My husband bought a really expensive pair of eyeglasses here last year. He really liked the lightweight feel and style. A year later the nose plates broke and he went to ask if they could fix it. They told him they could not fix it and would look into a replacement and were goin to call him. They never followed up and were not helpful.We will never go back or recommend them, so disappointing!

When you walk in this store just let these ladies do their job! They helped me piece together the coolest pair of seeing glasses Ive ever had! They played with me, didnt rush me, and I tried on so many unique pairs and options. Highly recommend.-a real person

I had the greatest experience at See Eyewear in Ardmore, PA. I was greeted with such genuine kindness as I walked through the door. I had worked in retail for many years and feel that is very important! I have to give a huge shout out to Cody as he was so very kind, professional, super knowledgeable and just all in all fabulous. He really made my experience a one I will never forget! The process was seamless and he made what can be a bit of a tedious venture (trying to find the right pair of glasses to compliment your face) so very pleasant! I could go on and on about Cody and See but I suggest you go see for yourself! Thank you Cody, you are a true gem!

Dr. Jazmin was great. Was greeted with smiles and great personalities as soon as I walked in the door. I honestly can’t recall a better experience getting an eye exam. They also use up to date technology and no puff of air! Highly recommend.

I sat on my favorite pair of SEE glasses and ruined them, I was pretty devastated. I could not afford a new pair along with lenses again, but the Ardmore location was able to locate another frame for me after calling around all over the US!Just having to buy a new frame saved me hundreds of dollars; I love you guys!

Ridiculous treatment. I saw a doctor in April 2019, she gave me trial contact lenses, then when I called back to order them the office told me that doctor quit and they have no doctor in the office. Literally no doctor there. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. Im having all my files transferred from here to a more reputable place.

The ophthalmologist is good but do not buy glasses here. Simply awful. Expensive glasses with quality below what you would find in CVS. If you return for repair of your expensive designer specs you’re told you just need new ones - I had this experience twice. Really??? One screw is broken - why do I need to spend $500? Go elsewhere.

I have had a very frustrating experience at SEE. I went to get my eye exam done here thinking I would get better customer service considering it is a small business but I absolutely regret my decision. The moment you walk into the store, you feel suffocated. The staff is very pushy to get you to buy their frames/contacts, the optometrist took forever to complete the eye exam. I ordered custom contacts through them and the trials took forever. When they finally did, I went all the way to the store to find out that they had closed their store due to bad weather on a perfectly sunny day. Next time, I called to confirm before going to pick up the trial contacts. First, the rep told me they did not have my trials (even though they called me that they were in). Then, he called me back to tell me i could pick them up. I got ready to leave home and then i get a call 20 min later that i have to book an appt with the optometrist to pick up the trials! Just so that they can bill for another visit, they want me to come for a full appt to pick up the trials! It is absolutely ridiculous. I have decided not to deal with them anymore and will go to a regular franchise eye center for my contact lens fitting.

I had a fantastic experience at the SEE Eyewear in Ardmore. I urge anyone who is looking for new glasses to shop here. Not only do they allow you to browse and take your time, they make certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that your lens prescription is accurate once you receive it. I had such a difficult time deciding between their unique frames I actually ended up purchasing two and was able to take advantage of their sale of 50% off the second pair. I must commend Matt Labar their store Manager for being one of the best customer service managers I have come across in years. Also cudos to Cody, Michael and Dr Magner who also were outstanding. This is a store that I will come back to and bring my husband to as well for fashionable lenses from people who care that you leave with glasses that suit your face, that are comfortable, and most importantly that the prescription is correct once you receive the finished product.

Contact lens and eyeglass appointment: incredibly accommodating with the scheduling, South Beach ambience, friendly staff, paired an excellent doctor. Think boutique practice rather than volume mill.
