I love this place! They always do a great job repairing my shoes and bags, and the prices are reasonable. The owners and staff are super friendly and always go above and beyond for you (esp when you need something repaired quickly)!

While dropping off my shoes, I asked for the cost of the repair. While they had quick turn around on my shoes, when I came back to pick them up, they charged me 20% higher price than I was initially quoted. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told they needed more material to complete the job, even though they had inspected my shoes while giving me the initial quote.

I have used Rossi Shoe Service for almost 8 years every now and then whenever I needed my old shoes to be repaired or my new ones tapped. I had a favorite brown Boss Suede with a worn out and tilted sole that they literally rejuvenated into a brand new one through their magic. The replacement heel pieces for the Jimmy Choo boots wore out after wearing them just one time. Spent more than double the money at Rossi that I did at the previous shoe repair place. Bad value for your money and had to wait almost two weeks to get fixed. Move on and try another shoe repair location. Poor quality and price

I have gone to Rossis since the late 90s and always experienced excellent customer service. I was always charged fairly, and the workmanship top notch - from re-soles for my favorites shoe to repairing the wifes favorite purse. Both brothers have always treated us well, and welcomed both my wife and I like family during each visit.

We have had many great experiences with our shoes being repaired..always doing a timely and outstanding job. However, for my most recent experience; I dropped of a tall womens boot of on 10/30 (for a zipper replacement) Over the past few weeks I have called multiple times looking for an update. I have only received one call back saying they would let me know once it arrives. I called again this morning..I was told they just received a UPS shipment yesterday, she would check on my boot and get right back to me. No surprise. no call back yet again!!! The work they do can be great but the communication and service leaves much to be desired. Dont be in rush for your repair!!! To be clear...it has been FOUR weeks!

Shoe repair service was recommended by sales person in Neman Marcus! I left literally 15 pair of my shoes . It took 2 weeks before I receive everything back and everything looks brand new . Can not thank you enough!! Great service!!!

This shop provides excellent service at a reasonable price. They fixed the zipper of my brand new leather backpack that I bought from Amazon - the zipper broke within the first week of use, and when I contacted the seller via Amazon I was told that their factory was in China and so there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. I was very frustrated by this, but Rossi did a great job fixing the bag and were courteous and pleasant throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I feel it took a while to get my shoes back however my shoes looked good. I couldnt wear them due to the change in season but I appreciate Rossi doing the work so I can wear them when the season comes back around.

Trust them with my best shoes. Wish they were closer, but worth the 40 minute drive. Not cheap, but if you have really good shoes and live in the burbs, this is the place that will do a great job of maintaining them.

I brought in shoes to be resoled. They told me they could do it but it wasn’t recommended or worth the money. They could have lied and I would have paid. I appreciate their class and I would trust them with my business.

I have been a customer of theirs for 22 years. The last few pair of shoes I had were repaired but they were not cleaned . In the past the brothers would always clean them up; polish them but these weren’t. They still have scuffs and marks on them. I’mdisappointed.

POSSIBLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK(LOOK AT PHOTOS - THEY REFUSED TO FIX THEIR WORK)So about a month ago our puppy chewed the edge of our Restoration Hardware leather couch cushion and Rossis did an AMAZING job. The seams were perfect - they matched the color of the leather - and the sewing was impeccable. You knew it was fixed when you looked at it - but it was practically perfect in every way. Being a $7000 couch we didnt want to take it to any leather shop for repair.Our puppy on June 25th decided she was going to try her hand at two more of our couch cushions. Luckily the damage wasnt as bad as before - BUT unbeknownst to us - the lady who worked at Rossi - who fixed our leather cushions no longer worked there. They still accepted the job but when we got it back - there were roundels of leather on top to patch the holes. When we brought it home the glue had already pulled apart - the seams were a mess - and the seams didnt match up. The strings were all over the place.I went back into the shop to show them and their response was We are not an upholstery company. Your dogs ruined the covers not us. They refused to take any responsibility for the screw up and sent us on our way.Now ask yourself - when you get your Louis Vuitton bag or Manolo Blahnik shoes done or any expensive leather piece that you own - Do you want peace of mind knowing your loved leather pieces will be fixed properly? or Do you want to go to a place where they just dont care?If its the latter - then Rossi is the place for you.They couldnt care less if the job they did was stellar or not. All they will do is refund your money, after theyve already ruined your piece, and have you go somewhere else where youll probably have to pay twice the amount to fix the damage they already did.I have attached photos for reference.
