I have a used Universal machine that I have had for years and after much use, it needed a new laser tube. Its a very busy time and I would have lost a significant amount of sales. Alex sent me a loaner laser tube while I wait for the new one to come in. I got it by the end of the day. I am impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and extremely great customer service. Asked Aleks to test Direct Import function of a new $25,000 Universal Laser Systems purchased from him. A request that would take 2 minute to create and test a simple PDF file. He refuses to help. That sample file shows a flaw in software that nobody wants to admit. Line strokes 0.001 are vector items, all others are raster items per Universal. The raster results of a smooth circle are shown in photo. Not the results my customers would accept.

Alex is TRULY one-of-a-kind! Whenever we need him, he is ALWAYS ready and willing to help us get up and running! We recently had a fire in our office, and we had to set up a temporary office so that we could get back into business. When we called Alex and explained what happened, he immediately asked what he could do to help us. He not only ordered another exhaust unit and had it delivered, he then arranged his schedule to ensure that everything was connected properly. When he arrived to help us set up the temp office, we also realized later that we had no internet to our computer, as it was an older model computer. It was nine pm last Thursday evening when I realized my laser was experiencing issues. I sent Aleks an email thinking he’ll respond to me in the morning. Instead I received a response a few minutes later. We exchanged a few emails where I sent him pictures and described the issue. Aleks was prompt and professional. He arrived the next morning and addressed my concerns quickly. Thanks to Aleks my laser is running well again going into the holidays.
