Every time I bring my daughter up here with me she has a place to sit & watch kid shows or play a game ! If i could put 0 stars I would! Ordered a tire two weeks ago. Got a tire in about a week later.... it was the wrong tire. The kid called me saying I told him the wrong tire to order when he didn’t take my order. one of their people went out and got the specs off my tire and then made the order. Then the kid tried to intimidate me into taking the wrong tire saying I’d have to pay to order another tire if I didn’t take that one bc they can’t return it. I then requested to speak to the manager... he put me on hold and came back about 5 minutes later saying he ordered the right tire. A few days later I called to see if the tire was delivered they said yes. So I go in yesterday to get it out on.... they can’t find the tire. And tell me it’ll be there later that afternoon and that he’d put it on my wheel and have it ready to mount this morning. I go in this morning the same run around... no tire! I got my money back and went down the street... which I might add was $20 cheaper and my tire will be there in the morning. I’ll also add that they broke a piece off of my truck and they’re suppose to have it ordered to replace it but who knows we’ll see. Not one apology throughout the entire process. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Awesome job! They said it would be 45min. To an hour.To change brake pads on front. 20min. Later I was leaving in my truck. Job done professionally. And all lights on dash were off. nd brakes worked perfectly.

These people are there for you. If you need a free alignment and brake check, theyre the people to go to. Theyll give you an honest estimate based on parts and labor. Fairly cheap compared to most places, hence their name. Mad chill people and very knowledgeable. They wont screw you over. Got any car trouble, go here!

I went to Discount Wheel and Tire last Friday. I needed an alignment and two new tires. The gentleman told me it would be about thirty minutes. I thought no way with two people ahead of me. Well to my surprise and astonishment, they got it done in the thirty minutes. Also they have a Nintendo 64 for the children to keep them occupied. I called looking for trailer tires today and was told they had four in stock and given a price so I drove an hour over to have the work done. When I got there was told the price I was quoted was the wrong tire, so OK not to make issues I told them it would work so dropped my trailer and went to run some errands. My phone rang to tell me they did not have 4 tires like I was told but they had some for $60.00 more, at this point I have been lied to twice so went and picked up my trailer drove around the corner to the real Discount Tire and they had tires in stock, less money, much more professional. never again, liars and thieves

I went in because valve stem broke, decided to get all new ones. After all it is my wifes car. 1 1/2 hours later they took my vehicle back and 10 minutes later it was done. P.S.: the tires were put on a couple of months back, apparently new valve stems made no sense. Take it as you wish, probably just bad timing on my part. Everyone seemed like they were on top of things.

If you dont want to get scammed and ripped off Id avoid discount tire and wheel on Rockford. Been a customer since they opened in old beale tire location and they were good for years but today I went in for an alignment and they hand me a quote for 1500 in repairs needed before they can do the work.It might work with someone who doesnt know about cars but being as how Ive been the one thats done over 90% of the work on the truck and done alot of front end repairs and upgrades thats not going to work with me.They also charged for 16 new lug nuts and replaced 4.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a certificate for a free alignment, at this place. I go to get it done, and once they got my car back there, it took all of 2 minutes, before they decided they just couldnt do it. Every other place weve taken it to, to get an estimate, has never once mentioned a bent frame. This place, however, immediately used that as an excuse not to do it. Told me there was nothing they could do, and my certificate was basically useless there, now.Im pretty sure they just didnt want to do an alignment for free. Ill never go here againFor absolutely anything!!! I am livid!!!!

Ran over something in the road in Dickson and went to Ardmore where I looked for a Discount Tire as I had purchased my tires from them in OKC. Everyone was very helpful and made sure my tire was repaired and had me back on the road within 15-20 minutes. Great service from all of these guys, Ardmore is lucky to have a discount tire with a great team.

Came for alignment, they found some issues, fixed them at a great price and included the alignment for free..Being new to Ardmore, Im glad I found this place. MY TRUCK hasnt rode this well in awhile...

Worst customer service ive ever received. Worst repair shop. They are sexist and liars. They accused me of fraud when i didnt even get my money back. They didnt provide the service i asked for. I even returned for them to fix it and they said they did but it was just the same. Then they threatened to sue me. When i do have a day off im going to stand on the side walk out front and hold a sign up to tell everyone about my experience.

I called in with a fleet vehicle on a Friday just after lunch in attempt to purchase 4 tires that would need to be ordered. I asked them to seek approval with the management company and call me. They said they would call be back Friday evening and order the tires to be installed on Saturday. I got no call Friday or Saturday. I called on Monday and went over the same spill and now they tell me that cant do fleet vehicles. They could have told me that on Friday so I could make arrangements with a different company. Poor service and terrible follow up. I wont use them again.

I had a flat while driving through Oklahoma today. They got my truck in immediately, fixed it and got us back on the road. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely helpful in getting me going. I highly recommend the shop.

Was told on 2 different occasions hat my tires were in only to drive all the way there to find out they werent. So if you do order tires and they call you, have them go back and out hands on them to verify they are in fact there. Not a major deal but after working all night to stay up a few hours extra waiting only to be told they made a mistake was a little frustrating.

Amazingly helpful!! My sister and I were road tripping to Wisconsin when we got a pancake flat tire at a gas station and our jack was too small to do much. We were only 5 minutes away from their shop so we called to see if they would possibly come out to help and they did! They were faster than any racecar pit crew team, and gave me a great deal on new tires once we got down the road to their shop, and started on my tires almost immediately, and replaced my terrible break pads, all in all it took less than an hour. Great customer service, honest guys, and a true Godsend! I highly recommend coming here if you live here or just passing through

Very rude counter person. Before this time I thought the service was OK. This time they told me the tires I needed were there so I left my car but when I went to pick it up they said they had only two tire. So then I had to schedule to take my car back again. Said it was computer error. I will be trying out the place around the corner.

Called to see if they could get my vehicle in today and they said the could drive thirty minutes to have it worked on and was told they could not get it in today but if we had it there first thing Monday morning they could probably work on it then.

We keep our boat stored at Murray and we needed trailer tires. I was referred here by my friend who owns a stereo custom shop. Lynn, the manager was very courteous, professional and had the trailer tires in stock at an affordable price. We came down Saturday and was able to get new trailer tires immediately. The driveway goes around the building for anyone pulling a trailer, makes it convenient. Also tires come with free rotation, flat repair and road hazard warranty, depending on the dept of tread.Highly recommend this tire shop.

I was needing 275/60/20 tires and 5hey were the only ones in Ardmore who had them in stock. Changed out my tires and did an alignment in about an hour and a half. Good work and service. Fair market prices. They even gave me the option to keep or leave my old tires.

Very disappointed.. took my truck to see what was wrong w the front end. $900 to fix it after over an 1hr to. look at it.. took it some where else to have it looked at.. all though the parts was worn. i had 27 lbs. of pressure in the front tires.. Thank God I went w my gut.. i will never send a vehicle to the ever.. Im just 1 person... think of all the other ppl. they have done this to.. Ask around cause I have heard they do that a lot.. get a second opinion... always

Took my son tire in to get replaced had a big gash in it in & Rim got a little bent they fix it & replace tire . My wife & myself had a tire gash on side went back on 5/25/21 Tuesday. Got it replaced. Not busy at all. Got in & out in 20mins. We will be back

This places is not the place to get wheel alignment. Been here for 2:30 hours, was told that I had 2 in front of me. Those 2 have been gone for 11/2hours. I go to see if mine was even started. Well it was in the rack, then back out for another person that came in 2:15 hours after me. Also the workers was more interested in eating then do their jobs, it was 3:45pm in the afternoon. When your told it should be around an 1 1/2 hours then 3 1/2 hours later they are still not done. Then someone should needs to clean up shop and get workers in there that have work integrity. Something the current workers have no clue what it is.

This place is a little bit expensive but they do an amazing job and are very friendly! Let was the first person I dealt with and without a doubt he has wonderful customers service skills! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks for the help Discount Tire of Ardmore 👌 😎

Purchased 4 tires. One had a small leak in the sidewall. I called to find out if they could help in anyway towards the purchase of another tire and I was told”No!” Not let me see what we can do. Hey how about $10 off the purchase of a new. NOTHING!!! I won’t use them again. Lesson learned!!

My mother and I stopped in Ardmore on our way from Texas to Wisconsin and discovered we had a leak in one of our tires. The guys at Discount Wheel &Tire patched us up and got us on our way extremely quickly. They were very nice and we had a great experience there.

I bought used tires from them. A few months down the road and my car starts shaking. When i went back they wanted to argue that i didnt buy those tires from them. When i told them i did and that they were bought used they said it didnt matter their used tires have no warranty. They also told me that those tires were 7 years old. Now Im stuck buying 4 more tires to replace what they sold me.

Driving from Texas to Oklahoma I had a blowout on my RV. Called for tires and arrived at the establishment on 6/21/17. Proceeded to purchase 6 new tires by recommendation of owner and then shop manager. They proceeded to put 6 LT tires instead of ST on my RV, again by recommendation of the owner. Said there was full warranty and cover any issues. On 6/20/2018 we had a blowout on one of the tires, which had a manufacture date of 2013 so I was sold 5 year old tires. Call and talk with the now manager, he was extremely rude, were told that RV tires were not covered under warranty and whatever we were told was in the past because that manager is no longer there. Avoid this establishment at all cost unless one wants tires with no guarantee and old tires.

Lied about the factory Toyo warranty to me right out of the gate.Also , stated they Will only warranty 1 tire out of every 4 sold. So if you buy 4, and have a warranty issue. Get ready to spend money, they will not even replace the tires that toyo told them to replace. Does not know how to properly balance a tire. After spending 600 dollars. And 3 failed attempts to balance my new tires. I gave up and went to Another local business who corrected their mistake. I would never go to this place ever. Even the warranty rep from toyo told them to warranty my tire and they would cover it. Yet they refused, and argued with her. If you think think for one minute you will get anything from here other than a load of lies, BS and incompetence think again!Never again!

Driving from Dallas to OKC we had a screw in our tire. They got us in 30 mins and wouldn’t let us pay for the patch. Very efficient and friendly place.

I went there for an alignment with a couple of camber bolts to help with the alignment. They tried charging me 70 dollars for the alignment plus 75 dollars in labor for the 2 bolts. I was there a month prior to this to get the alignment and they couldnt do it because of a worn lower control arm and it cost me 20 dollars to find that out. I replaced the control arm and bought the bolts so they could do the alignment. I brought it back to these guys because they told me they would refund the 20 dollars if I brought it back for the alignment and that didnt happen. The original ticket was going to be like 450 dollars for parts and labor to replace control arm and alignment. I found a control arm for 40 dollars and put it on myself and I bought the moog bolts for camber online really cheap. I know they missed out on a descent sell but I brought it back to them like I said I would and then I feel like they tried making up for the parts and labor but they got 3 stars because he took the labor off for the 2 bolts but they didnt get 5 stars because of the attitude of the black guy at the counter and the taller white guy in the office. And the fact that I didnt receive my refund like I was told. I know its just 20 dollars but thats gas money for my Christmas trip to Tulsa.
