TechGator is great! I’ve had an old 2011 MacBook Pro lying around my house for ages. I brought it to TechGator and they were extremely helpful. I was able to sell it back to them for a fair price. I would definitely come back again.

Apple MacBook was defective with bad logic board. Tech Gator refused to replace or refund the purchase. They offered a repair which didn’t work and now won’t respond to emails requesting a refund of the repair cost. Been trying to sort this out for 4 months. This company really really stinks. I would never buy from them again just because of how awful this situation has been.

I purchased this MacBook as it was listed as mint condition. The item was not at all as described. It arrived with multiple scratches and nicks surrounding the perimeter of the computer.

Ive bought over a dozen computers from tech gator and love working with them.

Current time is 17:38, before the posted closing time of 18:00. Store is locked up. Wish I could have gotten in to carry out business, but this is the only experience I have to go off of.

It was a pleasure dealing with the people at TechGator! Professional and they do what they say they are going to do...wow! We have re-ordered products from them 4 times and will use them whenever we can going forward.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company. Extremely unprofessional. Sold me disfunctional / bad hardware that crashed after 2 months of owning. Save yourself and go with a different company. Complete waste of money and time.

Do yourself a favor and dont spend your money with Byron and his dishonest business. Brought a $1,100 Mac from them which ended up being incompatible with the latest Mac OS update. I had to deal with this nightmare of a sale for over a month. They initially sent me a computer which was in terrible condition (multiple scratches/scrapes) even though Id paid extra for a near mint one. I called right away and spoke to Byron. I requested he send me a replacement or refund my money. He sent me a replacement which still wasnt mint (several micro dents on upper case) but far better than the first one that was sent. I decided to try it but this one now had an issue with a loud fan. He refused to fix it until I took it to Apple which I did. Apple confirmed the loud fan and finally he took the computer back for repair, or so I thought. He emailed me back claiming that the fan was fine and that Id have to pay extra if I wanted it replaced. Since it was still within the return period for eBay, I said Id take a refund if he didnt want to fix it so finally he opted to fix it. Got it back and all seemed well until the Sierra high OS update. Once I installed that, the display wouldnt power on. Tried calling and emailing Byron or techgator but they ignored me (assumingly because it was now past the eBay dispute timeframe). Went to Apple to try and see what was wrong. Apple said these guys installed some third party applications (battery, case screws) and made some type of modification to the logic board which is whats causing the issue with the new OS and display. They also said because of those third party components/modifications, they cant work on the computer so I needed to call the seller. I had to file a dispute PayPal to try and get Byron to talk to me. He didnt talk to me at all and instead lied to PayPal and said I must have done something to the computer. Additionally, Byron said he tried to work with me on the issue which was also a lie. PayPal was useless since they brought his story and denied my case. So Im stuck with a one thousand dollar paperweight. This business got over on me so Im sharing my story to help keep them from getting over on you too. Id give them zero stars if I could.

The most dishonest business Ive ever had to deal with.Look at reviews on facebook and NewEgg to see how many issues people have had with this company and the piss poor customer service.The rep there clearly does not care about any concerns the customers have. BYRON has given me and NewEgg the runaround for almost 2 months now to try avoid getting out of a returned faulty product he sold us. He hasnt done anything to answer any of my questions or at the very least try and alleviate some of my concerns about what happened with the $2000 macbook i ordered.The computer i ordered ended up with the fans running extremely loud right when i booted it up, and when i took it to a Mac specialist he realized that it was still under remote monitoring/control from the previous person TechGator bought it from. After further investigation, i realized that i wasnt the only person that had very similar issues and now im over a month in to trying to fix a computer that never had any of these issues presented or described. Im not one to leave bad reviews but the lack of professionalism Ive experienced through this whole process has given me no other option.I would have been happy to just get some questions answered or some of my issues alleviated, but i couldnt even get that. Worst company ive done business with in a long while. Please safe yourself before purchasing anything from them.

Great find - was looking for a place to sell a couple iPhones and Techgator paid more than other places. I also called them about some other random computers/electronics my company had lying around and they bought everything.

They sell defective laptops be carful. And when you want your money back you can for get! Cause it’s gone.P.S. they delete bad reviews on Facebook then repot you so your page gets disabled.

Disastrous experiencemy computers battery has stopped working after 7 cycles. It damaged the ssd and the computer is no longer functional.
