This RAC in Ardmore has treated me more than fairly, very good customer service ! The manager, Sean, is a very caring and helpful person who works very hard to meet customer need. Would recommend strongly!

Got a washer and dryer started a load of laundry and went back later to put the clothes in the dryer and the washer stopped on wash cycle. Ok the next day called spoke with Joe he said he would be there never showed. So again the next day called lady said she would have to pass it to her supervisor. Never heard anything from them my husband called 3 times nothing. So called the on Wednesday spoke with Dave to make a payment. He asked any questions or concerns I said yea but yall wont do anything. But told him anyways he said ok I will have someone in your driveway tomorrow when you get there dont get home till 6 he said it was fine so we got off work and hurried home because we work in Ardmore and live in madill. And to my surprise when I got home no one was there or showed they are gonna get a peace of my mind as soon as they open. Im not make another payment until they do something

I went to Rent A Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma. I spoke to the manager he seemed pretty nice about everything. Of course they had many things I was interested in. Well When I spoke to the manager about the laptops they wanted top dollar for these laptops that you can go online and get it for like 300.00 new. Well I had the chrome for 2 days and it was messing up. I called and they said they will have to give me a loaner, so I drove all the way to Ardmore about 35 min away from my house. They did paper work and they handed me a computer that I was going to use. Well I called them back the next day they asked what was wrong with the computer. I told them and the man that was on the phone said, I am sorry come in and let up give it a look. Well I went in and they said they gave me a computer that had been tampered with and was not set up properly. So they gave me ANOTHER loaner I just about gave up on this company. After all I dealt with I waited a whole two weeks of not having the computer I originally liked and wanted they gave me these horrible computers that were not properly installed right. I called them up for the last time and the man on the phone said to me the computer was in the chrome I originally went with I asked how long. A wholes two weeks wasted and gas too going up there. I am never dealing with these people again. The one thing that really was poor service is the man said, Well you have a job and you have to deal with these type of things girl. We get in the computers and then we make calls. I said I am a girl and would prefer to be called Miss not a girl. Very unprofessional and I wish these people who are employs be a little more friendly.

If I could give zero I would! Apparently Sean thinks it’s okay to treat a disabled vet like he’s a bother to her and unworthy of her time. Shame on you Sean!
