Work at Webber for 5 years and had the pleasure of having Kevin Valentine as my manager. Always looked after his shop and only had the best intention for the company and his employees. Thank you for all that you’ve done and set me down an amazing path for a life long career and will always be grateful.

About once every six months we have the need to contact Weber for tech support with their Legitronic software. Every single time we contact them for help its a poor experience. Im talking in terms of personality and respectfulness. Six months ago I spoke to a lady (unnamed) who I literally had to ASK to stop talking to me & my associate like we were idiots. I explained to her that while I may be a complete dummy with their software, I am in fact a network engineer of over 20 years and very seasoned in the IT profession and can understand if she would only be patient with us. She would make comments like let me speak slowly so you can understand, or, would you please just pay attention .. I am the damn customer!! Who the hell does she think shes talking to?? The whole conversation which took over an hour she was VERY impatient and working vigorously to get us OFF THE PHONE. That was her main goal which she made obvious. Maybe the company is not paying her enough or maybe she was just disgruntled about her job overall, but I seriously DREAD having to call them ever.Today I called and spoke to a man (unnamed) .. Somewhat more helpful than the lady, but still seemed eager to get us off the phone .. I let him off the phone so that I could finish setting up our printer and I told him I would call him right back to we can trouble shoot our label.I called back 10 minutes later only to have that lady answer the phone ... I asked to speak to (unnamed) .. her response was a revolting EXCUSE ME?? I repeated that I needed to speak to (unnamed) .. she gave a noticeable *sigh* and transferred me without saying anything.The guy answers and pleads with me to just call back TOMORROW .. Even though I myself was pleading with him to help us because we have product that needed to be shipped out TODAY! He insisted that I call back in the morning because they close in 10 minutes (4:30pm CST).I would never leave one of our customers hanging like that. I dont care if I had to stay over an extra hour -- we care enough about our customer to make sure our product is able to serve them -- especially in an emergency situation like ours. He did not care that I told him we were in DIRE NEED of shipping labels for our current-day shipping.Are they competent enough to support their product and provide a solution? Absolutely. I will give them 5 STARS for knowledge of product. Are they able to fulfill our service requests when contacting support?? Yes. Its just a very unpleasant process in doing so. Like I said before, I dont know if it trickles down from management, but something is definitely not right with this company.I left their names unnamed out of respect for them -- as I do not know their situation and dont care to leave a bad mark on them personally. As for the company, this review represents my experience and opinion.When I find a new label printing solution, we will definitely never do business with them again.

It is my first time that I write a review for some company.I dont really mind even I had bad experience but this company is horrible.Would not recommend this company to anyone...If they had 0 star, I would gave them 0 or even minus.I ordered 200,000 labels from them first and sales representative guy didnt even know what he was doing and over at the factory technician guy also didnt know what they were doing.They gave me 2 weeks estimates for production and never give me an update.When I called, they were keep sending me proof letter to sign it which I did already 4 times.....When I ordered label it was only 200,000If I had good experience that could be 2,00,000,000,000 and more...Because I would keep order from them and recommend this company to all of my business partners and never post bad review on webIf you are looking for any label printing companyThis isnt right one..

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever gotten EVER!I totally got pushed to the back burner with this company.The customer service was horrible and they dont seem to care if you are waiting on them to get a part for over 2 weeks putting your production down!this piece of equipment they sold me needed a new filter ( no big deal ) but the machine gave a warning one day and was nonoperational the next just that fast it has been 2 weeks and i am still waiting on a part? customer service cant connect me with anyone that really knows what is going on, or where this part is, or if it is even available!!They will tell you that YOU will need to pay extra money for an expediting fee !How is it expediting if its been 2 weeks and counting? Me pay extra for a part i ordered and hasnt come yet?disappointed / disgusted is an understatement and Iam loosing money each day MY company is down !!
