Clean place, friendly staff. We ordered ice cream inside waffle bowl and Shakes and malts strawberry, this is delicious and tender dessert. Design is red and white style, I very like it, its like it used to be shown in American movies😊 here you can exchange empty milk jars for new ones with milk. They also have packaged ice cream and other products for sale, such as eggs, butter, milk and more. I really liked it, we will definitely come again

Great choices!!!Lots of variety flavors to choose from....traditional and more. Service was exceptional as even though it was crowded, they got us out there fast. The inside sit down area was crowded, ended up sitting outside.

A Buffalo Grove Classic. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. Not much has changed in the last 10 years here. I enjoy taking my kids here for ice cream when we are in town.

My favorite ice cream place. They have so many varieties of flavors to choose from. My all time favorites include Chocolate and Strawberry. At store, the freshly prepared ice cream combinations are awesome as well. If you have more members in family, watch out for the combo deal to save money. I get their milk sometimes and it is really good. They come in glass bottle and you can return the bottles back at store- go green.

Don’t get me wrong, I like their overpriced ice cream, however, service is terrible.I ordered 2 scoops of regular coffee ice cream, nothing more nothing less. There was at least 5-6 people working there and it took them 15 min to put it in the cup. I mean I understand if they were slammed but I only had 1 other order in front of me… i dont know if they need a specialist for 2 scoops of ice cream but that’s my last time there. It’s not the first time and this time is the last.

Walked in and was told I can’t be served a qt of icecream because I don’t have a mask on…funny thing is there were three tables packed with people where none had a mask on. Makes no sense.

Ordered two strawberry banana smoothies Too sweet. Should not have used syrup. Over $7.00 each. Pass.

Great place and great smells. Service is quick and friendly. Their ice cream is really good and I recommend it. High price but I suppose it works out. Very kind of them to include tables outside in front of their store. The simple addition makes it so much better than a lot of other places simply because you can eat there and not on the curb.

I wish there was a drive through because parking can be a mess when its busy but its a nice shop

McDonalds next door did not have ice cream on one of the hottest evenings of the summer of 2019. We were disappointed when told the machine was broken. McDonalds loss. We walked next door over to Oberweis and were pleasantly surprised. Very good Black Cow. Well be coming back to try other things on the menu.

After many many years we visited this location. I was expecting a drive through like we have one by the place we live now. But they dont have one yet. They have a big yard on the back of the store for the kids run around. The store and staff are well prepared and follow COVID guidelines.

First time there and I loved it! Went in the late afternoon on a Tuesday so it was super quiet. Parking was a breeze. I split a Royal Banana Split and I was not disappointed. I guess I thought it was gonna be like a really nice version of Dairy Queen but it was so much more. For some reason when I go I to a DQ everything seems sticky. Not here! The banana split was awesome in its presentation. I ordered everything with it (see photo) and it was a nice mixture. I think I appreciate that it wasnt overly sweet. Perfect for sharing.

My mom has been buying this milk for a decade or longer, I am trying to explain that even though they made the effort to sell in glass bottles, they are still from GMO feed fed franken cows. They now have organic milk, all of a sudden the cows they have been feeding gmo corn and grains got healthy because they are feeding them organic feed? Do these cows EVER see a speck of grass or spend a day in the sunshine? NO! They are still the same, vitamin D (sunshine) deprived, sick cows.

My son has allergy to dairy. One day I accidentally gave him a juice not knowing that my wife had put in some milk in the juice. We both got shocked after I said that to her. But my son didnt get any allergic reaction. We then got to know that it was the organic milk from oberweis

The service here was terrible. Teenagers walking around not knowing how to serve anyone. Manager yelled putting you on hold in a rushed manner over the phone and had me on hold for 5 minutes. Order was wrong the first time, made us wait in the store which is NOT COVID SAFE. If a rep wants to contact me I have names. The second star is only because I love the ice cream.

I love this chain, this location!! Ive been coming here off and on for nearly 20 years and I love it as much as I did the very first time I stepped in the door!! For the uninitiated there is something special about the moment you step foot in the door of an Oberweis store! You smell the waffle cones and the various ice cream flavors, it is beyond intoxicating!! I have always enjoyed a few staple items like a Strawberry Malt or a Hot Fudge Sundae and as you sit down and enjoy it with your family the smells overwhelm you with the desire to take more home with you, which I always do!! The Blueberry Pie ice cream is awesome!!!! I recommend this place as highly as possible!!! I love Oberweis!!!!

Have been going to this place for many years and loved it. However, last week I stopped in with some friends and forgot to bring a mask. The store “leader” Megan yelled at me to put on a mask in a rude way. As I was about to leave the store disappointed since I didn’t have a mask, a nice gentleman from behind the counter brought out a mask for me. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he acted more as a leader than Megan.

Has the best ice cream, that is hormone free! Several different flavors and my favorite thing to get is there banana split. It is big enough to share if you want. But for an ice cream lover like myself, I prefer to eat it all by myself!

After purchasing the dairy from them in this store for more than a couple of times have a better understanding of their tariffs and quality and in fact i would tend to buy milk from here for the extreme quality and the benefits it has!! More Likely for the kid friendly ambience and the cool desserts they have in this location. As ALWAYS the staff here are very friendly and humble. They accept Gpay as well which was fascinating for me!!

Place is good and nice ice cream also. The only thing they should be focusing on is keeping the place clean. Had to ask employee to clean tables so we can sit down after the previous customer leaves. So took one start off because of that.

I took my baby here for her first ice cream on a slow afternoon. We shared a cone of Black Cherry; the soda jerk gave us a generous portion. The baby explored the parlor, smiling at people and waving, occasionally returning for a little bit more. The parlor was brightly white clean, the way an ice cream parlor should be. The staff gave her a helium balloon as we left, the perfect end to a perfect visit to a perfect ice cream parlor.

The staff here is quite friendly, and the ice cream is very good. A little cramped by the coolers though, but the milk and juices are top quality.

Awesome icecream and sundaes.. Each flavour has a different taste compared to other brands. The waffle cones could be a bit thicker at the bottom. The bottom gives away before kids finish up.

Great ice cream and great selection. However, when its busy, the tables are not getting cleaned fast enough.. On my last visit, I had to remove previous customers dirty cups from the table myself.

Authentic chemical free dairy shop in Arlington heights. I would suggest to go in for ice creams or milk. A big no to coffee which is served. Kid friendly place, indoor games like chess on table, ludo etc...are incorporated.
