I had never been in the store before and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the store and how friendly they were! I was greeted at the door and helped immediately!! I dont think I was in there longer than 10 minutes! How great is that!!!!!? I got exactly what I needed and was very happy!!

I decided to transition my services from AT&T to Verizon with my Samsung Galaxy note 9. Vanessa took the time to help me unlock my current phone and made for a smooth transition to the Verizon account. She was very knowledgeable but even more important to me was incredibly patient with me while helping me out. As a grandmother I struggle at times with the the new tech but she took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Great Job!

I came from the other Verizon store which was the worst experience I ever had with Verizon.Vanessa was awesome and helped me set everything up and took time to show me everything I needed to know about the products. She is very professional and personable with me.I know she is a great person that enjoys her job.If anyone lives in Ardmore, Oklahoma area make sure to by-pass the Verizon store on 12th street and go to the Verizon on Broadway. The experience with Vanessa is fun and I can guarantee if she doesn’t have the product your looking for she will order it for you! It’s worth ordering it from her. I hope she goes far with Verizon! She deserves to be a Regional manager so she can train everyone to be like her with the customers!

I went in a week ago. ONLY planning to upgrade one phone. Due having and amazing sales Rep Vanessa. I walked away with 4 new lines and her Manager Julie got me to add a floating speaker. I ended up getting way more than I planned but it was well worth it. These girls here are amazing. I even drove from Wichita falls just to go here. Their service is outstanding and worth the drive😀😀👏

The best Verizon store in Ardmore . From dealing with the other Verizon store 2 1/2 days even 3 days they saying they cannot assist me or even have gotten frustrated with me because they couldn’t make me a new Verizon account and all they do is wear suits all day and don’t know what the hell they are doing but going to this Verizon store took me a few minutes to get it done best Verizon store and customer service I am ever had being a new consumer from New York City Corporate needs to do better and get them a raise give the manager even a raise or fix up the store because they Customer service is overall and above Verizon‘s expectations

I had a terribly unpleasant experience at 1103 W Broadway St, Ardmore, OK 73401. The representative almost completely ignored me, when I was ready to leave being unacknowledged she then told me she would be just a minute. I waited for an hour and 20 min while the manager of this location talked horribly about another Verizon branch to a customer. I then walked out after my time had been thoroughly wasted. I then went to the location that the manager had described as terrible with horrid customer service, which to my pleasant surprise was a much nicer and much more helpful store. Do not let this branch convince you that the the branch on 12th in Ardmore is bad.

Vanessa was an amazing sales rep. Took care of all my needs, got some new iPhones and it was a great experience. As someone who is in sales and customer service, Vanessa deserves a promotion.

Terrible service. They used to be very good, I basically had to take my phone home and do everything myself. I will definitely drive an hour somewhere else next time.

Truly horrific. Very limited selection to see(maybe 10 phones on display). Friday afternoon, only 2 employees, both too busy flirting with each other and yammering about their makeup trollies to do their jobs and service their customers. Very unprofessional, talking about the manager leaving and how employee 1 was sure to get the spot even though she didnt think she would but everyone else does teeheee. Waited 20 min. No end in site. Left. Accomplished task online in 10 min. Never going back in there. Ive been in some bad Verizon stores, this one is the worst by several orders of magnitude.

Was eligible was for new phone. So I signed up for one.It would not let me answer calls Took it back to store 3 times couldnt fix. Spent 2 days on phone said take it back. Second phone did same thing. Spent a other week trying to fix tecs said take it backThey said warranty was out! 2 weeks. Phoned half a day finally said would send new phone I got refurbished. Called I paid for new working phone . Had to write letter to them. Still have phone I cant answer. Worst time for bad phone. Found out 98 yr old mother has cancer. Have to cash her annuities for nursing home cant answerMissed hospice and 3 banks realtor and friends. I want new phone I have been charged for.cant wait to sign with someone else. Am 73 worst time ever returning defective purchase

Customer service was great and smooth at first, they didnt have the phone i wanted in stock which was no big deal, i was told they would have it in 2 days, well 2 weeks later I finally got my phone in.Definitely could have been worse but also better.

Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes to speak with a rep who reeked of cigarette smoke. First he told me there was no catch to their $1 device promotion except a 2 yr contract. But 15 minutes into it, I was told I’d be paying an extra $30/month. Another 15 minutes later, was told there was a $40 initiation fee.

This particular store is ok but the service from the company in general sucks and is way over priced Im still paying for a phone that was supposed to be free and my bill is almost 2x what they claimed it would be I will soon be returning to at&t
