn’t asked if I had any other questions or any other brands that I could look at. I did look around and they had brands that I could find at traders. For those Remarks I would be better off getting better service at “traders village.” The shop that installed my previous setup was a high end shop. And for being a “audio shop” not much to look at. I asked if you guys carried and brand, not where I could find it. There is difference in question. I own my own business too, but I know that is not a response I’d want someone looking at my products to hear. I never said you guys were a high end audio shop, i mentioned it because thats a place where I got my set up at. Needless to say, family friend matters are not part of the business. Stay Home. Mom and pop shops have certain values where People get treated a certain way. Not by sending them off because the brand I was looking for is too good for them and is a traders brand. Like said, better service over there at least they will acknowledge and actually know how to sell. For all you know I could have spent 100 bucks or 5k. Called and no appts but we understand that. i gave the best description of what i thought we had and all i got was no we dont touch that. when i was asked why i was just told no that they didnt install that. its a radio and a vehicle. shouldnt be so hard to install. customer service is lacking very much.

Came in with a messed up audio system and came out with more problem solving then I even knew was there. Sound is Absolutely amazing. They worked with what I bought which wasnt much and totally blew my mind from how good the quality of sound I got. Talked to Jhon a bit and these guys have been in business for 20+ years. Had all of this installed a few days ago. My truck hammers, insane system. Very happy. I uploaded a photo so it can be seen. It’s the split screen of DD Audio amps on the back wall of my truck. They sell DD Audio, the next Dealer is like 50 miles away in Cleburne.

Bought a brand new car & had tint installed days later. It wasnt the best job. There was bubbles and wasnt cut properly. As the owner called it a trash job. Had it taken off and redone at Johns request. The guys somehow damaged my side mirror trim as well as trim around the windows with the heating element they use. Also, tore a spot in rear door panel.John agreed to have it fixed/replaced. At this point was very agreeable and very much doing the right thing as a businessman. He was taking a significant loss. Took car to have the work done to only realize the color of both of my rear door panels had been changed from gray to jet black. Not only changed but painted and the paint was peeling (same day). Went to show him pictures of before and after. He was very argumentative and acting as if I had done something wrong or as if I was asking for something I wasnt entitled to. I should have been the angry one. This is my car, my brand new car that has just been altered and you want to argue with me. I tried to have a rationale conversation with this idiot. To no avail. See you in court John. I would not recommend anyone going to this business.

Just had two more cars tinted here and it was another great experience. Juju, John, et. al. are still very friendly and helpful after all these years. Their business has grown and they are much busier than when I started going there more than ten years ago. However, getting an appointment, which I recommend you do, is quick and easy. They will let you know when it’s the best time to get in and out quicker. You can also just drop off your car and let them do their thing. It rarely takes more than 2-3 hours even when you drop off. These are good people and they have been in this business for almost 20 years. They know what they’re doing and consistently provide solid workmanship and excellent support after the sale. Support your local business owners and give them yours. I truly doubt you’ll be disappointed.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while. I’ve had audio done all over the country. Knowledgable staff and a quality selection. I have learned to only trust installers who have an RTA ( for those who know you know ) & they have an RTA. Had to leave my vehicle for a few days but the end result was well worth it. Vehicle is a 2017 camry with all Excelon XR series speakers, amps including radio. People have been sleeping on Kenwood including me. It really is great stuff.

Great store. John is currently advising me on upgrading the audio and lighting in my H1. Looking forward to doing more business.

As a proud parent of four daughters that drive. There are six vehicles going on. Ive taken all the vehicles to this place. From taking off the tint. To adding tint. Lifetime warranty was a surprise. My first truck(tinted in 2012), is still going strong. No peeling, no bubbles. Now Ive got a new truck, and they have it now. Dont expect them to do the work illegally(with limo in front windows). Called and made an appointment this week got me in pretty quick. We agreed on an install price. When I went to pick up my truck the price to install had gone up $53. Without even telling me. I have called many LLumar dealers across the state of Texas trying to get info on tint and zero installers here in the San Antonio area had and idea how to answer technical specific question dealing with light spectrums as both my wife and myself are high risk in this area. Yall we able to help me answer all my question even though Im buying a car at the dealer that comes with this automatic up sale and they use another installer. I would much prefer to have yall as my installer and am pushing to make that happen if I can.

I had my Tesla Model 3 tints done here, They did an Awesome job tinting the 4 door windows EXCEPT the rear windshield, Since Tesla has a massive window and very few places can do whole window in one piece. Audio Depot is one of the places who dont do one piece tint to go on rear windshield. They did mine on one of their biggest piece but when sitting inside you can see the line where it ends and it is pretty distinct because it wont cover all the way where the rear windshield ends, So if you have a Tesla and wanted to do full Glass try to find a place where they can do all in One piece tint.

These guys are top notch. Had two windows done and a limo tent strip in the windshield and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Not only are they fast but they are thorough and very professional and give you a lifetime warranty. Definitely coming back

Ive been giving my business to Audio Depot for about a decade now and Ive never had a bad experience, EVER! Even when they are busy, they quickly acknowledge your arrival and assist as quickly as possible. Service is always fast, courteous, friendly, and helpful. They install tint better than anyone else in the Mansfield/Arlington (probably the whole Metroplex) area and they stand behind their product and workmanship.I have had literally dozens of cars over the years and have tried several other mom-and-pop/fly-by-night dumps to save a couple of bucks (you get what you pay for!) as well as a couple major chain stores before going to Audio Depot. I have never looked elsewhere since. When I had an old sub woofer blow (rotted from age actually), they made no attempt to oversell me on a new, unnecessary product. In fact, they spent extra time looking for a sub in their stock that would fit in my old enclosure and even installed it on the spot without hitting me up for an install fee since it was a quick 5 minute swap! I guarantee you wont get that at a chain store.You will not be disappointed with Audio Depot. Both of the owners (and Frank!) are truly stand-up, honest business people.

I called for a quote on a window tint, and was surprised with an amazing price and a promise they could get me in and out by the end of the day. I called after 5:30, so this was amazing on their part. Walked in, and was treated very courteously and the process of checking in my car was a breeze. They have a home theatre room for those that are waiting for their car, stocked with comfortable chairs and coffee. Lifetime warranty with the tint as well.

I visited this shop after my son highly recommended them. He had a high end stereo system put in his new Mustang. I thought they were going to recommend the highest prices radio system. They did not. The gentleman look at the place were a radio was before it was stolen then suggested a blue tooth Sony. In a few hours I had a radio far better than the original. Fast friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got a radio and tinting. There was an issue with some connections but they didnt charge me extra labor to install the needed parts since they acknowledged they should have called me and/or talked to me about the issue before installing.

Viper wanted to charge her for a new subscription even though her subscription still had more than 2 years left on it. The owner spent in excess of 2 hrs on a conference call with my daughter, who lives in Chicago and Viper to resolve the issue. Smart start $900+, 3 years subscription $200+ Customer Service free but priceless!They are and will be, my One Stop, 1st and Last Stop for my Audio, electrical and sometimes, just advice needs.

I called Sunday, set an appointment for Monday. Their prices are slightly higher than competitors but well worth the extra. They tinted windows on my Ford Mustang and just did my Fusion. John was courteous and explained all of my options. I was in and out. I would recommend.

Cant say more about them. I have gotten my windows tinted by them twice on two different cars. Tint is very good and stand by their word on lifetime tint! Staff is great and friendly. They have media room for you to relax as they work on your car. Tint is just one of many things they do. Really and highly recommend!

Do not do service here. the lady behind the counter was the meanest person Ive ever seen. all I needed was a part for a radio because I was told that this place had it but I was in for a rude awakening when she berated me by saying that I will have to call the company of the radio I had for the part since they dont sell it. not that I need to since I can put radios in cars myself but if I didnt want to hassle in doing that, I would do service with them if she wasnt so nasty towards customers. until she work on her people skills, Im never going back there again and neither should you.

I was very hesistant to get my tint on my car but the staff there convinced me with their knowledge about the product and reasonable prices. Rude, the chubby guy was very nonchalant about customer service, it didnt hit me until the second customer came in. So from the beginning of the situation I was behind another customer he was helping and I waited until he finished with them completely, he didnt say Ill be with you in a minute or anything which didnt come across as odd I figured it was normal. Then as I was being poorly helped the next customer walked in and he immediately just said may I help you before I could even get my services completed, he acted like he didnt want to talk to me or felt I was a joke. He price was very low for the service which I did like but the customer service I would pay $1 to be treated that way just for a good deal

I just got back from Iraq and had Audio Depot install my new system for me. They gave me a deal from hell! They are huge supporters of veterans of the armed forces, be sure to ask for a military discount The owner gave me incredible advice and customer service. VERY HIGH QUALITY install of my system. Im telling everybody I know about this place and am coming back to have them install my viper security/remote start system for me.

I wish I could leave a zero star or negative star rating. Ive had a few encounters here, mostly with the owner who is often referred to as the lady behind the counter. The first was when I bought a self install alarm system for a relative. The owner gave me a great deal on a system she had in the back. When one of the other guys started to speak up she quickly quieted him. I found out why later when the system was defective and never worked. Against my better judgement I went in another time looking for another system. I left when I couldnt stand the rudeness anymore. The last encounter was when I decided to give her a chance to redeem herself while looking for donations for a church auction. I was not so politely told they had nothing to donate and rudely asked to leave. I am now in the market for a nice remote start system and will not only be taking my $$ elsewhere but decided to finally leave this review in hopes that it will help others.

They did an excellent tint job for me. I called and was able to make a same day appointment. As soon as I arrived, my car was taken in to start the job. Wait time was only about 45 minutes to an hour. Im very happy with the work done and my customer service experience.

Audio Depot did a great job on my daughters 2004 Mustang. John took it upon himself to remove the old tint from the rear window (took him 4 tedious hours) to try and ensure that it wouldnt ruin the rear defrost. The tint was beautiful and the rear defrost was intact! Everyone was friendly and professional and worked us in last minute to surpise our 16 year old daughter for her first car. She loved it as well! We will not go to anyone else!

I walked in to a get my stereo installed. They greeted me and treated me very kindly. I was told that I could wait in the home theatre. The actual installation itself went by very quickly. The knew exactly what they were doing and I have been very pleased.

I was referred to Audio Depot by TOBY Speakers in Fort Worth when I purchased my sub. I called and was able to make an appointment to get my Sub and Amp installed the very next morning. I spent some time talking with the owner, she was very honest and knowledgeable about my options and made sure to tell me about how they warranty their work. I was very impressed with Audio Depot and will definitely be going there for my car audio products and work for now on.

Ive been to this store twice.First experience was nice and easy. Just bought a radio harness and was in and out in 5 minutes.Second experience? Not so much. I came in to buy an amp kit for a subwoofer I was going to install in my car. The lady that worked there told me to not even buy the kit and just hire them to install it because there was no way I would be able to install it correctly. I told her I had installed these in the past without issue. She told me I was going to waste my time and would end up coming back for them to fix my errors. Again, I told her I was not interested in their installation service, just the amp kit. She then proceeded to walk away from me and said she had real customers to talk to and didnt even sell me an amp kit.I will never be back again.

Nicest people working in here. Talked me out of a more expensive radio because the cheaper option was better quailty. I appreciate the honesty and them taking less profit to give me something that will last. Will be back!

Especially the one about us scratching the pillar while we were cutting out the tint. If you know us we have a super expensive plotter that cuts the film. These guys had a speaker wire connector that I couldnt find any where else in town. Great price for it and they even looked up my cars wiring for me. Ill definitely be back, and you should most certainly check them out 😀

Used them years ago, not the same. Brought my truck in to put keyless entry on and take the other alarm off, over triple what other places charge and I had the unit. Got another place to install and included a new kit and was a fraction of the cost

They are the only Formula One dealer in the metroplex. Audio Depot put the Pinnacle ceramic tint on my new Subaru Forrester. It is so beautiful. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. The also convinced me to tint the windshield with a clear tint. The glare and heat is greatly reduced. Love it.

I have been doing business with these folks for 14 years. Not only would I never take my work elsewhere I make sure to recommend them anytime someone asks where they should go. They are no junk pushers and maybe that is part of the negative I have seen on some of the reviews. If you want a low dollar throw away items then you are in the wrong place, but if you want a fair priced and more importantly a well built devices then you cant pick a better spot. They have done everything for me from tint to full systems over the years and quality is the bottom line for everything that they do. It is a rare thing to find anyone that is passionate about what they can offer and the different ways there are to get you the best end result for you and your budget.

Let me just start off by saying WOW! Wonderful and friendly people up there! They helped me with everything I needed to get a system and head unit setup in my 2014 F150 after I ran into problems going to other places and not being able to find the harness I needed. They dont beat around the bush and sell you junk like most places. They back the products they sell and I love the customer service I get when I walk in the door! Highly recommended if you want the best of the best from parts to customer service! Thanks to everyone at Audio Depot for all your help and support! I will be going here for all my car Audio and tint needs!

Cant say there is other place than Audio Depot if you want to tint your car windows. I brought two cars over there, they use the Lumar film and works fabulous. Highly recommend this store!
