They have great selection of pet food. Plus i buy long cotton socks and this is place i buy them. A young lady by the named Lavender helped me check out. Was really sweet and helpful. That alone will make me come back. Good customer service. Thank you. Great shopping experience.

They have a great selection and the store is very well organized. A nice young gentleman named cole helped me take my horse feed to the register and to my car. That made the experience very delightful and I would definitely recommend the store.

A worker by the name of Cole gave me a very helping hand the other day. He helped me in hardware department and let’s just say that wasn’t the only thing that was hard. Very handsome young man I must say.

Today while shopping, I was first greeted by a rude clearly discriminating/judgemental cashier(Tom). I know they are discriminating:judgmental since they only choose to confront me as I walked in and when another gentleman walked in, just the same,no words were said to them. I continued shopping since this cashier has done this in the past to me I tried to just let it go. Unfortunately I couldn’t and when I finished paying I asked the cashier why he has to continually confront me after we have had this conversation/ confrontation 10+ times. There then seemed to be an instant group of tsc team member surrounding me an getting loud with me. Starting to act aggressive, angry and rude. The assistant manager Connor was probably the rudest most obnoxious one. As he got louder and louder calling me names and telling me I’ve never aloud back in the store. I tried to asked Conner about store policy or any of the contradicting issues with employees/customer and policy and he basically called me stupid plus a few names and told me never to come back. Unfortunately this is the closest feed store to me and I shop at this store 3 times a week. I’m pretty sure you cannot discriminate like this in this country. In fact there a number of laws preventing this type of treatment. I simply asked a questioned in a calm normal toned voice and was met with the most insane response from this store. Pretty disgusting behavior from Conner the assistant manager and Tom the cashier. It’s unfortunate there is so few people left with any decency or moral character. I’m simply trying feed my pigs and not get harassed, I thought I could find service like that at a tractor supply company but not here in Arcata, Commiefornia. Gross. I spend $1000s here . Don’t worry I called customer service and filled a formal complaint.

Cindy is by far one of the worst employees this store has seen. After walking around the store for 20 minutes trying to find assistance, finally I find someone. She is super rude, I asked where I could find silicone. She points me in the wrong direction of the store on some impossible scavenger hunt. I find her again to get clarification in the directions and she swings her mood at me like I am supposed to know her job in where the item I am looking for. With my frustration I ask again where the silicone is and she throws me out of the store. #RemoveCindy

Waited 45 min to get a propane tank refill..only qualified employee on lunch break was not informed upon request for tank refill...told he would be off lunch at 5.40..currently 5.51 pm...guess he had to take a dump after lunch..so much for customer service..mdo not come here if you need to move

We tried to rent out the whole dog grooming facility for the entire day...that is not being used at all.How are you going to pay employees if your refusing SAFE income.We heavily practice social distance...that is why we offered to pay for the whole day for a grooming session that would have been a couple of hours.

This is my new favorite store. They have clothing, cheap automotive tools, good car and tractor jacks, gardening stuff, hydraulic fluid, chips and soda, and pet supplies. They also have a pet washing station with a rubber apron and brushes!

I buy all my supplies for my Quail here. Not only are they the most reasonable in town but the staff is fantastic. The store is also very clean and orderly. The isles are well marked so its easy to find what you need.

Huskee riding mower: DO NOT MAKE ANY LARGE PURCHASES WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.I bought a Huskee mower $1300 purchase I also spent another $300 for the extended warranty. I used the mower 6 times and it suddenly would not move. Bought 4-4-19 and broke down 2-20...not even a year old Confident that this would be fixed I called both Tractor supply and turned in a claim to the warranty co. So 1st they could not find a dealership to fix. Covid-19 made it difficult. I understood and was patient. 4 months and countless calls the mower was taken to a repair shop. Another month and still not fixed. Finally heard back and the repairs are not covered. CXN the warranty company will not cover the pulleys that failed. If I had bought it from Costco wouldnt be an issue. I looked at reviews (my bad I should have read them Before the purchase) and could see these mowers are all failing and tractor supply went ahead and sold them anyway never intending to stand by the product. This is illegal! You can not legally sell something that cant be used for the purpose in which the product was meant to be used. BUY YOUR MOWER FROM COSTCO. They do not deserve 1 star but had to have at least 1 star to post.

Good assortment of items. Would be nice if the employees were more knowledgeable on the industry they specialize in, but Ive only interacted with a couple employees, so there might be more know how than Ive seen. But overall, good store.

This place is great. Has good materials for work at a competitive price usually a little lower than the rest as well as they have the cheapest good healthy dog food brands. I highly recommend this place. They also have an animal wash service station for your pets and it has good quality soaps to use on your pet with all the ammenities.

This is a must stop store if you own any animals or livestock. Great quality tools for a decent price. I mostly buy chicken pellets and wood pellets here. I bought a wheel barrow here and I really shopped around this place had the best quality one for the price.

Great inventory of hardware. Interesting how they sell nuts and bolts by the pound. Seems pretty accurate as it was still reasonable even purchasing just a couple nuts and washers.

This place is wonderful. So glad they came to the area. Best place to get pet food in the area. Wonderful dog wash area with all the ammenities. Staff is excellent and store is very well kept. I highly recommend this place.Only thing i would recommend is expanding the carhart section in mens to carry more pant options.
