Went for an oil change and new front drivers side tire was told 1 hour and 30 minutes. Looked at the time it was 12 and said okay. Did some shopping waited till almost 3pm for the oil change and tire to replaced. Lady that at register had me waiting the whole time laughing under her breath. Was rude to me. I kept my cool and let her be rude and paid and left. Will not be returning.

The employees have been a bit snippity lately, bosses have been the same to them. I understand. Try a little, aww sometime. Smile

Very clean, very good service. Just didnt carry a particular item every other Walmart carries. They offered to order for me but decided Id shop for it online

The store was very crowded, but typical for a weekend. The shelves were in chaotic condition but all associates were busy, so again it was understandable. Great customer service.

If you arent supposed to sell the game until the next day, DO NOT put it on your shelf! Ive never left Walmart so angry until now.

Only one register in the store to accept cash. Huge line for people willing to wait. Saw several people leave their cart and walk out

In and out with what we needed and even looked around a little. At least 4 cashiers at the front was the best part.

Worst 7-11 I was ever in as they sell no gas at the Entrance. Its defiantly not the stores Sam ran. I suspect the former 24hr Super Centers will continue to decline as the Dollar stores steal from the bottom closer and more convenient to the customers and their internet sales never really went anywhere and as Trader Joes, and the Mega Farm Stores continue to move in Walmart will find itself just as Monkey Wards and Sears.

Better then Winfield Walmart because they dont run out of stuff as often.

Inside the store didnt seem like people at there work stations also I dont see why there wasnt some thing posted up of what was on each isle.

They do not keep my dogs food in stock.Its the only kind they will eat.when they have it I buy most of what they have.Then it will be weeks before they have it again.Its hard on my dogs digestive system.

All wall marts are the same building. What differs is management and maintenanceThis one is good. Not ghetto. They dont mind truckers coming in through the separate truck entrance to shop and park.

Its like all the regular Walmart Supercenters.I was in the lawn and garden area, and it was set up nicely. They have self-check and regular checkers. Merchandise is easy to find and just use the store app to find everything. The employees I met were helpful and nice. This is a good WalMart.

All of their employees have 0 costumer service skills and lack the will and knowledge to do their job.

I like this Wal-Mart very much! Larger selection of things than the Winfield Wal-Mart. Which is why my husband & I come here when we need a larger amount of supplies. The staff is always very helpful if I/we have any questions.

I love the Walmart Supercenter the only dont go to the one in Grove Oklahoma theyre very pushy when theyre in the Isles for the online people thank you Walmart in other places

I go to Walmart here because in our little town there are few other choices. Tonight, people were lined up to use the self check out and lined up for the regular registers. Even with people backed up, two registers were all they would open.

No security guard staring you down as you come in like Winfields WalMart. More relaxing entry experience. Friendly staff. Only one entry point is a drawback.

Got a cab ride to the Walmart, the cab driver was the coolest.

They have all you need! Pharmacy,food court,baby items,shoes,games,books and toys for the kiddos.Camping supplies and fishing supplies too! Get your oil changed or tires mounted while you shop!While he is fishing,the lady of the house can do crafts or knit.From their craft department. And much more! The employees that Ive come across are very helpful. The store shelves are mostly stocked, except for the same things other stores area having issues with keeping stocked during these COVID-19 times, disinfectants & toilet paper especially even at the first of August.When the shelves become empty and even before, I see employees working hard to get them stocked.This store just started doing the Grocery pickup! Yay!I live in Colorado where we already have grocery pickup and wanted a options so that I could order both groceries and other items they needed and could just go pick them up. Both my parents are immunocompromised and have mobility issues. Prior to the grocery pickup stand in Arkansas City, they were having to go into the store and get only the minimum, most important things they needed as a result. It tired them out and also exposed them to potential illnesses that they may not be able to recover from.The store is clean and kept. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available for use when entering the store.If there at products you would like the store to carry that arent available, you can tell with management and they will look into it to see if they can get it into the store.The rain for 4 stars is that prior to the requirement of everyone wearing masks entering stores from the Kansas governor, it appeared the store rarely checked/refilled the wipes that are used most often to clean the handles of the carts, which is a necessity for people with decreased immune systems. They were most often than not empty. There were also a lot of carts with trash in them. Also not all of the motorized shopping carts were cleaned or kept charged. Which is A MUST.Otherwise this is a great love story to shop to find most of your needs.

We had pictures developed. The associate who helped us didnt cut our pictures and flipped through and looked at each of them in front of us. We can cut our own pics, no problem. But the fact that he was genuinely looking through our photos, in front of us, was a little unsettling.

The Walmart in Ark City Ks is fantastic. The store is clean, well stocked and plenty of very nice store personnel willing to help you find the merchandise you are looking for and get you checked out in an expeditious manner!! I am from Winfield Ks and willing to drive the extra miles to get the good service.🤩🤩🤩

Mostly experienced this store when needing to do returns...two return experienced within two days. First return was completed with a modicum of disingenuous pleasantries and a definite absence of professional courtesy and/or customer service. The second time, the following day, was necessitated by a likely inadvertent double charging by the Walmart in nearby Penco City. As I entered the store, I was immediately aware of the overall personalities of the employees were akin to that of cacti in the most remote desert landscapes. I could easily hear one employee ripping on me behind my back to another employee as they suspiciously assumed I was up to no good. This was odd because I came into the store with my receipt in hand and just wanted to discuss the problem I had found on my receipt. In as addition to the gossiping conversations I overheard, or as a result of such behavior, I was met at th he customer service desk with unhidden contempt and a unbridled suspiciousness. I ignored both and simply began to tell my story of what had transpired and this did little to warm the icy welcome I was receiving. I ended up just driving back to penco city to deal with situation but I will never err r forget the treatments I received in Arkansas City Walmart. Not only was staff in customer service unfriendly and rude, employees on the floor were unhelpful and aloof themselves. I repeatedly inquired as to the location of a certain item and twice was flat out ignored and three times responded to with the all too familiar, I dont know. Furthermore, this store was the most unkempt retail establishment I had ever experienced. The majority of aisles had dirt and all types of rubbish strewn alongside the walkways. Many products had layers of dust upon them and all the while, most employees stood around in groups of two or three chatting with each other, completely oblivious to any customers. A lack of management and work ethic is profoundly evident.

It takes 3 people over a hour to change one tire? I watched 1 kid change and balance my tire in 10 minutes at a mom and pop shop. Ill happily pay the extra money to not have my time wasted.

As for Walmart it was better than a lot of their stores.

Maybe Tuesday is the worst day to go they literally out of everything I normally buy...

With all the rearranging of the merchandise, it was refreshing to be approached TWICE by two different employees as soon as they saw I was lost. They lost a star because I hate working for free by forcing me to check myself out... But they got it back with friendly service that makes you feel like this is your store.

This Walmart is so much better than many...

My husband was there around 9am and we had to walk around for 30 mins to find someone that worked there to help us in the electronic and lawn and garden department. When we finally found what we needed on our own. As I was walking out all the employees was in a meeting up front in the lay way. They should arrive earlier to have there meetings, so the employees can be out on the floor to help customers by 8am. Just have I feel about it!
