Their restaurant might be great, but cut your beef up is not! They could care less if they cut it up the way you want it or the easiest way for them. I asked for just the best roast to be kept the rest as hamburger. They saved all roast and wrapped them, so I got much less hamburger than I expected. Then they put in one and a half pound tubes. I asked for one pound! Every time I look in freezer makes me made. Also we were splitting the beef in half with another person. They gave them all the rib eye steaks gave us t-bones. My least favorite steak. Ill never go back!

1. The meat prices was high.2. The meat didnt look that well for quality cuts.3. They needed to keep the cutting tables MUCH cleaner.4. The flies were bad!

Beef was fresh and really good and service was outstanding my only complaint was the gizzards and tater logs I got in the deli were bland no seasoning at all and they used to be the best in town. Sad day 😔 gave it 4 stars for the beef and the gentleman that got my steaks and the young lady that helped me in the deli could have had 5 stars but no seasoning on the gizzards and tater logs

Great place! Over the weekend we stopped in & picked up some bacon, a bone-in ribeye, some peppered sausage, and some bones for the dogs. We made delicious BLTs with the bacon, which tasted slightly smoky & wasn’t too salty. And grilled the sausage & ribeye tonight. Both were delicious. When we bought the ribeye my husband commented on the nice marbling and it was spectacular med rare off the Weber. The guys working there were fun to talk to as well. We will definitely be back!

Just supper. They are honest friendly. The place is extremely clean.

Man you talk about some great food and service! Doug and his employees are some the best people around. You must try the broaster chicken and the brisket is so tender and juicy with the right amount of smoke!. Fo your self a favor if you are a carnivore and go to ernies old fashioned meat market, youll be glad you did!

They best Hams anywhere. Just picked up a double smoked. Its a tradition.

The meat here isnt bad, but theyre not very friendly and they dont offer dog bones?! You cant even buy them. The last guy who helped me may have been new, but several different times he told me they didnt have a cheaper cut of meat I inquired about until I pointed out it was right there in the case in front of him.

Nice, helpful people, clean place, good quality meats with great prices to match. The meat packs are great deals for sticking up for the winter. If you have a short lunch break or just dont feel like fast food....must experience the deli!!!
