Employees here are some of the nicest of anywhere Ive been. Lower stars is for...stock is always low and if you only have self check out open and one regular register you should have one employee that just stands at self check and helps those guest checking themselves out. The employee should not have to go anywhere else for example the customer service counter. WalMart makes enough money to hire one person to work self checkout...no excuse everywhere else does. Ive been there many times at peak times when all 4 check outs have customers needing help, only one line is open, and the self checkout person is no where to be found

It was just fine, had everything I needed.

We signed up for the online delivery pickup. It was supposed to be delivered between 5 and 6 on a certain day. At 7 pm, still no groceries and no call. We had to call them. They told us it could be delivered later in the evening which would have been 8:30 pm. At that point, we requested it to be moved to the next day instead between 5 and 6pm. Next day gets here...still no groceries. Call back at 6:30...your order is still being processed...these guys need to get their act together. We asked for our order to be cancelled and they told us it couldnt be done without us calling a 1-800 number.You get what you pay for here. No masks, no socially distancing.Lower prices equal NO customer service...Spend your money at a locally owned business...not this ridiculous place.

9:45 a.m. Saturday and no cashier!!! Nice helpful folks but had to scan myself, should be a discount for doing it your self. I see this as poor management with no cashier.

Nice clean store, atmosphere is much better than N Main. However they need more cashiers not everybody likes checking themselves out. We pay enough for the groceries already now we have to save the store money by being our own bag boys lol.

This Wal-Mart is normally very clean and the pharmacy staff is very friendly. Most of the time staff is happy to help you at check out and the Deli always marked down items.

I do my grocery pick up here and they are always so nice. They do a good job.

This neighhood Walmart is very nice clean and has a very season client base. Cashiers welcome customers in and out. management works well together. Donna is a lot of fun and energetic.

Worst shopping experience ever! The shelves were poorly stocked, many of the employees werent wearing masks and the only lanes to check out were the scan and go. Ive never used this before, thank goodness for the nice customer who helped me as there were no employees offering to help. Ill stick with Food Lion, always well stocked, helpful employees and I dont have to check myself out.

This Walmart is 100% better than the one close to my house its clean & you see employees actually cleaning to try to combat the coronavirus.

Love this walmart but when I get harassed about getting the vaccine whenever I go to the pharmacy section, it kind of makes it hard to go.

This is the last time Ill shop here. The shelves werent stocked well at all and many of the employees werent wearing masks. When I went to check out there were no lanes open except for scan and go, which I have never used. Thank goodness a nice customer helped me out, there sure werent any employees to help. So, couldnt find all my items and had to check myself out..WTH? I should have stuck with Food Lion, always well stocked and lanes open with plenty of employees to help out. Walmart express is as bad as walmart for shopping!Never again!

Instead of having a full panic attack at a Wal-Mart Superstore...come to a mini Walmart w half of the anxiety. They dont sell clothing here. They have self check out and short lines.

This location felt properly organized because i was able to quickly and easily locate nearly all the items i needed. All the things on my shopping lists were in stock with very few exceptions.

My favorite Walmart to pick up from. Everyone is ALWAYS nice, friendly, helpful, and they seem like they care. I could drive >2miles to pick up close to home, but I drive 20 minutes both ways to go here. Thats saying something ❤️

This is an excellent Walmart. The customer service is Outstanding. The manager or at least the one I have dealt with only a couple times, is phenomenal. She really takes her time to help in whatever way she can. The store is always clean and everyone is always saying Hello, how are you? I have seen stockers go out of their way to help someone and once they finish get asked another question and continue to help with a very pleasant attitude. I live in this area so I visit this Walmart quite often. This Is My Neighborhood and This is My Neighborhood Walmart!

I see people in here all the time with no mask on and it is not right that I have been told to put my mask on when walking in that store which I always carry my mask with me and have it on when I go in that store I had just happened to have it in my pocket so I pulled it out put it on I get in the store and theres people walking around with no mask on I guess it all depends on who you are so wrong and so many ways I would wear mine no matter what

Its a great idea, a place for just the food, and household items. When I first went, I didnt think it would have the laundry detergent or bathroom items, but they do, just not the clutter of clothes and toys when you just need to do grocery shopping. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Service is fast and top of the line.

As a family we love to shop here it is convenient, small and intimate. I loved working here and absolutely loved getting to meet new people. I had awesome coworkers that were hard working and went out the way to help all our customers. The problem is the management. They dont want anybody to oppose them and even if you are innocent and have significant evidence you are still wrong. I seen fellow coworkers bullied to the point of tears. They made a senior coworker whom is also an army veteran paint the posts outside in 103 degree weather with no concern for his health. I was threatened to be fired on numerous occasions because I stood up to the Store Manager on unjust write ups with proper documentation backing my case. They have unreasonable expectations for their employees and speak to people like a dog. I ultimately lost my job because my wife has major medical issues and I missed too many days and they dont acknowledge doctors notes or hospital stays as a viable reason to miss work. One employee was told that he was a bad father for leaving work to rush his infant daughter to the hospital for an asthma attack. I am still in touch with my former coworkers and some of them work nearly a week straight every week until recently. No amount of money or benefits are worth being treated like a dog. Smaller selection but they have the essentials and more, typically have everything in stock. Employees not engaged with customers but they are pleasant when you interrupt them. Checkout is fairly fast, rarely a line.

For a Walmart, this is one of the best local facilities. Its not often I see stocking issues and the wait time is not excessive. There are a few really awesome employees and I regret I dont know my favorite cashiers name, but she is lovely! I believe she has been promoted to over the front end, possibly? She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and she is the bagging queen! Overall, I dont panic when I have to go to this Walmart, which is saying a lot. 😊
