We purchased a Sharp microwave that stopped working after two years. Contacted Sharp and received immediate response, asking for photos and further info. Ultimately, for just $20 shipping, they replaced our microwave with a rebuilt unit. Now two years later, the replacement microwave is sparking. Is it us or Sharps products? Can’t say for sure - but what I can say is that once again, they replaced - this time with a brand new model for just $50. And - they overnighted it to us! So again - yes the unit broke down in record time, but there responsiveness and service has been unparalleled.
