Went to Huddle House to eat. I was denied service. The waitress said she was to busy to serve the customers. The food quality has gone down. Service staff has never been very good. But they managed to get worse. Dont waste your time or money here. They get 1 star only because theres nothing lower.

This place is just disgusting. Snot or spit, whatever it is, sitting in the sink. Toilet dirty which I had to wipe down myself. If someone left their shampoo and soap behind it should have been saved in case the person returns but you cant do find stuff left behind when you dont clean the showers. So much for disinfecting the showers. Corporate definitely needs to be aware of this locations disgusting practices

First off my card did not read at the pump I went in and got a drink and did not have the selection I wanted. I go to the counter and leave my card and I.D and she forgot to turn on the pump so I had to go back in. Go back outside and pump my gas and go back in wait I’m line to pay. I will not be back.

Convenient location off the highway. Very crowded and long lines.

Clean inside & outside except the bathrooms needed desperate attention. Friendly cashiers but lazy. Shelves werent stocked & couldnt get pizza since none was in there. Huge totes with $1 food items that was an awesome deal, they still had a bit before they expired. At 4:30 on a Sunday, the truck parking was already full. Huddle House inside. They mixed up my co-drivers order but fixed it promptly without attitude. Overall good experience. Highly recommend to reserve a spot **as Im looking now, I dont see any posts for reserved spots so Im unsure if you can reserve or not. Editing due to my co-worker stating it took them an hour to get her food & still wasnt right. Ordered it to go & had no silverware.

I have seen some poorly run truck stops before, but this place takes the top prize.The highlight of our visit was the showers. When we got tickets, we were #2 & #3 in line. But the two guys cleaning the showers did a great job of turning them quickly. And then even apologized for the delay and asked if we needed an extra towel..But then it went down hill.We went to Huddle House, only to be read a list of items that the restaurant was out of. Now I can understand that they may be out of a couple items, but when these items total half the menu, including the lack of any salad dressings, then one begins to wonder about management. And this is not the first Flying J / Pilot Huddle House I have had issues with constantly being out of several menu items. I even stopped at the another place two weeks in a row and both weeks they had limited menu items. Covid IS NOT the reason for lack of management.Later, we try to go in and watch the NBA playoff game. Only one person in the tv room, and he was waiting for his shower, so he had no problem changing the channel. So I go ask not 1, but three individuals at the counter. 2 of the three said there was no remote, and the manager on duty reported that the general manager hid the remote over 3 months ago and no one has seen the remote since.Now, what is the use of offering a restaurant with no food, and a drivers lounge with no ability to change the TV program.I guess I will avoid Flying J and Pilots in the future.

Women’s restroom was nasty. Trash overflowing, no toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towels. Tried to tell the guy at the register for him to completely ignore me. I wouldn’t recommend nor would I dare eat anything they prepare! They can’t even wash their hands! Visited June 6, 2021 @. 12:54 pm.

Showers never been swept and place is a mess. No washers or dryers work, the shower I had that was shower 5 only put out scalding hot water, nothing cooler and you could feel the knob was stripped out from some jerk probably vandalizing it. Ate at huddle house too and took 47 minutes to get my food over a 15 minute span of sorry, and corrections from the cook. 4 people at the registers and when it was busy, 3 would be all at one register trying to help one another. Every truck stop in Oklahoma is pretty much the same.

I could have stayed at this location for a week boondocking in their parking lot! There are lots of spots for RV only parking. We showed up Sunday late afternoon spent Monday exploring Lake Murray State Park and left Tuesday around noon. A total of 42 hrs in one RV spot and no one bothered us. We even got a free shower because the computer was being stubborn when trying to purchase, the showers are phenomenal! Thank you Gavon for making them clean!

I love their deli. Especially their chicken strips. Their deli is cooked fresh every couple hours. Even have fruit cups and boiled eggs.

Restraunt closed. No food in the hot bar bye the registers. And wirst part was the smell comming from the drivers rest rooms.

Pretty much a disaster. The first 2 pumps displayed Please wait until I moved on. The third locked up with Card reader error. The fourth displayed MsgFile630, but did at least pump gas. All this time, the public address system repeatedly blared admonitions to (in effect) clear the pumps faster so they could sell more gas. Did I feel appreciated? No, not at all. Overall, everything from pumps to restaurant just struck me as old and decrepit. Thus ended my first and likely last stop at a J.

Everything was fine here... Typical Flying J,. But, they have the Huddle house restaurant way way way understaffed. It took over ten minutes just to take my order... Its now 30 minutes inside now, and still waiting for food. They only have one waitress... And one cook. For customers that are on deadlines, that isnt acceptable! Ive heard the waitress apologize to me and everyone else a hundred times now! Get these ladies some help please! This is how you lose customers real fast. If I didnt feel sorry for these (2) employees, I would have walked out and taken my business elsewhere. I wont make this mistake again. 😕😕😕

This is one of the absolutely worst examples of a Pilot Flying J. The staff is completely unmotivated. They stand around doing nothing. This store is ALWAYS FILTHY. I have NEVER been there and not seen trash overflowing, trash all over the floors and the restrooms completely dirty.

Guys let me be honest here. This is not about the Flying J but the Huddle House restaurant inside. Believe me all Huddle Houses are the same. This one was particularly bad. Ill include a picture of my plate before i ate a single bite. The portion sizes are absurd. The eggs tasted like they were stored in a container and the top layer got crusty and they scooped my eggs from the top. GROSSSSS!! The french toast was cold. To be fair it was less than luke warm so not cold cold but still gross. Youve been warned!

Huddle house need more employees took 45 minutes to get a drink order and to order food employees spent More time on their phones then serving customers

I never come here again. I got a shower around 430am. I ask the lady who was cleaning the shower if she could get me a extra towel. Her reply was when I get the time I can she quickly turn aroundIn a hateful tone and very rude. I asked afterwards the guy who took over shower cleaning her name. He said Carolina he asked me if he could help me and I told him what happened and he apologized and asked if there anything I need help with let him know. Super nice guy.

Please do not advertise that you sell bulk propane when you no longer have a certified employee to dispense it! We stopped to fill our RV tank before proceeding to our campsite - and it is furnace weather - only to be told they could not sell us propane and then hung up on when my husband started to ask a question. Not representative of what we normally see at other Flying J centers.

We (huge family of 6) came here to eat at Huddle House today because I received coupons in the mail. Our first thine being here. Very much reminiscent of other franchise breakfast restaurants comparing the layout and feel BUT I feel cozy and better at this place. Surprisingly quiet and inviting inside of the truck stop restaurant. There were very few eating here which was a shock. This pace was so pleasant! More people need to know how wonderful and appealing it is to eat here. Among the family wer had country fried steak, fantastic as well as burgers and waffles!!! All fantastic and reasonably priced menu made even better with the coupon discounts! Tell your family and friends to give it a shot!

I stop there all the time. There in the middle of upgrading there fuel islands but everything else is top notch. I would recommend it to anyone passing buy. There fast and friendly! 😊 Please try there coffee.🍵

This is the best travel center chain in the world. You cant go wrong getting fuel, a snack and taking a restroom break here. The staff is super friendly and greats you as soon as you come in the door and the atmosphere feels safe and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place if you are traveling.

Good place for service and food

We paid for a spot several hours ago, put our tag in the drivers side windshield. Went to bed. Was awakened by a knock on both doors. . We called the store, they said we didnt have it placed where they could see it. Was not there fault. They said we put it in the window after they came around. Courpret says theres nothing they can do about it. We are not the only ones. A handicap couple next to us was told there handy Capt sticker sticker was not lagetimetam. And they paid for their spot.

I am a pilot car driver and owner and I drive all over for work spend a lot of time at truck stops and was very happy with this one and I will start making yet my regular stop thanks you guys for other hospitality

Great stop

Store is kept reasonably clean. Driver area is adequate with good amounts of seating. Restrooms were clean and fully stocked with soap and paper. Lady at front counter was happy and cordial, also helped me find phone product.

Im on the road on my way to San Antonio. Had to stop here to get my gas. Ive been here before going to Dallas. They pretty much got what you need for the road so I would for sure recommend that you stop there and fill up. Trust me there are some places that I have been to that suck. But this is not one of them.

At this time there is construction going on. So in the parking lot a section is blocked off. So limited parking for now. Other then that the time I was here. Clean bathroom, clean wind wash fluid and they have a Huddle house for dining.

As a professional driver I appreciate the many fuel stops offered by pilot flying j. They are almost always friendly with plenty of parking for me and my rig. They have been and remain my stop of choice for fuel and taking my breaks. They have a variety of food choices and excellent coffee.

Typical truck stop. Late night coffe could be managed a little better for freshness. I love the Intense. Im not sure but some items are higher compared to Loves. (bag of nuts 7.99 that are 5.99 Loves)The fuel rewards points does not compare either!

I gotta quit stopping at Flying Js. There is 1 at the MO Arkansas like that I had the same experience and now realizing its Flying J. First complaint .. after getting gas, received notification from my credit card I was charged $151. I know this is only a hold but it takes days to fall off. Why are they holding that much money when my tank is only 15 gallons? Im not a trucker. Most companies show up with a $1 hold. This is wrong! If I stopped frequently at Flying Js on vacation I could have hundreds of dollars on hold with my CC company. Second complaint... Bathrooms are questionable. Not filthy and not clean. Im done with stopping at Flying Js again.

Ive heard people talk bad about truck stop food since I was a child. However, the Flying J has the best restaurant in the country. I was a truck driver until a few years ago and companies only use certain businesses for their fuel unfortunately the Flying I was not on my network but that didnt stop me from eating there. While most stops have gone to national food chains the Flying I still has an honest-to-goodness diner inside their stores. If you havent been to the Huddle House in a while you should go back. And if youve never been, you dont know what youre missing. Give it a try.

This was a quick stop! We had our kids with us and they really enjoyed the video games! The staff was kinda rude idk why. But other than that it was ok!

People were nice. But they are to lazy to put fresh pizzas out. The ones that were there they couldnt sell because they were out over time. They had main courses but no sides. Asked if they planned on restocking the sides, their response was not anytime soon. This is the second time in two weeks. Thank God for the Huddle House. That is the only reason to stop here. Asleep for 2 hours in reserve spot and pilot employee beat on my door said she couldnt see my reciept which has been in my windshield since we arrived. Maby a lawsuit unless yall make this right!!!!

Bathrooms in the drivers lounge are decent and clean but the ones near the Huddle restaurant were a little dirty because of the volume of customers. Speaking of Huddle house, its definitely a little run down, especially the plates and silverware. They never have any of the lemonade that they advertise available. The food is just regular boring diner food. Nothing too special.

Great place to stop when traveling. All in one service station . You can gas up, have a meal and even a shower if need be. Lighting is good, easy to access from the highway. I flet safe as I was traveling alone on this trip. Friendly people as well as a clean station.

Store was clean. Had food in store and a Huddle House restaurant. Employees were friendly and helpful. Showers were clean. Grounds were clean. Could of used more washer and dryers.

The checkout counter is so slow. It takes to long, generally people go to a convenient store because they are in a hurry. Not possible if you stop at this store.

No 1 gal water in store. The shelves was empty, asked the cashier to check, and she did, very helpful, just a disappointment to see no water in stock. 1 star is for lack of supplies, 5 stars to the employee that took her time to look. Probably wont be back, not sure if they will have what I need in stock. And being on elogs I cant be wasting time to stop, and not receiving my supplies for the truck.

This place has gone down hill in the last 10 years. they have changed store managers a few times. its a revolving door for the employees they cant keep nobody. And the place is filthy. They never have what you need. Their point program is garbage. And everything is overpriced. Better check your receipts because they will double charge you for your items

This place needs a better management

I think every trash can was full, including the ones in the bathroom. They were out of diet Mountain Dew and Dunkin Donuts cold coffee. AND I would skip Huddle House all together. We ordered the appetizer special, got zero condiments. I ordered the shrimp dinner and it was cold and very oily. So I ordered a breakfast instead...wasnt any better. The eggs were burned and the sausage was cold... I am NOT a picky person, but this was ridiculous.

Great stopping place while on the road. Emergency amounts of items for your vehicle and your personal needs. Friendly people and multiple places to visit.Pretty consistent with the inventory, which is good so you know what to expect. 😊

Coffee was barely warm, but there is a microwave right there by the coffee station. Half & half creamer was out, whole milk was out--at both dispensers. I told the cashier & she gave me a super-annoyed look. Bathroom was fairly clean.

As far as fuel & scales go, as a truck driver, thats 2 great reasons for using a Pilot or Loves for that matter. I do wish they would have better pre-prepared food at the counter. It is pretty bad with hard buns..

Terrible staff. Most unfriendly T Stop Ive ever been too. The clerks make you feel like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. They all have attitude issues. Minus 1 star if that was an option.

I went in to get some hot fresh coffee and not one pot had coffee in it waited for almost 15 minutes and they kept saying that they would get to it seeing where it makes their own coffee and crimes are coffee grounds I got a cup of it and it was nasty tell the lady up front and did she do anything no she charged me $2.30 still and then said Im sorry we couldnt get to the coffee they had been short-handed Im a customer I dont care if you short handed or not I came in to buy a product that yall but yall could not seem to do that

Parking lot needs to be managed. I pay to park but people park outside the lined spots making it difficult to leave. Waited 15 mins for bottle neck to work itself out because 1 guy parked for 10 hour break in travel lane near exit.
