After speaking to the owner and the cake decorator. About a cake my sister ordered that looked nothing like what we ordered. For one we were way over charged for. I have always got cakes that tasted wonderful and looked amazing. I referred my sister to order the cake I am speaking about! The cake decorator wanted to fix the situation but all the owner would compensate was repipe the cake. I am very disappointed that he would not do anything else. He refused to even give us just a cake to replace it considering he charged us $80 for some pink cupcakes! I posted pictures of what was asked for and another of what we got!

They have great customer service and the best cupcakes Ive ever had. They are making my wedding cake and when we went to our cake tasting appointment they were very professional and very nice. He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped come up with the perfect cake for our evening wedding. Our favorite so far has been the snickerdoodle. We also tried lemon, blueberry pie and scooter crunch which is almost exactly like the strawberry shortcake crunch ice creams we all loved in school. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for other cakes and cupcakes. I highly recommend this bakery shop.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called trying to get a fondant cake made for my grandsons birthday and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He demanded that I send a picture through Facebook but, I dont have Facebook. I asked if I could send it in a text message or email. He stated, You have email? I said this is what I’ve been trying to ask for the last ten minutes. He asked very rudely, Can you send it by email yes or no? I ended up letting him know I was displeased with his attitude and let him know he wouldnt be making the cake. I said goodbye and hung up. This is highly disappointing for a business that used to have a great reputation! Sadly, not anymore.

Wow! Awesome looking cupcakes! At the time of my visit, everything had vanilla icing. The kind lady behind the counter, made three cupcakes for me with chocolate icing! She was very friendly and I honestly had a hard time deciding on three other cupcakes to make a six pack! Really had great service here!

I saw this place scrolling through local restaurants and immediately got excited. All the pictures looked so good and let me say after buying some myself.1. All their cupcakes and cakes look that good.2. They have really great prices compared to other locally renown bakeries.3. Their cupcakes taste even better than they look!100% recommended

We loved it...!Our first visit was on July 4th...Polite helpful attractive staff...Wonderful selection of cupcakes, cakes & ice creams...They have indoor seating as well as a large outdoor patio...Looking forward to going again...

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and it looks nothing like the picture!!! my husband got home with the cake and it looks like a 3 year old did it!! Very disappointed!!

I ordered a dozen cupcakes for my fiancé’s birthday, pick up time was the next day at 12, I got there and there was a sign on the door that said they “closed early, sorry for the inconvenience.” The lady at one of the shops next door made a phone call and a guy came up here to let me pick up my cupcakes, turns out they were never made..

Got a hot fudge sundae and a peanut butter cupcake and Ive got to say, these are the best cupcakes!!! Cupcakes were moist and the icings were creamy and very flavorful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was like stepping back in time in a world where southern hospitality still existed. Will definitely be back. If you havent been there, go, you wont be disappointed and they also have seating outside as well as inside. This is such a lovely place :)

Babycakes Gourmet did my wedding cake on May 11, 2019. It was a terribly humid day and rainy so the cake was not cooperating very well. The team at Babycakes worked hard to ensure the cake was beautiful despite the rain. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how tasty the cake was and every single bit of it got gone. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Delicious!

The Key Lime Cheesecske Cake was heavenly!! Everyone at the shower raved about it! Not only was it delicious but it looked so pretty with everything else. Thanks so much for going the extra mile and making sure the frosting was just right. Will definitely be back!!

Angela has done several events at our venue, The T. Austin Finch House in Thomasville. Her cakes and cupcakes have always been phenomenal and a crowd pleaser!

Everything Ive had here has been amazing! Cake by the slice and cupcakes are always fresh and there are many different options and a few a unique flavors to try! Worth the visit, will be back often. Great value!

I was here listening to a good local band and a real nice lady carrying a tray approached me and offered a chocolate covered cherry. After biting into it, I could tell it was not your average chocolate covered cherry . OMG this was the best I have ever tasted! I rhen went inside and was blown away at the selection of desserts offered. I took a few pictures and uploaded them to Google maps.for others to see. I highly recommend Babycakes.

Chelsea is awesome. Did a fantastic job in my daughters 18 th bday cake!Went back and ordered my nieces b day cake and the owner forgot to put the order in. Called the next day to verify the agreed upon pick up time and was told there was no cake. Chelsea whipped one up and it looked lovely. Only 2 hours later than scheduled, but she saved the day! Would have liked to have gotten some kind of discount for the confusion, but we love this place and plan to return.
