Excellent service, called on a snowy day, they came out, found the problem, said I would probably need a new system unless they had a replacement part back at the office. (the part was no longer being made, I checked). They did have a part and replaced it the next day and saved me $300, TADCO took the time to find a $25.00 part in the supply at the office. Nobody wants a unexpected repair bill of $400, this shows their quality of service. This is the third time over fifteen years they have worked for me. Could not be more pleased.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This company is out to get the most money they can. They try to come off as nice and try to suck you in, then they stick you with the highest price they can give you. Glenn Maddison their main technician is probably the most arrogant person Ive ever met. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are trying to get ripped off. Good service and quality is the last thing on their mind, all they want is your money.
