The prices have increased over the years. The furniture company I work for sells excess fabric to these guys for next to nothing. The prices should be lower but of course theyre wanting to maximize profits.

The sales associate was very friendly and helped me pick out the perfect fabric for my chaise lounges. Thankfully she asked if there was any trim or I wouldnt have had enough fabric.

Best fabric store around. Have sunbrella, tommy bahama and many high end fabrics all for $5 per yard!! When I walked into the store, I saw all the popular fabrics I had seen on the internet that were asking $24-90 per yard. The same exact fabric was here for $5 per yard! Incredible!! Best kept secret around!!! The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I cannot wait to go back for curtain fabric.

Bolts of fabric stand in bulk on the floor with many, many more in racks that only employees can reach. Well worth your time!

Ive driven two hours just to come here, the selection and prices are just that good. Imagine paying $5 a yard for designer upholstery fabrics instead of $45... yes please! When we reupholster our dining chairs and make new curtains for our RV... cant think of a better place to buy the fabric.
