Could not have been ruder and less helpful last visit. Usually very friendly and helpful.

I already talk to a representative from T-Mobile online. Per their recommendation I came to the store to get my Apple Watch activated under Prepaid and knowing this from that rep I made the appointment at 1 o’clock today. I came in and was greeted in a very rude fashion. Within the next 20 minutes to 30 minutes I was being helped. A new girl was assisting me and the blonde girl was not even Friendly that was helping her to assist me. Two calls were made to help the activation go through however they ended up not activating my watch I explained why I came in and gave details as to how they needed to activate it to begin with using a dummy Sim and then a call to customer service needs to happen to add the EID. I was not wanting to activate my 3 lines with other carrier with Tmobile but only the watch. The blonde said to me and I quote “well why are you even here then?” Unhappy with this visit and would not recommend this store to anyone around Ardmore Ok

I came in here with so many issues. They were able to take care of everything in a timely fashion. Christian and Haley were amazing ask for them!Definitely a good store to go to!

Eli and the entire team is wonderful ! They are patient, super professional, friendly, work with you so you get the best plan/deal. Normally, I hate going to phone stores , since they are hassle but this trip was different. Had an excellent experience with the staff. Will definitely be coming back to this location, way to go guys keep up the great work. Excellent management, good customer service.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately, they acknowledged the absence if service in parts of my town with no ETA for improvements. Too bad.

I have had t mobile for over 10 years and I have never found better plans/pricing for as many lines we have. The employees here in Ardmore are extremely helpful and even call and check to make sure everything is working right and you were able to use all of your devices (those of us who may be a little technology challenged!) Overall, great place....hence why we have been with them so long.

Will do my business strictly online from now on.

The T-Mobile store in Ardmore was the second one I went to. The workers there were real friendly. If you need something from the T-Mobile store, I recommend Dangela and Trevor. They know their stuff!

Just went to purchase the new galaxy s10 and the girls who helped us went above and beyond. The female manager and a young lady named Dangela were awesome! Thanks ladies!

Excellent staff and management

Ive been in this store many times for upgrades and bill payments. Their staff is so friendly and more than capable of helping you with your tmobile needs! So glad they finally came to ardmore.

They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to assist with phone service and phone knowledge.

Been calling for an hour and nobody has answered the phone.

Google says they are open until 8. Got there at 7:20. Sign on the door says closes at 7. The Ardmore store sucks.

Manager told me theyre a third party for tmobile and thats why they cant offer any information regarding your plan or upgrades without calling other stores/corporate. Seems like a waste of a store considering.

Service isnt reliable in my area, even on the state highway.
